Food never arrived after hour + waiting

The food turned up absolutely freezing cold. They also gave me the wrong thing and didn’t even bother looking at the order correctly . It also came in like a paper chip bag with everything just shoved in it it was absolutely un - eatable

One of the burgers was SO overwhelmingly salty and one tasteless. The chicken tenders also tasted like they had cleaning chemicals on them. Very odd. First time ordering from here and it will be the last

Ordered very simple meals. Only to be very disappointed the waiting time was atrocious. The food was cold and not my corrrect order. Half a meal was missing. After such a tedious wait getting amazing food would cancel it out. Instead i waited to be disappointed. I will never order from here again.

food arrived and the delivery driver left the food outside without knock or ringing the door bell only knew the food was outside due to a housemate coming back home, burger was missing, called betsys they said they'd send a new one but it has been an hour and still not received

betsy's is our go to comfort food! never lets us down, food and drinks (especially milkshakes) are always delicious. Worth every penny.

Red hot and fresh. Tasty too. Well packaged, swift delivery and good delivery driver. The ghost salt is amazing. We love the biggy sauce too.

Ordered from here twice and on both occasions have been sent the wrong or missing items. Which is a shame because the food is actually quite nice.

Order was stone cold, chips had sweated in the bag and were soggy as was the burger buns. Your 'tracker' changes from 'thank you for you order' straight to 'delivering' and that took 45 minutes, you are 10 minutes away! Wasted my time and money.

Always quite quiet inside but the staff are very friendly. The food is amazing - I love the vegan options and my friend thinks quite highly of the regular meat options too. Good fries, good burgers, and nostalgic 00's pop playlists!

I'm sorry but that burgers not worth £10. They're the smallest processed patties I've ever seen (Please go and rewatch the foodreviewclubs video, and mashtag you've definetly reduced portion sizes for more profit) , you even forgot the bacon. It looks like you've nipped mcdonalds and got something from the poundsaver menu 😳

Was not advised there were no donuts. I have asked several times to not be sent the cookies and yet I was still sent one. Losing hope that I will ever have a correct order again and they never seem to have any cronuts.

First time at Betsy’s Burger and I am impressed at how they have lifted burgers to another level. Using waffles as the bun is new and a great idea because I have a sweet tooth. Their version of fries are must try (see the menu). But I think the best part is that this burger place do really good KFC style chicken. Drinks are ok but they need flavours with more zing and pinch. I approve 👍🏾

Burger was missing , when I called I was told it would be 15mins. 35 mins later it arrived luke warm and just a sloppy mess. Food was not warm. I have rdered a few times before and was very good however after this I won't be again.

Order was late, little to no communication. It came cold, and then they claimed they gave me a freebie for being late: 'We gave you something from the menu free of charge to make up for it.' This simple was not true. Only freebie was from an order.

Had a delivery for what the cluck burger maxi meal and a sundae. The ice cream is divine. The burger was fresh. I even got a phone call from a woman later on asking how the food was. Very impressed with the service thank you.

Brought the freaky Friday and strips for delivery. It came warm and customer service was great. A woman rang later on asking how the food was and to ask if they could improve. I’m very happy thank you.

Always good food never been disappointed once good service doesn’t take long at all, I don’t eat takeaway too often but everytime I do it’s always from Betsy’s because it’s my favourite food place by far.

Our favourite place to come. We dine in, we get it delivered, we recommend it to others. Amazing food and you can get student/blue light discount. Staff are friendly to you (sometimes they're screaming at each other and they can seem really hostile but it's never at you 🫣) and it's always clean. Love all the food. Thank you

Massive disappointment. Burgers were tiny, barely any toppings, wafer thin burger patties. Hotdogs not as described with barely any toppings. Cheap and nasty when the price and photos suggest otherwise!

Service should be better - Missed a few items off my order - not a problem, called to see if they were willing to redeliver missing items - they advised they were too busy to bring me the missing food and drinks items now, but give them 1+half-2hours.. which isn't great! But I accepted that -less than generous- offer, and surprise surprise, no-one came to deliver ! Poor performance, probably generous with 2 stars, but I use Betsy's in Crewe and they're usually alright! Thankfully used a 3rd party delivery service and I've now been refunded

Loved it! Really nice fries (chips) will definitely visit the Besty's in Lichfield/Wolverhampton which are abit closer to me. But whenever i'm in Stoke (The Potteries) again I visit here again. Really enjoyed my lunch.

Food was amazing but chips were left off 2 meals phoned to tell them to be told chips will be sent out within an hour still no chips an hour and a half later plus the chocolate toast I ordered wasn’t chocolate toast it was just French toast

Betsy’s is a great restaurant and serves amazing food, I used to come here regularly and still do whenever I visit town. The chips are perfectly seasoned and the burgers are to die for! The grape soda is amazing too and is always my go to drink. Customer service is also great and staff have always been friendly and extremely catering for their customers.

Every-time i’ve had Betsy’s since it’s opened in Hanley either for collection or on delivery, the quality of food and the service has been amazing. If you’re ever looking for a great burger, chicken tenders or anything to fill you up some good quality food, go check out Betsy’s ! The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed, and the restaurant is always clean.

Best Betsy’s we have had so far , chips could have had more of the flavour on but other than that was spot on , seems you have changed the chicken and it’s definitely a lot better than the chicken before I wasn’t really much for it but this was delicious

Great take away awful experience in restaurant. Ordering online is super easy and delivery is usually one time. Been in twice both times it wasn't busy and staff just blanked us while standing near the counter to order. Hence why we took to ordering online only.

It hasn’t come and it’s said it was going to be here at 12:35 to 12:55 and it is now 13:55 so we have now got to make our own food because we are so hungry since our food hasn’t come. We are very upset because we have ordered from you before.
