Seemingly under new ownership, which is a shame because the style and recipe has changed. Used to be the best around but last nights was mediocre. Crust and base now much thinner than before. Didn’t used to be able to finish it but was left wanting instead. Oh, the chili sauce has changed too. Not the Bella you know and love anymore. Time to find a new Pizza place.

Just received our food which was due 15 minutes ago I rang just query how much longer it would be, customer service was absolutely shocking! Gentleman was very belittling and over talking when trying to explain myself and state it was wrong for me to ring because they were 15 minutes late, I ordered at 4.30 to be delivered at 5.30 and still didn't show up on time hence the call.... Food is acceptable but won't be ordering again due to rudeness of staff!

Used recently a number of times due to our regular pizza shop going dowhill. Always been on time, hot and tasty. Wraps are absolutely lovely. Our new pizza shop from now on.

Great takeaway pizza at good prices but just eat was turned off - 1star and cash only - 1star.

Horrendous and disgusting!!! Ordered a bolognaise pizza with chips and garlic. The pizza was basically mince on top of a pizza base covered in cheese and chips were still raw. When i contacted the shop their responce was "our bolognaise is different to everywhere else we dont use herbs". Well that is spot on as we have never tasted anything so vile and in that case they should advertise the pizza as a turkey mince pizza as it certainly never tasted of beef mince. We werent offered a refund and would never shop here again.
