Waited over 2hrs for my food. When speaking to them about it, they eventually offered a bottle of drink when I complained. Once passed onto the manager, he was rude and eventually offered I could pay £10 of my order, an £11.39 order, however claiming that it was £13.-- and saying that it cost a £2 delivery fee, a fee that I told me about absolutely no where, during the order, despite it saying in their sites T&C's that it would show up as an "additional charges". To top this off, the delivery driver was very rude in his actions and my, frankly questionable quality food, was nearly cold

Always loved their pizza. You know they actually use fresh dough because once cooked, the dough should still be light in colour. Unlike Dominos and other chain pizza places, Bella Pizza don't charge extortionate prices and the quality is far better! Best pizza place in town and possibly even Essex

Absolutely horrendous. Placed an order for delivery, food arrived cold and nothing like what it looked like on the menu. Tasted nothing like it should've done either. Hot wings weren't hot, not even a hint of spice. Had to choose something different as they had no garlic for the garlic burger. I'm so angry with our order, the whole thing is a big pile of ####. Waste of money. Do not go here for any food as that is not what you'll get!

disgustingly rude staff member, asked politely how long an order would be and he replied I had no right to ask how long it would take! Literally so rude, for no reason! Rubbish service and rude staff = I will never go again.

Very bad food. I ordered peri peri chicken and got very dry chicken, smells bad and feels like old chicken. If I could give zero star I would have given them that.

I ordered a cornish pasty and a sausage cheese and ketchup pastry, both cold and like a bit of rubber. My wife ordered panini, a coffee and a brownie for my 6 year old. The lady who served us couldn't have been nicer, but whilst cutting it up for him to start eating at the stand at the side of the shop (bearing in mind my wife needed to put her coffee down to cut it) another very rude member of staff with curly hair told us in a very abrupt manner to take our food outside and eat it. It wasn't exactly what she said, but the way we were spoken to in such a rude way and tone...we were disgusted. It wasn't even busy, so we weren't blocking any doors etc. After the shock wore off, my wife went back in to try to explain our suprise at being spoken to as a customer in that way. The rude member of staff just denied it and said she didn't think she was rude. Let me tell you, after working all my working life with the public, I wouldn't dream of speaking to people this way. I think someone needs some customer service training, (maybe from the first lady who served us) We proceeded outside and binned the lot. Won't be going back.
