Bellamama Deli in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

I just LOVE it here. How lucky we are to have such a gem here in Losty. Lovely ladies who serve and offer recommendations or just a natter! Fresh food is delish especially the quiches.

Fantastic! You must try the goats cheese tarts!! Breads and cakes are also a highlight! Very lovely staff.

So good to see a deli in a small town. I like to see local products being promoted especially in tourist areas

We were very lucky to come across this deli, as we’ve never been to Loswithiel before. Lots of different pork pies - a world away from the usual shop bought pies. Also had a sandwich. Both absolutely delicious. And the coffee was delicious too.

Without doubt the best sausage roll, scotch egg and quiche i have ever tasted. Doubt you'll get any better anywhere. Great selection if local cheese too.

Oh wow, so we waited all week to get pizza from here as it had been recommended.............point to note, preorder that pizza or risk missing out. On this occasion they helped us out. they are only open past 4pm on a Friday. the base was perfect and the topping had the most wonderful flavour. they really were perfect pizza's.

The sandwiches in particular are great(excellent bread), but the quiches, scotch eggs and little pasties and cakes are all excellent too.

Gorgeous veggie quiches, spoilt for choice so had one of each. Lovely, pretty shop with very friendly owner xxx

The Friday night pizza is lovely. Wish there were a vegan option though. The deli has lots of nice treats in general.

This deli is delightful. It offers local produce, fresh bread and so many delicious taste tempting foods that entering the shop is dangerous....in a good way of course. At weekends there are hot pizzas on offer, the combinations just as mouthwatering as the shop stock. This place is an asset to Lostwithiel in company with the other individual and interesting enterprises in this little historic town. Not to be missed.

What a fabulous shop I visited here as I was staying local and bought a selection of local cheese, home made bread, wine. The locally sourced pork pie and Apricot was the best pork pie I have ever had, the garlic Yarg was to die for, the lady was so helpful my many guests enjoyed the feast. A must visit this little shop has everything.

We visited yesterday to get some delicious treats while we are on holiday. It’s a small shop but they were more than happy for us to squeeze in with the pushchair as our toddler has decided to have an unscheduled nap. Sometimes you get a look or a tut when you try to do that but there was none of that here; just a lovely welcoming smile and hello. The lady that served us was really friendly and helpful. As well as being really patient while we decided what to get. She also gave us some fantastic local tips, one of which we used today and have had a perfect morning at Talland beach, somewhere we wouldn’t have found otherwise. She also spent her time talking to us and finding out what might be good for us. I would really recommend this store. Amazing lunchtime sandwiches, coffee and deli items. If you’re nearby definitely worth popping in!

One word of advice - either call through to order pizza or push the door real hard as it’s sticks! But once I got past the ordering issues what an amazing pizza I enjoyed ... I hate to admit better than my own home made which I’ve spent ages perfecting and better than pizza I had in NYC 👌

Has been under new ownership for several months and excels in good food and service with lots of local cheeses and meat products. emma will always make you feel welcome.

Bellamama’s fresh bread (we tried 3 different loaves over 2 weeks) and Cornish icecream are what drew us in here, after failing to find plastic-free alternatives at the small Co-op supermarket. We weren’t disappointed. The owner is happy for customers to bring in their own containers for deli items, and she used my cotton bread bag for loaves when I remembered it.

Perfect for a Friday night as open until 10. The pizza is delicious. Fresh, Cornish produce and the quality of the pizza shows. The best pizza around the area!!!

Marvellous! Only on Friday nights, but what a treat for the kids! Lovely deli, great range and an interesting change from the norm.

Highly recommend the pastrami sandwich. Olives and coffee also very good. Small table to sit in. Cakes also look very good.

Three of us popped into this deli for a bite to eat - the NY style pastrami sandwich on warm home made bread was one of the all time best sandwiches! The Deli had a couple of chairs and a table with a fine selection of cured meats, pickles/chutneys, oils, olives, biscuits, wines to mention a few items all beautifully presented.

We visited Lostwithiel for the first time recently and while wandering around the town found the Deli. Super range of products and delicious ice cream.

Si te encuentras en Lostwithiel un viernes por la noche, sin duda recomiendo las pizzas en Bellamama Deli. Ofrecen una buena selección de platos pizzas con los mejores ingredientes de calidad. Por lo que sé que sólo las noches de pizza en los viernes de 5:00 a 10:00. Tienen una charcutería bien abastecido con todo tipo de carnes, quesos y polvo para hornear para satisfacerle durante el resto de la semana. Entramos, pedimos nuestras pizzas, entonces tenía una pinta en los brazos del King al lado mientras que nuestras pizzas estaban siendo preparados. En una noche agradable, sería perfecto para tomar estas pizzas a las mesas de picnic de la comunidad cerca del río Fowey. Volveremos cada viernes por el resto de nuestra estancia en Lostwithiel.

Prueba las pizzas en viernes y sábado noche (llamar y recoger) son muy agradables. La tienda algunos quesos, aceites y vinagres encantadores. Las empanadas Cornualles son las mejores en Lostwithiel.

Deli encantadores haciendo llevar/chapatis baguettes y todo tipo de comida típica.

Good choices to make up a picnic, or if you just want a lighter evening meal. Great Pizza menu which is available on a couple of nights. Good coffee.

When you walk into the deli you are warmly greeted. The service is always prompt, friendly and efficient. The stone baked pizzas are made with fresh dough with a wide range of toppings.There are individual gluten free bases which suit me well. My nephew hailed the pizzas better than Dominos. Praise indeed!

Gorgeous little Deli in Lostwithiel. Worth a detour to pick up a freshly made pastry in the morning or for a Cornish cheeseboard for after dinner. Friday we'll try their amazingly innovative pizza menu and I'll let you know!

The food from here is yummy and they never fail to disappoint. We have recommended it to so many people and no one has had a bad experience.

What a find this little gem in Lostwithiel was! We were looking for something easy for dinner whilst staying in Lostwithiel and was thinking about driving off to find something for our last night. I happened to find the web for the local Deli and it stated they served Pizza on Friday and Saturday evenings up till 2200. As this was so close to our hotel we thought we would pop in and give it a try - so glad we did! The girl serving on the Friday evening (9/04/15) was very friendly and helpful. We ordered 3 6" pizzas and were told they would be ready in about 15 minutes so we went for a walk down the road. we returned early and the girl apologised that they weren't ready. we however were happy to sit and wait which gave us chance to look at the rest of the goods on sale from different vinegars to all fresh meats and cheeses. The pizzas were really good and very tasty. We returned again on the Saturday morning to buy some filled rolls for our journey home. The pastrami is some of the best i've tasted and the rolls were really good and very fresh. I wish we lived closer and really recommend this place to anyone in the area.
