Bens Crib Box Cafe in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

We visited almost every day last week,food is good,but on Saturday they were busy so we sat outside,not a problem with that,but we found that they were serving quite a lot of people their food even though we ordered before them! And this was a lot of people,I would say they were locals and or friends,but this was not right in my opinion,a shame really.

Felt more like a transport cafe as we were the only non workmen, breakfast took nearly an hour to be served but was very good quality and cooked to perfection.

We were staying in Padstow and came here for breakfast twice during our stay. We tried the meaty B breakfast burritos and bacon and egg baps, everything is cooked fresh to order and is perfectly cooked. We sat outside both mornings with a hot Cornish tea or freshly made coffee and watches the world go by, It is fabulous, all staff are friendly too and check in with you to make sure everything was ok.

Well, it reviewed well on TripAdvisor and Facebook, so we tried breakfast. We were NOT disappointed ! Lovely breakfast cooked fresh, and piping hot. Delicious coffee, and such friendly staff. Can't recommend it enough. Well done to Ben and the team.

Have been coming to Padstow for a couple of years now and this was my first time eating here. What can I say other than we all had a fantastic breakfast (Full English) and coffees. Great staff and service.

Stopped for a bite to eat after cycling the camel trail. Opted for a breakfast style wrap with a coffee. Food was hot and lovely and enjoyed chilling people watching. Will definitely come back for a full breakfast.

What an amazing place i ordered the hallumi cheesy B . my partner had a southern fried chicken wrap. both were amazing packed full . we didn’t need to eat the rest of the day will definatly return .

Get there early as it is small and very popular. Great cooked breakfast at non inflated prices in this tourist hotspot. And really good coffee.

As always the best breakfast bap you are ever going to eat - coming here is a first day of the holiday ritual now!! Going to visit again for a full sit in fry up later in the week. You simply have to come here if in the area.

Really glad we gave this one a try after my son recommended it! We all had the breakfast burritos which were fresh and delicious.. no complaints at all, kept us all going on our bike ride.

Got in and they welcomed us very well, helped us get a seat in as there was four of us and it was tricky to get a seat due to the small space they have inside. Service was very good as the man serving us was very polite and friendly and had no problem at all helping us customise our orders and ontop added some extra food to replace the food we took out to make our moneys worth. Food in general was very good, some amazing hash browns. Overall 5 out of 5, Brilliant cafe.

Visited on Saturday after being stuck in traffic all the way from Helston - arriving just moments before they were due to stop breakfasts but they were so accommodating and kind - the food was - always is - absolutely beautiful. All cooked to perfection.

Wjat a lovely quayside café. Been there for many years and tried it out with my mum. Cannot recommend the Cheesy Feast roll enough. Absolutely delicious. Prices very reasonable for Padstow.

We had our breakfast almost everyday during our week in Padstow. We enjoyed our baps, I had bacon or sausage and my husband had hard fried egg cut in half baps. The lattes are always warm and tasty. All great value.
