Bought thanthoori kebab. Chicken was not cooked and its extremely sour and waste of money and time

Always been amazing. Always left nice reviews on the online review. Shocking tonight. Took almost 2 hours for food. Called twice 30 mins apart, both times said it was on its way. Course was stone cold when it got to me. Last time I'll be using it. Not even a heads up call it was running late. Was on a work call when it showed up or I'd of checked before I took it. Not good, waste of money.

The food and service used to be nice. Twice in a row I have ordered online and had items missing. Charging money for goods not received is downright illegal. I will never be returning.

Car crash in a box, indescribable meat not fit for human consumption, had 2-3 pieces of meat (or rather possibly meat ?? ) before realising I wouldn’t even feed to the dogs

Got three small salads from here for £4.50. (They didn’t do large ones). I reckon they cost no more than a pound each to make. Of course, they have to make a profit - but, I think £4 would’ve been more appropriate.

Normally spot on food. But dissapontend on my Friday night order last week. Garlic cheese bread was fine. But not the dooner or chips. Donner had a really strange smell so didn't chance eating it. The chips were all dark brown and limp. Not nice ar all really. Feels like a waste of money

Got my order wrong, asked for a cheesy chip wrap with garlic they brought me cheesy chips I also asked for a jacket potato with bolognese and cheese they brought jacket potato with cheese. I asked for 2 Diet Pepsi and they brought normal Pepsi

Recently moved area and found it hard to source a good kebab. Decent food everytime. (don't forget to order your pitta separate) ..... Had to edit my review here... Best Kebab still do good food but honest to god they are an absolute nightmare with pitta breads. The amount they forget (or hold back on) is ridiculous.

We were staying at the Cross Keys last week and had a delivery from Best Kebab, the shop rang me to say exactly what time it would be delivered and the delivery guy rang the minute he was outside, great service and great food, everything we had was enjoyed and we had lots left over for lunch the next day, highly recommend. All their food is beautiful, I've ordered from here and here only since they opened. But can't seem to get your orders correct lately. forgot my free garlic bread with cheese, I ordered stuffed crust pizza, charged me for it and it wasn't stuffed crust then when I rang up they said they ran out of the cheese they use for stuffed crust but decided not to tell me. Need to sort their act out.

Awful takeaway. Missing various items. Then the delivery driver came back and tried to blame us for the missing Margarita pizza. He knew he had delivered a garlic bread with cheese instead so apparently we got a free pizza. Absolute rubbish. The garlic bread with cheese was included in the meal deal we ordered. Never again. Terrible customer service.

Just moved back to the area and needed to try the new kebab shop. Wow ! I had the garlic chicken kebab it was Delicious, hot and full of flavour. Only thing I can fault is the jalapenos my husband had on his pizza were from a jar so had a lot of vinegar content. Come on guys use fresh minus the 1 star

Their menu claims they are the only 'Best Kebab' shop, however they aren't the only one within a 10 mile radius. Subpar food, unwelcoming staff and no respect for customers. During the Pandemic, none of them were wearing any PPE at all.

Appalling service. I ordered a steak burger going off their menu, which shows a burger cheese and steak ontop. I received a bun with 2 thin bits of steak no cheese and no burger. When calling to complain you're told a picture is a picture with no offer to resolve the issue. Hence to say they've lost a regular customer.

Chicken parmo was lush, salad was spot on too and I don't normally bother with salad lol. Well worth it, will deffo be going back.

I got a flyer through the door and decided to check if their reviews matched the name "Best Kebab". The reviews looked really good so we gave it a go. I can honestly say it was the nicest chicken Kebab I can remember having. It looked and tasted like it was cooked on Coals rather than a Grill but I have no idea if thats how they actually cook it. I would however say if you are looking for a really good Chicken Kebab that dosnt leave you feeling unhealthy, then this is the place for you. 5/5

Can't upload pictures, but Jesus take the wheel, ordered online for collection, had to wait another 25mins after 'estimated time' food was absolutely appalling. If i could upload pics you'll burst out laughing. Ordered London pizza, supposed to be doner kebab with chips and garlic sauce. Base was soggy, kebab and chips were just whack on the pizza after was "baked".

Just had an ex large garlic chicken kebab. Finely sliced fresh salad, no coleslaw tho! Chilli and garlic sauce. Tons of garlic smothered charred chicken breast. Telephone order - was ready for collection 15 mins later. 10 outa 10. Well done lads.... You're the one to beat. 👌👌👌👌😋😋😋😋

Just enjoyed a chicken kebab from Best Kebab and it really does live up to it's name. Loads of meat cooked over a charcoal grill which is how I like my kebab cooked and the garlic sauce is good too, not watery like some places. Definitely recommend Best Kebab and will be going back again!

Absolutely superb, much better than that horrible pizza shop up the street. Mixed kebab wrap is the most amazing combination of meats with a deliciously crisp mixed salad topped with garlic and/or chilli sauce to your leisure. 11/10 Brilliant!!!!!
