Not being funny mate but it’s telling me enjoy my order and your courier hasn’t even delivered it so I’d like a refund

store delivery driver is not a nice guy, cheer up pal

My delivery never turned up from ordering it took 2 hours of constant ringing up to ask how long to be told it was delivered at the wrong address at first! Then kept ringing to be told give them 10 minutes in the end I gave up no food turnt up after 3 hours I went to bed never again will I waste my money or time!

Ordered at 1am didn't show up by 3:30am.

missing item from order called place, told be 30-45mins after 1&1/2 hours called again told 15 mins. after 2 hours from first call I gave up waiting for missing item to be delivered. bad customer service dealing with this issue. busy or not you say a time you should stick to that time not keep palming the customer off with be with you .

Food was so delicious and arrived on time, hot and packed so securely, both food and drinks. They gave us extra desserts since we had a big order which was a wonderful surprise. Really recommend this restaurant!!

The food at Betsy’s is genuinely great, but the service is consistently appalling. I’ve ordered around four times now, and every single order has had issues—either items missing or completely wrong. What’s most frustrating is that I’ve raised these issues before, but nothing seems to change. Despite the quality of the food, the repeated mistakes and lack of improvement have left me incredibly disappointed. I won’t be ordering again.

Every time i order from these guys things are missing or the burger looks like its been made by a 5 year old. Its a real shame because when they are it right its just so good, shame that that doesnt happen very often.

The standards have really dropped just recently, missing food items or replacing things that I didn’t ask for they need to sort it out.

Cold food, driver dropped drinks on the door, all spilt, told to ring restaurant, they refused to send out new ones because driver didn’t confirm it happened- also received the wrong order for one meal and had to wait an hour for new one - never usually have any issues but customer service here is absolutely diabolical tbh

Betsy’s Stoke: 1/10. Hugely overpriced for dismal quality. The hot dog is just a greasy chip shop sausage in a cheap bun. Chicken tenders are clearly store-bought, breaded fillets reheated poorly. Drinks are flat, tasting like cheap bottled pop poured hours ago. Service was slow, and the place is more focused on marketing then its own food. Not worth the cost for such a letdown.

I recently visited Betsy’s Burgers in Stoke and was blown away by the quality and flavour of the food. The burgers are next-level — juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with fresh ingredients. You can tell a lot of care goes into every order. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast, even during busy hours.

Love the food it's really good, good service, nice staff and tje place looks really nice. I come here quite often.

Very Disappointed – Not Going Back We recently visited this restaurant and ordered a few burgers, including the Firecracker Chicken Burger. Unfortunately, it was awful – overloaded with sauce and lacking in taste. We informed the staff at the counter that we didn’t like it at all, but their response was extremely poor and dismissive. Additionally, there’s no proper hospitality in the customer service. The lady took the order was very fastened us to take the order. In most places, if a customer genuinely doesn’t like the food, they are offered an alternative or at least a refund. But here, we were completely ignored. It felt like they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back.

Restaurant did not have burger or drink I ordered and phoned to see what to replace with which was appreciated. However my partner ordered a large mixed bazooka burger but only received beef and nothing was large and not convinced it was actually the bazooka burger. The loaded fries delivered were also incorrect. Very disappointed, we have eaten in store before which I highly recommend. Not the same outcome for delivery.

Food never arrived after hour + waiting

Going further and further downhill. Delivery takes 1 hour minimum even on a quiet afternoon as they send out many orders at once with no update, constant late and cold food with no empathy.

We order food but there is no tissues,no fork .Need to be more professional.Food is okey.

Came in today at iftari time. It was busy but the staff said theyd make fresh food it would take 8 minutes. While we waited for the food the fast had opened and the girl at the front gave me and my group some dates and some water. Appreciate this a lot. The food came piping hot and it was delicious. Will definitely be bringing more people on. Try the freaky friday and what the cluck.

Staff was very rude and in polite, from stepping into the shop they treated us with disrespect . As we tried to get into the toilet, the girls in the counter told us not to get in and shouted as they just cleaned up the toilet, worst ever experIence, never come back

Ordered a takeaway while they were really busy. The food came quick and hot. You could tell food was all fresh the beef was juicy and the chicken was crispy. The staff prioritised inside customers over deliveries which is what me and family love about Betsy’s. The best local takeaway. Keep it up guys. Try out the house special wings and bazooka burger.

The food turned up absolutely freezing cold. They also gave me the wrong thing and didn’t even bother looking at the order correctly . It also came in like a paper chip bag with everything just shoved in it it was absolutely un - eatable

One of the burgers was SO overwhelmingly salty and one tasteless. The chicken tenders also tasted like they had cleaning chemicals on them. Very odd. First time ordering from here and it will be the last

Ordered very simple meals. Only to be very disappointed the waiting time was atrocious. The food was cold and not my corrrect order. Half a meal was missing. After such a tedious wait getting amazing food would cancel it out. Instead i waited to be disappointed. I will never order from here again.

I went into this restaurant for the first time and I loved it. It was clean, spacious and bright. The staff were lovely, there was a good selection of food and the meal I had was delicious.

betsy's is our go to comfort food! never lets us down, food and drinks (especially milkshakes) are always delicious. Worth every penny.

Ordered from here twice and on both occasions have been sent the wrong or missing items. Which is a shame because the food is actually quite nice.

Red hot and fresh. Tasty too. Well packaged, swift delivery and good delivery driver. The ghost salt is amazing. We love the biggy sauce too.

Order was stone cold, chips had sweated in the bag and were soggy as was the burger buns. Your 'tracker' changes from 'thank you for you order' straight to 'delivering' and that took 45 minutes, you are 10 minutes away! Wasted my time and money.

I'm sorry but that burgers not worth £10. They're the smallest processed patties I've ever seen (Please go and rewatch the foodreviewclubs video, and mashtag you've definetly reduced portion sizes for more profit) , you even forgot the bacon. It looks like you've nipped mcdonalds and got something from the poundsaver menu 😳

Was not advised there were no donuts. I have asked several times to not be sent the cookies and yet I was still sent one. Losing hope that I will ever have a correct order again and they never seem to have any cronuts.

First time at Betsy’s Burger and I am impressed at how they have lifted burgers to another level. Using waffles as the bun is new and a great idea because I have a sweet tooth. Their version of fries are must try (see the menu). But I think the best part is that this burger place do really good KFC style chicken. Drinks are ok but they need flavours with more zing and pinch. I approve 👍🏾

Order was late, little to no communication. It came cold, and then they claimed they gave me a freebie for being late: 'We gave you something from the menu free of charge to make up for it.' This simple was not true. Only freebie was from an order.

Had a delivery for what the cluck burger maxi meal and a sundae. The ice cream is divine. The burger was fresh. I even got a phone call from a woman later on asking how the food was. Very impressed with the service thank you.
