Food delivered to wrong address and was not resent out terrible service

Ordered a hotdog meal , got sent a burger instead of the hotdog . No sauce for any meals . Rang up and they said the hotdogs were out of stock so sent me out a captain burger and the missing sauce (wish was pointless as my chips were stone cold at this point ! . It took over a hour to arrive , i asked for no cheese due to allergy . The captain burger had cheese on it so i cant eat it and the sauces had spilt all over the bag and the burger Weve ordered before and it was pretty good but not again

Burgers and delivery driver were quality. But you sent me the wrong drink….

The burgers were very salty and we could not eat them. It is not the first time we eat from betsy's and we never have had any complaints. We will never order again because I dont want to throw away another £20. 2 stars for potatoes and presentation.

I ordered a stadia box and my driver first of all knocked on and ran straight back to the car and left my food outside in the rain on the floor. Then we were missing items, and the food was cold. With the order you get 4 drinks already, yet they tried to compensate no cookies with 3 milk shakes. I tried to call in and discuss this but I was ignored on the phone, I asked to speak to a manager and the staff told me to F off. How am I suppose to drink 7 drinks. Will not order again and want refund

Food was freezing cold and not even what I ordered. The quality of the food was shocking. It said it was delivered then I rang the restaurant as I hadn’t received it yet and it was another 15 mins. Chucked half of it away as it was inedible

I ordered a cronut and asked for a donut if there wasnt one available but I didnt get anything.

ordered food, had to wait outside for a while, meet the driver halfway as they were lost. the food delivery was late (delieved 7 minutes after the max time expired) giving it a 2.5/5

Poor experience. Husband was excited to order from Betsy’s after dieting for the Potters Arf, took 2 hours to be delivered, no extra party as he ordered, chips soggy, orders wrong…disappointed

the big was really bland, the lettuce was brown and for the amount you pay I didn't think it was anything special.

well the burger had no doughnut on it as it was a plain sweet broice bap wasnt impressed, the food was freezing.. 1st try and last, so no star rating sorry id give less if i could

Messed up our order. Two items was missing and had a random not tasteful burger. Mistake to oreder from them.

Very disappointing the only note worth thing about this place is the drinks! The burgers are awful and leave a nasty aftertaste the chicken tasted like cleaning products and I’d go as far as to say inedible the fries are undercooked and bland! The loaded fries once again left a awful after taste and all I could taste otherwise was pure salt. The cheese onion rings and the brownie were the best things we order and I’m being very generous in saying they were average. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 0/10!!

clucking mac was drowned in hot chilli 🌶 sauce so not a pleasant eat. donut burger the bun had more flavour than the burger and sorry the breakfast wrap meeeerrrrr however the cherry slurpy was good. advice ease up on the overpowering sauces and train your chefs how to season correctly £25. not well spent sorry

Food arrived stone cold, soggy chips sweated in a bag for over 1 hour 'on it's way' bread soaking wet, burgers stone cold and a soidified cold cheese dip! You CAN NOT reheat this nor should anyone have to. Disappointed!

Order was wrong chicken burger had beef burgers on and when contacted them I was told they had no chicken Patties in. This would be fine except I don’t eat beef maybe if they contacted us I could have changed my order. Food was cold when it arrived no one enjoyed there meals at least no one that was able to eat there meal I’m about to make some toast

This is not the first time I order from this restaurant. The food this time was sooo bad, I think the oil they used had something wrong with it!! I literally throw most of it away!

The best burgers I've had in years! I think it's very well priced for the quality of food and the delivery drivers are always very friendly and polite. Betsy's has become a family favourite!

So, i usually enjoy meals from Betsys but today i did not. My chicken waffle meals came drenched in thick chocolate sauce. Whats that all about? It never usually comes that way. It was too much. I had to throw it away, even my son couldnt eat it.

Disgusting customer service! We have been ordering from here for months, food was stone cold, ice cream had melted into liquid soup! Promised a free order, we’re over a week later and we’ve still not received the free order!! We rang this evening to place the free order again 80 mins later we’ve still not received our order or a phone call, we have called up to be told they not sending the free order was promised to us over a week ago. Disgusting customer service. Just want ur money!!!!

