Beaumont Fish Bar Traditional Fish & Chips in Redbridge

Been going here since I went to school 25 years ago. Very friendly people and the best chips around. Their chilli sauce is awesome too.

This place was my childhood go to chippy, the owners when working in the chippy looked after the customers the portion were good, now the portions are small, just as many others around locally. Such a shame, as I really loved going there.

Loved the batter coated sausage for just 2£. It was halal and yummy 😋

chips where crispy to the point of being like rock. chicken shish was good for taste however ordered a large and got 4 pieces. not enough. waited over 35mins for the food really disappointed 😞

Awful food. Chips are so hard and bland even with extra salt & vinegar added. Pukka pie was completely cold. Its says Traditional Fish & Chips. Firstly the Fish looked horrible. Also they don’t have any Pork Sausages. All Sausages are Halal. No consideration for other People. Nothing Traditional about this place

Not very clean and can be blunt and to the point. I wouldn't get much from this place apart from the chips. The fish looks soggy. I don't think this is a traditional fish and chip shop anymore sadly

After reading the reviews about this Fish & Chip shop, I decided to go and give it a try. Good Cod and Chips hefty portions of chips. I found the staff polite and helpful. Will definitely use them again, parking is off the main road but not a problem.

Lovely chips! Very tasty and always make them fresh. Shop gets hot in the summer time but they give good portions and always give a bit extra. Good traditional shop.

Their chips weren’t that good I really didn’t enjoy they were too greasy.

Regular lady is v nice . Have been going for years . New younger lady . Very abrupt and rude. Said 10 mins and took 20. Then wanted to charge for ketchup when I had spent £20+ Have always been given at least 2 per meal . What a joke. There's a level of greed to any business. Needs to learn from her elder relative.

Been going here for over 20 years, love it service is great food is delicious especially the lacmachuns from the wood fired oven. Greatly recommended

Very rude woman! I asked her to put cheese and all mix salad in both burgers, she said not a problem. As she was preparing the burgers I notice she didn't add the cheese and only little salad. I said polity you've forgotten the cheese and all mix salads in both burgers she then replied oh its to late now next time i do it and laughed! She only just started to prepare! I just kept my cool and got my rubbish burgers and walked out. Had no choice I was starving! Not just that, the place looks run down dirty unhygienic. Can't belive I ate from there and still alive! Please avoid that place.

Recommended by someone to go here for Fish & Chips. In my opinion THE WORST CHIPS I HAVE HAD EVER HAD!!! CHEWY AND TOUGH.. ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING.. Tried ringing them but no answer so took a trip down and they were closed. Looks like I paid £3 for leftover Cold, Stale and chewy chips. Good job I didn't have dentures.

Owner lady is awesome and friendly. Portions are big and prices are very decent. Cod is really nice especially when fresh. Hand cut chips cooked to perfection. Not tried their kebabs but will do one day.

I'm surprised not more has been written on this place! I live in the local-ish area (only moved three years ago) and stumbled across this place on a walk recently, thought it looked a decent old school shop and made a note one day to return (with the car). Glad I did, the doner here is superb and the only one I enjoy eating in the local area, portion sizes are really decent too. Really good quality kebab and chips, though I haven't tried the fish I would say that's decent too as my impressions are that the staff know what they're on about. Very happy customer, would give 10 stars!
