Amazing food. The delivery drivers are amazing, so friendly and speedy in delivery.

I ordered food almost an hour ago and phoned asking where my food is and was told it couldn’t be delivered we was all looking forward to the food just a bit disappointed that the food couldn’t be delivered

I ordered on line via my phone and they had no record of it. I had to re-order while in the cafe so had to wait a long time. The food was very good. Terry.

Used to visit this place a couple of years ago when we stayed in Saxilby whilst on a boat. Looking at moving to Saxilby so thought we would treat ourselves to a chicken kebab. What a let down, pitta was stale and the chicken was dry and rubbery. Worst still, I will spare you the details but let's say we sat in different rooms all night.🤮

I'm not sure why there are negatives reviews on here? I have used Bella Pizza for a few years now and the food has always been excellent and if delivered always on time (usually quicker than told). Great pizzas and a mean chicken kebab. Cheers.

I will never eat there again. I strongly advice people not to eat there I got food poisoning and was off work for two days..All good reviews are fake from the people that work there like BRAD.. free can of coke was it. Under new ownership and the food is awful I’ve read the reviews and it looks like there not taking any responsibility for there actions how can all these people be lieing it needs to be shut down.

We ordered a delivery today it's not cheap food. The food arrived about 30 minutes late, was.cold and forgot to leave the drinks, bella is only 6 minutes away from us and we paid £4 delivery :-( not so food service

Ordered a pizza and it was one of the tastiest and best pizzas ever. There was plenty of ingredients on the pizza and it was nice and fresh.Also excellent service and also they have such a wide variety of choices on there menu so you can choose to cater on what ever you feel like eating.

I decided to switch which pizza place I usually use and that was a big mistake. Bella pizzas food is greasy and bland. The staff aren’t particularly nice either.

I went in for collection, l ordered a margarita pizza and some chips. Quite a simple order. But no. I was waiting for over 30 minutes (it wasn’t busy, the cooks were messing around). I was then greeted with what I assume is the manager strolling in screaming and shouting like a child. Very unpleasant. Wouldn’t go there again, would rather make the trip to skelly

Ordered as part of a large party order and our what seems to be a very expensive £20+ pizza was missing rang at 9.45 letting them know and was told they would send straight away but then the called back saying no they are not bringing the missing pizza as too close to closing ( yet the website says 11 pm ) and it was their mistake - very poor customer service

Am guessing it’s probably been taken over? Use to be great value and very tasty but now nowhere near. Paid £53 for a pizza and a special kebab and the special kebab was bulked out with (too many) chips which it never use to be and wasn’t good value at all. Use to use it all the time but won’t order from there again. Shame

Been twice this week and both times messed-up my order not very good to be honest.

took extra money out my account payed £14.40 checked my email and added up to £11.50 hope they don’t do this all the time also tried making me pay £2.90 at the door!!

Pizza was cold and was a bit undercooked , large cheese chips had about 15 chips . Won't be using again.

Had various takeaways from here as we have recently moved to the area. Got to say they have all been lovely. Possibly the best takeaway pizza I’ve had for a long time. Delivery is also excellent - on time and piping hot. The staff are great and very helpful. All in all it’s a very good takeaway providing a good selection of food.

Very average pizza takeaway. Skelly pizza have knocked them out of the park, so the paranoid owner has made an armada of fake accounts to give himself 5 star reviews, and his coping mechanism to negative reviews made by real people is to call them fake with no proof, don’t listen to him. This review actually discusses the last time I ate from here. I say “very average” with all due respect, usually our orders are 4 star standard but recently they’ve gone downhill. Our large pepperoni pizza was greasy to the point where the flavour was washed off and the kebab was the opposite: dry like sandpaper. The order was made on a Wednesday, so the excuse of being too busy with orders like a Saturday was unacceptable. I highly recommend the one in Skellingthorpe instead, it’s a new business that delivers to Saxilby XX

