Never had a bad takeaway frome this place always 👌

I ordered on uber eats, a minute later I got a notification saying that I called to cancel my order when I didn't. When I checked my receipt the next day it said I won't get a refund due to the fact that they started preparing my food. I called to sort it and they hung up on me twice.

Ordered a meal through uber which was cancelled by the restaurant leaving me to still pay for my order, called up and the guy said he had to cancel because we "didn't pick the toppings" for the seafood pizza however said would be refunded. Be alright if there's a mandatory part to fill but no, anyway cancellation bounced back to me today leaving me with £19.95 to pay on uber for food I didn't receive and didn't cancel, think it's a joke and feel scammed. its a shame as we've eaten here before and enjoyed it but won't be going back and won't be paying the £20

Ordered religiously from Best pizza for a good couple year now the same order each and everytime. Delivery drivers know me due to the amount I've bought from this place being Bolegnese pizza with added pepperoni cheese stuffed crust and a carton of garlic sauce (odredered chilli twice by a complete mistake of my own lol) & to drink normally a big bottle of cherry coke or a couple of cans twice or three times per week some weeks! Couldnt actually beleive it when i was palmed off with a MEAT FEAST pizza which was clearly over cooked with no stuffed crust & no garlic sauce on Friday night 29th March at around 1am. I Complained to just eat & they give me a £1.20 refund today baring in mind I threw the pizza straight in the bin as I don't like the other toppings just Bolegnese & pepperoni. Pictures were sent and could clearly see it was a burned out meat feast pizza. Who ever was making them Friday night needs to lay of making these ever again otherwise there will be more good paying customers choosing the other takeaways around the area instead of here. CONGRATULATIONS on loosing a good paying customer because the way this has been dealt with by Just Eat I WILL NOT be ordering from Best pizza or Just Eat ever again! CHELLOS on Hawthorn Rd is now my go to place the Cheesy Garlic Bread Specials are top tier! Although they do prefer just cash only. AVOID BEST PIZZA IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE DISSAPOINTED OR INCORRECTLY REFUNDED. JOKE. Ps. Can't upload the picture that I took and sent to the Just Eat refund email. Can clearly see why I threw it straight in the bin!!

Great to have a tasty pizza spot in town! I ordered a pizza with pineapple and jalapeno (don't judge), and it was a perfect thickness of crust. I had it delivered via the Uber app and the delivery person was from the shop and he was very friendly and informed me about a great deal they're having next week.

They're just going to say goodbye to my review so I'm just gonna say goodbye and good luck to them your not gonna be in business long

Make the fries less mingin and chicken have no hair in. And the worst whas the chocolate cake made me sit on the toilet for like an hour and it whas I'm pressive how the cake whas warm as it whas -3 outside and cake is supposed to be served cold. Last but definitely not least I took about 2 hours arrive. Absolute waste of 12quid

Ordered food and still waited over an hour. Delivery kept ringing me saying he was outside, no sign of him. Rang me to say he'd deliver my order for free, far enough. Rang me again saying outside, no sign of him and started swearing at me saying I'm in the wrong and giving him wrong directions etc. Told him to cancel it and still gave me abuse. Rang the shop and they didn't apologise but offered me free meal next time I call in. Won't be calling in or ringing them again. Customer service is obviously not on their menu

Great freshly made 8 inch pizza for £3.50. Bargain and very tasty.

I use to always buy from here and never had a bad order from the old owners but since it has been took over from new management the food has gone down in my opinion unfortunately I won't be buying from them again I bought a garlic bread special and I took one bite and it went in bin the prices have gone up too not worth the money at all I will never buy from them again

Food came late and was a bit bland and delivery driver was rude and couldn't even be bothered to shut the gate, just left it wide open.

Shop is absolutely disgusting.. greasy floors.. unwashed work tops.. the staff smoke and vape behind the counter.. rat infestation at back of shop along with pigeons nesting..the older woman who works there has really bad customer service and speaks down to customers!! The cakes are bought from Iceland and resold.. they use asda just essentials range for all they're ingredients.. no wonder the food tastes horrible!! Stay clear

Absolute rip off avoid at all costs charged me 26 pound for a chicken kebab and garlic bread special which is advertised at 19 pound for both items.sent me a wrap instead of kebab then when I rang up they agreed to bring me a kebab which never showed up.womt be using again

Only take away shop in ashington I use 5* food 5* service all friendly staff always hot food this is the number one shop in ashington I use wudnt go anywhere else excellent value for money x keep up the good work x

Absolutely shocking, have the music too blasting they get your orders wrong everytime. 3 times I've asked for a chicken Kiev pizza and everytime I've had mushroom on, that I'm illergic to. Furious isn't the word

My goto takeaway in Ashington there selection of food as great and the food itself is always spot on. Deliveries are either on time or early and food is piping hot.

