Amazing service - 1 of the things we ordered was wrong, we didn't ring them, just thought we'd have it, even though it was less than we had paid for. 5 minutes later they were at our house with the right food! Will definitely order again!

the pizza we order is normally sloppy which is delicious and how we like it, but it was too dry and not nice

Food was good but they forgot my sons cheesy chips and the phone number says out of service and there was no other way to get intouch with them so my son went without his tea!

Fantastic food cannot fault it but the delivery man leaves a lot to be desired. He is so rude on more than one occasion he has told me that if I don’t open the door quicker he will take the food away . It is putting me off ordering from here . He is just soooo abrupt and rude

Got a message to say thered been a delay. Food came not to much later. Now id usually be glad my food wasnt cold but im not sure how i feel about you microwaving it with the salad on. Plus it was put in for far to long so the middle being only bit still moist is lava hot and inedible. Chips are good tho.

Top quality food delivered quick and very hot!! Everything on the menu is cooked great and the prices are brilliant too! Delivery only £1 in 2023 I'd not miss out ordering from here.

Great service as always, one part of order got left but was here in minutes and driver was very apologetic as was the person I spoke to.

Food was early..but not usual quality. My chicken kebab wasn't hot so I didn't risk it. Disappointing as not usually like this.

This order was an absolute joke the food was stone cold, arrived 20 mins late. When someone orders a product don’t replace it with a similar product.

Food arrived at a perfect time,hot and melt amazing til I realised the garlic bread was that greasy it was dripping out the box on the floor-opened the box an it was so greasy it was literally drowning,burnt underneath&rock hard chips were just as greasy so I was dreading the pizza after that but surprisingly that was beautiful,not sure I’ll be back after the garlic bread as it’s a simple thing to make an I’ve genuinely never seen anything like it in my life so my stars are for the calzone pizza an the chicken pizza I went off the reviews expecting great food 😕

Good was ok, no free garlic bread despite spending over £15 and despite asking politely in the message box, disappointed as would of ordered it otherwise with our pastas… didn’t order it because I did want two garlic breads. If it’s just Monday-Friday that offer, it should say so

My make your own Calzone was brilliant and the Folded Nutella was nice as well but very filling, 4 Stars 😁

Decent food, nice employees and very fast delivery. The food was cooked perfectly and it was packaged nicely.

Starters this isn’t aimed at the restaurant, the food etc because it’s always brilliant. Hot, tasty and cooked through. We are regulars at Bella and never had a problem. How last night the attitude and rudeness we received from the delivery driver was just disgusting. We normally get a notification to state on its way. The stated delivery time was 50 mins away so I took to getting my children showered ready for bed. Too then about 20 mins later received a rude phone call from the delivery driver stating he was outside. Once we went to the door he gave the takeaway to us and say angrily ‘I’ve been waiting 10mins’ when there is absolutely no way. We have a bell which was plugged in, never went. Our house isn’t that big that we don’t hear the door going upstairs so he completely lied. Made us feel really bad even though what he said wasn’t true. Quite frankly it’s put us off ever ordering.

Wow just spot on the garlic bread was perfect and clearly had just been baked, thus evening the food came absolutely perfectly done! Really enjoyed it no cruntchie edgescp to pizza or garlic bread justvp brilliant!

Pizza was burnt, like inedible, very disappointed. Base so burnt I couldn’t even eat around it. Only consolation was the donner meat and chips were lovely but come on guys, you can’t be sending good out in that state.

The sauce was too spicy on the kebab therefore I wasn’t able to eat it and it wasn’t enjoyable so that’s was £10 wasted on food I couldn’t eat besides that it was ok