Great place to grab a Kebab or pizza, we have deliveries from them quite frequently .. they never disappoint! Great food, always hot and good quality. The pizzas aren't greasy either which is amazing! Would highly recommend 👌 👍

Ordered delivery due at 18.10 arrived at 20.15!!!! Kept saying it was on way. Food arrived luke warm, no salad wrong sauce. Food had not just come from there as paper it was wrapped in was wet through from condensation. Said discount would be given. Absolutely furious waited 2 hours for that!!! I will be requesting full refund

My DiL & I stopped by last week & ordered some kebabs & fries. The staff were friendly and polite. The kebabs were delicious, the chicken was really tender & tasty. I also really liked the chilli sauce. My son & DiL were very happy with the complimentary bottle of coke. We will be back for more.

Excellent food and service from lovely staff

All the kebab meats are decent, the pizza's are what you expect and the prices are reasonable, the free garlic bread is a little tasteless (but it's FREE, take it or leave it). I prefer to collect and never had a problem with missing items.

When I first moved to Saxilby Bella Pizza used to be great. But recently they have gone massively downhill. Food undercooked; I mean like 'pink' chicken and undercooked pizza bases, and the taste of everything is disgusting. I'm usually quite patient and happy to give places a second chance but I've given Bella Pizza enough chances now. Food makes me feel physically sick. Do not waste your time and money Not a fake account thank you very much I live on Daubeney Avenue. Your food is disgusting, sort it out!

Ordered food on their app, received confirmation email which had the correct address. Called after it was 30 mins late, was told it was on its way. Called again 15 mins later they said it was wrong address then said they never received our order. Rude on the phone, no apologies. They shall be losing a regular customer

Food is always good, but they always miss an item, usually its when i add coleslaw or cheese, but this week it was the 5 chicken strips. Promised a refund but its not appeared, shame as i used to spend a fortune here and really like the food.

The food is bad but the treatment of customers is worse especially from the managers. If you have a complaint they pretend you are a fake person to cover up their shocking standards. Look at some of the reviews they’ve replied to. You’ll see it for yourself

Used to be fantastic, last 5 orders have had stuff missing or wrong and last order took around 3 hours. After ringing back and them saying they hadn’t even put the order through. Such a shame

Appalling service. Took 2 hours to arrive. After an hour of waiting I chased and was told the chef had forgotten about the order - why have an online ordering system then? Was told could have free bottle of drink for the mistake and food would arrive in 30 mins. 35 mins later I chased again to be told 10 mins. 20 minutes later and a full 2 hours after ordering it finally arrived (with no free drink). Not impressed at all

Since it has new people it’s rubbish, food is always late and missing things. No presentation, rude staff. Such a shame because it used to be so good!

All of the food was freezing cold, missed chips off our order. Also payed £3 for tubs of sauce and none of them arrived, when we rang up to query this we were told they’d delivered in 45 mins with no apology .

If I could give 0 stars I would. Where do I start.... Me and my companions had worked up an appetite after a long day exploring Lincoln. Due to our location Bella Pizza was the only establishment that would deliver to us. We eagerly awaited our order to arrive, twitching the curtains at every noise only for it to be Maureen next door taking the rubbish out. Eventually the delivery driver arrived 20 minutes late. We opened the bag to find that no sauce was delivered. This would have not been an issue if the Donner meat wasn't like chewing pieces of sandpaper. Fortunately the cat had brought us a vole from the field behind. We called the establishment to notify them of said missing sauce. She was not apologetic at all and offered no refund or sauce to be sent out. Luckily right at the back of the fridge was a bottle of Batts Tomato sauce which had BBE 2013. At this point we did not care. Please AVOID this place at all costs!

The last few times I ordered here the order has taken over 1.5 hours, can't even deliver to saxilby on time. No notification of a delay or anything, disgraceful...

Last two times I have used them, both times a mistake has been made, first one I asked for a chicken shish kebab, turnedo out to be beef, second one missed a meal out completely, giving one more chance, if another mistake is made, I will not be ordering anything else off them !!!!!!!!!!!!
