not the best interior of all the Turkish restaurants I've been to but the food was lovely Well worth going

I've had the pleasure of eating here several times now & I'm never disappointed. The food is outstanding, the service is friendly, attentive & welcoming. We had a family meal tonight & not one of us was disappointed. Highly recommended 👌🏽 👍🏾

Local for nearly 15yrs, eaten many times without issues, but few days earlier an impromptu takeout was a total disappointment, meat was chewy tough,kebab in particular not fresh made, quantities reduced, prices have crept up(understandibly), with no shortage of local Turkish for choice, possible won't use again! Customers care is paramount when it comes to Food!

This place is disrespectful and horrible the oild is black anm full of pets etc , (Rat and mouise) round the shop

Just order pizza for the first time in over a year, what a disappointment, hardly any toppings on the Pizza. Luke warm. Won’t be getting from there again. This used to be my favourite pizza/kebab shop.

Most Iconic Turkish food prepared as per traditional cuisine served with Turkish delight desert.

Tried the mixed hot meze and the lamb donner with Chicken Shish, freshly prepared with good taste, rounded off with Turkish Tea.

The most sarcastic experience ive had from a place! Ordered here for years and it used to be the best place now in the area. Now they have staff that think its ok to lie to customers. You may not miss one regular but that is the last time i will ever call your establisment. Disgusting service.

Hands down the best lamb shawarma. Thinly sliced well cooked but juicy and moist. Healthy portions and servings. Take away is much cheaper than eat in.

Took some friends here as the food is fabulous. They gave us excellent service and went out of their way to make sure the food and sides were all perfect and we also had some lovely fresh salad and Turkish tea. Highly recommended especially as the food is excellent and the service is top class not very many places offer service like this in fact it’s one of the best services we have received, Best Turkish restaurant in Redbridge definitely! thanks so much to Ali, Murat and the special chef Talo. The place was nice and clean and the we couldn’t have chosen a better place to dine.

Not good food. Pizzas are greasy. Donner kebabs are rock hard and really oily 🤢 waste of money

Last minute change from our usual Turkish. Staff were super friendly and welcoming and service was excellent. The meat was cooked perfectly and moist and tender and just how I like it i.e. just done rather than the usual overcooked fare from many kebab places. I also like the fact that the meat was lightly seasoned and you can taste the meat rather than just salt and flavourings. I imagine many would say the food lacked flavour as a result but there was extra chilli powder and chilli flakes on the side and sumac for the salad if you prefer stronger flavours and the good old salt and pepper mills to season to your own preference. I’m glad we tried this place out and will definitely come back again.

We went to eat today. There was hair in the food. Which completely put me off there food. The worse thing was the staff didn't even apologize. It was like normal for them. And on top of that they wanted to charge service charges. What a dum people. They need to be told that this is UK not Turkey.

I go there for lamb shish. The presentation of meat on skew is very appealing like its clean and looks fresh. The staff is very friendly and polite. The place maintains good hygiene standards. The chef does a good job on meat, its nicely evenly cooked. Chips are of good quality with good taste in potatoes as Compared to some other corner cutters. I prefer to pay extra for good quality food or any other product but buy quality, buy class...so far 5 stars from me.

Below average/poor quality/semi fresh Turkish food which equates to very poor value for money. Not recommended given various other turkish options within a square mile of Barkingside. I don’t know why takeaways think they can get away with-it in this day in age. Massive improvements needed for the menu. also a card payment machine would be extremely customer friendly

Been here many times with family never had this experience...today as i took some friends the food was cold and i did not enjoy it at all. Should have sent food back straight away instead of being polite. Don't think i will go again as server knew food was served cold and was not bothered when i mentioned to him at the end. I did take notice and you did not impress...shame

BEST KEBAB RESTAURANT in the whole of Barkingside. The place is neat, the restaurant is well managed, the food is amazing, atmosphere is fabulous and they are welcoming. Honestly a lovely place to chill with friends while enjoying the most delicious YUMMY 🤤 mouth watering dishes….