We have been regular customer for nearly 2 years and tonight we have received our order and its just disgusting the kebab was covered in that much oil I could fill 2 shot glasses up with it not to mention the salad I paid 2 pound for was slimy so clearly had been sat for more then a few days we most definitely won't be back ( the oil on the bag was just from taking it out the bag and putting it on top of the paper to to open 🤮)

Ordered food for collection picked it up was missing app the sauces and salad when we rang the customer service received was terrible was told to come back and collect the food as there was no drivers and to top it of the pizza was cold so we had to heat it up in the oven.

Used to be one of my favourite takeaways but never again Food poisoning my and my partner ill out of our guts vomiting and diarrhoea Ever since the Ownershio change and all Toscana staff there now AVOID!!!!!!!!

Really like the pizzas from here although I think they might have changed the pizza maker as they have tasted different the last couple of times not as nice.

How things change, we tried this place a few weeks ago and had a nice pizza. Fast forward to Saturday night and the pizza arrived 20mins late, stone cold with a horrible soggy base. The chips were just a cold lump of mush that could easily have been mashed potato, I really couldn't tell you what they were ? They did however go straight into the bin ! I tried to warm the pizza gently in the oven but by that time it was starting to get too crispy. I managed to pick a few edible bits but the rest went in the bin... I won't be back - ever !

Absolutely horrendous it does not even deserve 1 star but can't select 0 or - whether you order delivery or collection expect to double the wait time they tell you thats if they even remember you ordered then don't expect any customer service was told an hour to collect a small order went in for the time they said was told it was not ready when simply asked how long the reply they gave was " if you don't like it go somewhere else" that's the best advice to give anyone

Always very fresh and delicious!! Have tried dozens of time and always upto the mark!! Best part is its being halal!! Very reasonable prices and variety of options available including kebabs, pizzas, calzones, chips and drinks!! A nice option in Ashington where you find difficulty to find halal option!!

Was totally disgusted by the customer service as the staff were not wearing the correct PPE protective equipment when I had to pick up my kebab that was left off the order then was total not to come again how Rudy I will be seeing the local council as they made me feel very uncomfortable about asking for what I had paid for I do hope they can correct there wrong doing as $8 for frozen chips and a chicken breast is in my opinion beening taking. Advantage of (ripped off)........

Gets orders wrong and when you ring up to say orders wrong he blames the lass behind the counter. Talks to staff like they are something he just stood in. Delivery takes anywhere from 1.5- 2 + hours to arrive. Ordered a few weeks ago 2 hrs later it arrived and was totally wrong, delivery driver had gone so phoned up and said i would come to collect correct order put will require delivery money back. Arrived at take away to collect correct order and was told "it was her fault" by the owner. When i asked for deliver money back owner took an attitude and slammed the till and gave me 1third of the delivery cost Ordered tonight took 1.5 hours to arrive, once arrived order what wrong delivery driver took it back. 1 hour later still awaiting replacement by the time it arrived the rest of the order what spoilt as they only replaced incorrect pizza Lost customer as i will not use again, feel sorry for the staff to have to but up with the way he talks to them. One little arrogant owner who thinks he knows best

Usually the food is great but this time it didnt arrive made the order at 1-1:30 it left 2 people very hungry and when i rang up i was waiting atleast 3 calls length till they answered and told me they are closed and put the phone down even though i told him i had made an order on just eat , 4th time ringing the bloke told me he thought i was fake even though i have ordered plenty to this address i didnt have any time to order from elsewhere i understand it was my friends account on just eat which he had just opened but it was 2 donner wrap which we always order to this address with one of them having just onions in , i have used best pizza express for years but after tonight im never using them again

Food is poor quality and bad management attitude the ashington shop well seeing it not an English ran company bad food bad customer service bad phone manners wouldn't recommend it to anyone on the planet never mind any pet used a few times just to make sure it wasn't a one off but every time I've getting food it's worst then the time before so not a one off food is bad time and time again don't use

Cheap pizzas on Monday and Tuesday.

Ordered pizza and waited 1hr 30 mins. Rang and was told it was out for delivery. Waited another hour and rang back and was told it would be there any minute. Waited another 30 mins and after 3 hrs it came and was stone cold and disgusting, AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Pizza not cooked properly base still a bit raw. Wrap tastes weird so can't eat that either. Very disappointed.Ordered through just eat website menu stated spend over certain amount and receive free margarita or garlic bread with cheese. Didn't arrive with delivery. And driver apparently knew nothing about it. Tried to ring shop back about missing items and quality of food only to be ignored. Definitely won't be using again seems like was cooked in a rush and is inedible. Pop down to Toscana or amazing pizza down the road. Food is far better quality.wouldnt feed this meal to my dogs. Very poor service I wouldn't recommend
