Bella Pizza in Wirral

Visited Bella Pizza tonight and did not have a good experience when ordering, the parson making the pizza was unfriendly and forceful with his comments on what we were trying to order. No good at all.

super nice chips cheese and gravy and the best pizza in wallasey 5 stars

Arrived quickly, food delicious, cheeky wee cheesy garlic bread thrown in, loved it!

As Pizza/Kebab shops go I can't fault Bella Pizza . I dont eat fast food very often but never let me down....decent food...Nice staff. Chicken kebab spot on.

Absolutely awful, worst pizza and burger, very sloppy and tasteless I got a takeout other day and worst was kids hanging around in shop and outside while waiting for food , not a good place to go to get food .

We were staying in Leasowe castle hotel. We have order pizza from this place. The pizza was so nice with complementary garlic bread. Very good customer service as well. Thank you Bella Pizza for great food.

This is a very good place to get quick comfort food. I order from here all the time because it is cheap and most of the time the food is great. I recommend the pizza deals they have, really good value for money. They provide a great service with quick delivery, but it is fast food so can be hit and miss like any fast food place. If you want cheap food and lots of it then this is a good place for you!

Probably the best pizza in Wallasey.

this placed used to be good but since it got new owner's it's only gotten worse and worse, this has made me very sad because i've always ordered from this place since i was three yearls old and seeing what it's like now is very dissapointing.

Poor, chips not cooked through properly.

We have given this fast food place many chances , but no more . Our order has been wrong on several occasions. Husbands burger was an Hawaiian burger instead of a plain burger, the free coke was omitted on 2 occasions, garlic pizza with cheese wasn't cooked properly on another , coleslaw was omitted from our order this time , the food used to be delivered quite quickly now I think it goes all around wallasey before it's delivered, used to be very hot now it's luke warm and the chips which used to be nice are now soggy. I think enough chances have been given , we won't be ordering anymore from Bella Pizza.

Load of me ass me foods cold and had to wait over an hour

mostly order chicken kebabs and garlic mushrooms from here. garlic mushrooms are great. chicken kebabs is really nice. not a fan of the lamb meat,it's very tough. I had the cheesy jacket potato today. again, it was nice. the prices here are good and so is the food. . . . :)

disappointed with my Pizza today. i used to go to greedys down the road and they were very good but they changed staff and after that pizza bases were rubbish, like something from a packet in the supermarket so started going to Bella - they were great crispy base and very much a 'freshly baked bread' taste but the last two have been same as they went in greedys, with the base dry, not crispy and similar to shop bought from a packet, time to look for somewhere else i think :-(

I ordered from the just eat app I asked in the notes not to knock on door as baby was in bed and I was keeping a look out for the person as I don't live far away and a big knock comes out of no where so I answer thinking it was just a mistake and the man stunk of weed and was being very loud I gave in a £10 the food was £8.20 so I waited for the change the man was that off his head he couldn't see the money so I just let him have it because of how loud he was btw this was at like 12pm / food amazing but I want that man being spoken to sorry but it's not fair!

Terrible service. Food an hour late and barely hot chips are soggy and taste disgusting. Friends pizza was near cold and he is a loyal customer. Usually it's good service.

Ordered from Just eat and paid on card. Food arrived 2 hours later absolutely battered looking like the driver had stuck his toes in the pizza and missing a kebab. When we phoned to ask for the kebab to be delivered and why it had taken so long they tried to get us off the phone as soon as possible saying it had left and that they would give us something for free to apologise. Another 30 minutes later (we only live a 5 minute drive away) and the kabab arrived in 2 boxes not even put together. The driver put the bag in our hands and couldn't drive off soon enough. Won't be using them again. Terrible customer service.

We ordered a pizza last night and the attitude of the the driver when he arrived was disgraceful. Refusing to walk up 10 stairs and throwing our food on the floor. Rage isn't the word. Never will we be ordering from this place again. If your driver has a problem with what I've said here tell him to come and have a conversation with me. Hell remember where I live.