The food is AMAZING. Portion sizes are good, food arrived hot and everything we ordered was delicious. My slurpee did arrive “melted” but I think thats down to distance more than anything. It was 10/10 however! The prices are a bit high but worth it.

I hate to order and sit looking forward to my meal for it to be replaced, with something that I do not eat or even like, where you people get off persuming what people like to eat, just leave it off the order and replace my money, I asked for hot dog not burger? ended up paying over 26 quid for 2 of us and end up with 5 garlic mushrooms for myself! burgers in the bin, rip off, won't be ordering again

Absolutely gorgeous food! Those waffles on the breakfast burgers are so soft and perfect! I would love to see some breakfast churros on the menu soon though! 😁 thanks guys at Besty's! 😁

It was lovely and delivery currier was so nice

food overall lovely! only a few things I would just sort... so the chips, not crispy- actually soggy, but still tasted nice! I had the ghost seasoned ones, they are really nice. I also had the cheesy Nachos... these again had great flavour, however needed more sauce! there was a little plonked ontop and that was it, leaving saucless nachos in the middle and bottom! 😂 Like I said, nothing major! But just needs improving upon.

Took my boys to get new school shoes and stopped here for lunch. One of our favourite places to eat. The staff are lovely the food amazing and reasonably priced too. We love it here. Thank you for being so great 👍

4 different delivery times and my food never turned up , rang the restaurant 3 times and it dialled out. Shocking experience and will not be using this place again .

Myself, my partner and our children visited Betsys yesterday, we were shopping and wanted some food but like trying places we've never been before so we thought we would give Betsys a try and I'm so glad we did! I was a little apprehensive as we walked in as there was no customers in there but saw it was a 5 on the health and cleanliness score so carried on in, I think it was empty possibly because of where it is. Anyway, the place was spotless, it was quick to order and the food took about 5 minutes to cook. It cake all wrapped nicely and it tasted absolutely beautiful! My partner loves food, but can be quite picky when we eat out but he said his burger was better than his favourite place we go for burgers! All 4 of us enjoyed our food and drinks. I think I ordered the blueberry crush which tasted like a blue panda pop, took me right back to being a kid! It cost us £30 for the 4 of us to have a meal each (burger/chicken nuggets, fries, our choice of sauce and a drink). I would highly recommend anybody going there and we will definitely visit again!

Been a couple of times now burgers aren't bad. The lad with glasses who served us is a star and should be giving customer service lessons to basically every other big chain of fast food restaurants and shops. He should be getting a big bonus!!

Been buying food from Betsy’s for some months now. I really love the Freaky Friday meal, BBQ Dawg and What’s the Beef? Burger. The staff are pretty chilled as well. If you’re looking for a great place to eat with some urban vibes and classic Hiphop songs to listen to as you enjoy your food, Betsy’s the place.❤️

Great ice creams and amazing food! We loved sodas especially mango and guava. We will be coming back.

Got to be one of the best burgers I av had in long time 10/10 at a gd price. I had 2 burgers and 2 drinks from five guys it cost 39 pound. you can get 2 full meals with drinks for 25 pound keep up the gd work guys.

I usually order Betsy from him, their unusual menu is very attractive for my taste. It is the first time I came to the restaurant in person and I am impressed. It is clean, have a good atmosphere and I’d say feels better than other famous fast food chains. I’d recommend it to everyone who wants to try a more interesting fast food.

We went in to get some chicken and got the Original Chicken Tenders. It was by far the best tenders I’d ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. The employees were really welcoming too! Will definitely visit again.

We ordered from here as we had heard good things, ordered 3 meals and when they arrived we found we were missing a burger. No biggie, we called the takeaway and asked for a replacement as it was missing, the guy on the phone said he needed to speak to a manager and left me on hold for a few minutes. He then came back and said the manager would call us in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later with no call, we called them and instead asked for a refund on the burger as we had to wait so long, the "manager" was quite rude, initially asking for photo proof the burger hadn't arrived, which is ridiculous and then told us to email in order to get a refund. We emailed with order number and screen shots, it's been 13 days and still no refund. Avoid these scam artist. Burgers were below average for the price, "large chips" are not large, chicken strips were overcooked and the sauce pots that cost extra are barely big enough to drown an ant.