A disappointing show from this Turkish restaurant. Food was basic and edible; lacked any flavour. They are doing a disservice to Turkish cuisine which is well represented in London so expectations were high. A friend and I chose to eat in and after being sat immediately we were left to wait almost 30 minutes for our food. They did the typical thing of serving us some bread with sauces to keep us occupied but 30 minutes is far too long. There were more than 6 people working here but the focus seemed to be on takeaways and über eat type orders. We ordered the mixed Doner and Halep Kebab, both were disappointing. The mixed Doner was flavourless ; both the lamb and chicken. The Halep Kebab was just lamb Doner drenched in a basic tomato sauce - again no flavour. It was also not hot when served. When we pointed this out the waiter suggested reheating it in the microwave 🤷🏽‍♂️. The large fries were good - can’t complain. I can’t remember a time when I left a meal with my plate still full of food. Mixed doner was 3 quarters finished but the Halep 75% left. Unlikely to return. Was also disappointed that they had the audacity to l put a service charge on the bill. Didn’t dispute as times are hard. Total Bill: £29.30 Left feeling disappointed and shortchanged.

It's about the same as Onur Kebabs down the same Barkingside High Street.The staff in both Kebab shops are family related. The food quality and the price is good for what you get for the area .The staff seem pleasant

Just had launch, had lam kofta, come with 3 side and large basket of pita and Turkish coffee after meal, so tasty its priceless! People are lovely made me feel like home cooking.

I had heard good things about Best BBQ. I wasnt dissapointed. I had a large lamb doner. Very generous portion of hot, well cooked lamb doner meat with salad and chilli sauce. Delicious..! I look forward to having another one from here.

My family and I have been long standing regular customers of Best Grill for many years. Last order I placed was a home delivery for £55. Not only did it arrive stone cold, but the order was missing a number of dishes and the dishes that were included were mostly wrong! I have two young children, so had no choice but to make some use of what we received I made a call to let them know and instead of an apology, my call was met with an arguement. Mehmet telling me that we should have returned the order and that there was nothing he could do as his PROFITS were so low. As a customer, I'm not particlarly interested in the shops profits but just the quality of food and to ensure that what I ordered is fairly received. This is not the first time orders have been balls'd up with Mehmet and his team. In fact, orders are generally wrong most times but on the understanding that Best Grill is not The Savoy Grill, we tend to turn a blind eye to most of it This problem could easily have been rectified by using a little common sense and some customer service to a regular customer but unfortunately, it was met with arrogance, arguement and absolutely no business savvy When there is an abundance of other Turkish food outlets in just about every high street and in and around, may suggest that you try and look after any other regular customers you may have left. Mehmet you have a lot to learn when it comes to running a business, especially when most businesses right now (especially the restaurant trade) are finding things tough. I'm all for trying to support local businesses but my family will NOT be using Best Grill/BBQ any longer.

I ordered delivery second time from this place. This time, I simply requested to keep chips separate (becomes soggy with chicken doner) and Mr manager (Mahmood), said BIG NO. If you can deliver kebab with separate salad, sauce, pitta so why not chips? Not really impressed with his tone on a call, so not going to order delivery next time. I may visit the shop, to meet the owner to explain this but NO DELIVERY. My suggestion, your food is ok (for delivery) but sometimes you have to adjust with customers' demand, flexibility (e.g separate container for chips or extra sauce in small containers than usual size, just to save 20p?) plus try not to be rude with customers, mainly in this COVID time. They are helping to run your business.

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT ORDER. Food came cold and in very small portions. Pitta bread was too hard to eat that our dinner got ruined. Lamb shish kebab meat was not cooked properly that the blood was dripping out. Rude customer service would not even apologise for the bad customer experience and not even offered a refund.

Best kebab around. No need to go anywhere else. I call it the hunger buster. Portion size is outstanding. An if you maybe waiting long they will offer you a nice warm tasty Turkish tea for free which is incredible service. Thank you Best BBQ
