we ordered two stuff naan breads very shocking it was burnt wish I could upload pictures to show what a shame we had one before and it was amazing this time could not eat it when something is not right it puts a downer on the meal

Tried this place for the first time. Collected my order within 25 mins of placing the order and the food was great. Tikka masala and egg fried rice were delicious, and tasted just as nice the next day (as there were leftovers)

This might be the first food review I’ve ever done so that in itself is a testament to the restaurant! Food was incredible, one of the tastiest curries I’ve ever had and the naan bread was beautiful! Good delivery time and everything came piping hot. Best Indian around.

Had a letter from Royal Mail saying I had a letter with not enough postage paid ! Paid £2.50 only for it to be a menu from here !! I don’t think I’ve ever ordered from here and why On earth would it be sent with no postage so I had to pay … for a menu !!!

I actually haven’t even visited this takeaway. However, a couple days ago I got a slip through the door saying there’s a letter for me but the sender didn’t pay enough postage, meaning I had to pay £2.50 to Royal Mail to receive it. I paid it and the letter came through today (see the pictures) - it’s a menu from Bengal Flame. Why or how they sent an envelope to me with my name and address on, I do not know. But I’ve essentially had to pay for their inability to put a menu through my door, or to pay for the correct amount on the envelope. It’s a small fee, but why I had to pay it, I do not know. Not very happy and probably won’t even visit anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very unhappy with this order it was over 2 hours long, kept calling the restaurant which took 5 calls to answer over a period of 1 hour. Food then arrived cold I want a full refund!

Would of got full stars but 1 item was missing off my order which was a bottle of Diet Coke, looked back at the cameras & no coke to be seen. I know it’s only £2.80 but to some people that’s a lot.

The order was missing food which the restaurant said they would bring back down to us , after 30 minutes of waiting for the missing items I called the restaurant back (who were very rude) and they said that the driver wasn’t back yet but they’ll get the missing items to us when he’s back. He couldn’t tell me how long he would be and by this point all of our food had gone cold. I asked the restaurant for a refund which they refused. Will never order from them again absolutely terrible experience
