Bellissimo pizza & grill in Northumberland

We ordered and almost 2.5 hours later it arrived stone Cold , we ate some as so hungry. I would not have ordered if I had the read reviews before hand. We did warm the food up the next day and it was ok better hot than cold.

These are not Italian pizzas they are pan fried and horrible in taste the Bolognese on the pizzas tastes and smells like dog meat the chips were stale and clearly just been reheated , pop corn chicken tastes dreadful waste of money

Always great pizza, not over loaded with sauce but plenty of topping

Delivery driver said he tried to deliver our food at the right time, knocked on thw door and window, tried to ring us twice, no missed call on our phone, however did not try the other door. When we rang the shop the person on the phone had a disgusting attitude! Food arrived over an hour late freezing! Had to heat it all back up.

Asked the guy how thin he could make a pizza, he offered to make one on a wrap and if we weren’t happy he would replace it free of charge. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time.

Got food from here tonight and was absolutely rotten wouldn't go back again, the manager is also rude and ignorant. Would give zero stars if there was an option!

Ordered a cheese, chips, bbq sauce kebab wrap. It cos £7 and this is the filling throughout about ten chips, five bits of grated cheese and one squirt of bbq. Will not be going back and very bland food.

1st time ordering from here. Beautifully cooked hubby had 5ce chicken meal and couldn't eat it all. App said 1hr to deliver so I would order at least a hour 20mins at busy periods. This not a complaint just a suggestion pity you didn't make a 7/8 inch pizza for smaller appetites especially for kids but I will order from these people again well worth the money

I ordered a bbq wrap and garlic wrap , when I collected the wraps both of them were bbq and when I rang up they were shouting on the phone and they would not deliver another , shocking customer service won’t be ordering again.

Asked for one wrap with bbq and one wrap with garlic came both bbq when I rang up the man who was talking to me was vile the way he was shouting saying it was my fault but it says on receipt one garlic and one bbq, it was obvious as it was 2 different ordered

Kebab and chicken hard and stale. Garlic bread stale worst take away iv had. rang to complian and was told not to order from the shop again

Ordered food tonight we had pizza chips natchos with cheese bolognese and chillies and a burger meal .The chips and garlic sauce was the only nice thing the rest of the food was disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.

Probably one of the worst kebabs I've ever had. No salad, raw cold meat, and awful looking. Won't bother again for the price.

Poorly managed team that can’t get a just eat order correct

Twice now this place has mucked up our order 1hour 45mins wait for cold and dry out calaznoe and soggy limp chips they send chicken nuggets and it was ment to be a chicken burger.. what they send I would not even feed my dogs with the lot went in the bin totally disappointed and definitely wont be ordering again

After a long day of work all I needed in life was a belly full of bait. My normal takeaway was closed due to Covid apocalypse so I used these. The chicken could have been force fed to someone under interrogation, and trust me they would have broke. The only warm thing that arrived was the can of coke. And you could have used the chips as spears. I stayed up all night because I was scared I wouldn't wake up if I fell asleep. I have no hard feelings I just feel lucky I'm still breathing! Gordon Ramsay couldn't fix the food.

After a tricky start when first time I'd ordered for delivery went array, I must recommend them for excellent customer service, great food and great service will definitely use again...thank you Bellissimo!!!

Poor uncooked chicken, cold chips, and burger bland, complained and barred from shop!!!! My chicken was pink in middle, I would up load picture to prove it, reporting to environmental health. Very un safe

Great pizza and almost always early.

Ordered from here tonight through Just Eat. When our delivery turned up half of it was missing. My Fiancé rang Bellissimo and they told him my order was still sitting at the takeaway. She told my Fiancé that they would give us a free bottle of pop for the mistake. When my food finally arrived it was cold and greasy and the chocolate cake I ordered was still frozen. Really not happy that we spent £19.50 on food and £2.50 for it to be delivered and most of it was thrown in the bin. Won't be ordering from here again.

Wish I could leave no stars. Ordered food this evening - food appalling and stone cold, half our order missing and staff rude!

Ordered from here at least 20 times, so this is a fair review. I wouldn't order again! 60% of the time the order is wrong or food is missing. Some times they get it good, but very rare these days. Customer service is really bad, thy don't care. Save your money and don't spend it here!

After waiting an hour. 2 Cold pizzas arrived. Sent the wrong burger with topping sent that was ordered. Poor

Fukn lifting old kebab meat and flat dry pizza. I wudnt bother. Try Antep Pizza instead. Much nicer

We usually get offer A on menu, great value for money, even with recent £1.50 price increase and food generally nice.

Ordered tonight nearly half an hour late and food was absolutely disgusting. Half of it was clay cold the rest burnt to a crisp and dry, the best part was the coleslaw we bought in Asda. Pepperoni parmesan .. didn't get pepperoni yet although that may be on the bit that got binned and the fried chicken looked 4 days old... heard good reviews but defo will nit recommend or be back... rancid ...

Love the food from here staff are friendly including the delivery team as well.

Absolutely horrid. Ordered a seafood pizza last night. The mussels were out of a jar and the rest of the seafood was non existent. Never again. I'm 1 minute away but there are much better places in Ashington

Absolutely disgusting I only live two mins away and food is always cold. I complained and was insulted More by being called Darling in every sentence! I informed him that made me uncomfortable he then said he will ring police! Haha keep your cold food.My advice is Do not go at all!

Used them all the time but just been told the won't deliver to me because I now live too far away and there too busy. So much for looking after loyal customers oh and it's only 20.15 so that's not time in 3hours 15mins
