Be careful when trying to use your tastecard, even when you book in advance, the South Kensington branch won’t except it.

We had a second chance to come and enjoy the food at Bella italia 55 Queensway. It's a small cosy restaurant serving Italian Food. The moment you walk in the restaurant, you are greeted by friendly staff and made to feel extremely welcoming. The staff are very professional and organised in taking care of your needs. The manager Jakub took care of us and was very helpful. We opted for the special promotion which you get when you sign up. So we'll worth doing and a visit is a must if in ir around Hyde Park Queensway

Our server Cara was great and the food was lovely. We had a great time as a family and were very welcome. The pasta was lovely!

Well if you happen to be around Bayswater/ Queensway and your feeling hungry. Pop into Bella italia near Queensway Station You get a very warm welcome from the staff Draft Stella is only £ 5.99 a pint Great value for London. The 2 courses for £ 19.45 is a fantastic and such a good selection of food. The portions are a good size. So far a good place to go, so please check out these guys out . Having been to a few Italian places recently, and not had very good experiences, we were pleasantly surprised by the whole ensemble of tonight's meal. The establishment as usual was quite busy but the staff made us feel as though we were welcome. A young waitress, I think she was called Cara, was especially helpful. On the whole the food and atmosphere were good. The service was excellent, with a special thanks to Cara. In addition we were made to feel welcomed by the staff generally.

We ate here as a family of four whilst staying in London. Sujoy was brilliant with us as soon as we entered he was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing like some can be. He really has it right and how he remembered everyones specific orders without having to write it down is damned impressive! The food came quickly and piping hot. Everything was delicious and presented very well. Thank you Sujoy for a really lovely dining experience. ☆☆☆☆☆

I have a dining room in this Italian restaurant and I found myself very well, all the food was of good quality, the manager a very attentive, kind and helpful person .... I am a lover of tiramisu and I must say that it deserves 10 as a vote. Great. I recommend this place if you want a quiet, clean place with excellent hospitality.

I will never go here again. My calzone was undercooked and my friends pizza was charred. Let alone it tasted like a Tesco branded Italian microwave meal. And so expensive! Spend a couple more dollars somewhere else and get amazing food.
