we ordered two stuff naan breads very shocking it was burnt wish I could upload pictures to show what a shame we had one before and it was amazing this time could not eat it when something is not right it puts a downer on the meal

Tried this place for the first time. Collected my order within 25 mins of placing the order and the food was great. Tikka masala and egg fried rice were delicious, and tasted just as nice the next day (as there were leftovers)

This might be the first food review I’ve ever done so that in itself is a testament to the restaurant! Food was incredible, one of the tastiest curries I’ve ever had and the naan bread was beautiful! Good delivery time and everything came piping hot. Best Indian around.

Had a letter from Royal Mail saying I had a letter with not enough postage paid ! Paid £2.50 only for it to be a menu from here !! I don’t think I’ve ever ordered from here and why On earth would it be sent with no postage so I had to pay … for a menu !!!

I actually haven’t even visited this takeaway. However, a couple days ago I got a slip through the door saying there’s a letter for me but the sender didn’t pay enough postage, meaning I had to pay £2.50 to Royal Mail to receive it. I paid it and the letter came through today (see the pictures) - it’s a menu from Bengal Flame. Why or how they sent an envelope to me with my name and address on, I do not know. But I’ve essentially had to pay for their inability to put a menu through my door, or to pay for the correct amount on the envelope. It’s a small fee, but why I had to pay it, I do not know. Not very happy and probably won’t even visit anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very unhappy with this order it was over 2 hours long, kept calling the restaurant which took 5 calls to answer over a period of 1 hour. Food then arrived cold I want a full refund!

Would of got full stars but 1 item was missing off my order which was a bottle of Diet Coke, looked back at the cameras & no coke to be seen. I know it’s only £2.80 but to some people that’s a lot.

The order was missing food which the restaurant said they would bring back down to us , after 30 minutes of waiting for the missing items I called the restaurant back (who were very rude) and they said that the driver wasn’t back yet but they’ll get the missing items to us when he’s back. He couldn’t tell me how long he would be and by this point all of our food had gone cold. I asked the restaurant for a refund which they refused. Will never order from them again absolutely terrible experience

Tandoori, King prawn,(as a main) were small and seemed burnt. And not very tandoori. Definitely didn’t taste as I’ve had many times from other places CTM didn’t taste like a CTM gutted 😞

Normally OK but a couple of the poppadoms were stale and last time and this time chips were like rubber,not freshly cooked and been under the warmer to long.

1st time ordering, everything was great, hot and big portions accept the Popadoms were soggy/limp and my Naan seemed abit chewy on one side, possibly from being kept warm for to long, but apart from that it was good and I would order again.

Madras was extremely spicy but would order again as partner liked it he just didn’t expect it. Popadoms we’re soft due to being in the bag with the heat, I’ve seen a few people say they “old” but I don’t believe that’s the case I think maybe having them separately would save that problem for you? Loved the food, came on time, everything was great, I just like to leave feedback on all my orders, thank you!

Food arrived on time, and hot. Really tasty and huge portions, we had enough to have another meal each! Only one minor gripe the onion bhajis needed to be drained a bit longer as they were quite greasy, but still edible, just a little greasier than I like. Would definitely order again.

Very nice meal as usual, the only negative I have is that we ordered chicken tikka biriani, and got plain chicken instead, so I suggest when ordering place a message in the notes section stating what you want

I waited that long for my delivery. I canceled my order. Just waiting on a refund now.

Looked around for a restaurant with decent reviews.. found this place and decided to order £15 worth of food. Big mistake food came cold and I don’t mean warm I mean cold😂. Had no choice but to warm it up in the microwave, but even then whilst eating it I didn’t enjoy it at all. Won’t be ordering from here again.. 🙄

A take away venue, food is very good, never had a bad meal

Not a issue about being late. But my main concern is leaving it on the floor. People are not animals, have more patients for people open the door and hand it too them simple. I’m sure they wouldn’t like it if it was done to them, so why do it to the customer who has paid for the delivery.
