Bella Italia - Parrs Wood Leisure Park in Manchester

We went as a table of six for lunch before going on to the cinema. The slow, they didn’t show any interest To giving good service at all. The food took over and hour to come out even though there was only 5 other tables in the restaurant. The food it’s self was of poor quality and over salted, we didn’t get a check back for 15 mins, one of the meals was the wrong pasta even know we had explained in detail to the service as my daughter is a very difficult eater. This is the 3rd time we have been to this restaurant and it has got worse every time. I asked to speak with the manager, he sat down at our table, took no responsibility for the poor service or the quality of the cooking. Just stated he was short staffed and got very aggressive when challenged, very most service from him and I wouldn’t have him running my business. We paid the bill in full even know we didn’t eat 3 out of the six meals.

It is a very long time since we had the perfect pasta in so many different ways to be eaten and the sauces that go with it....the sauces make the pasta what it is === with the various fillings that completes the whole thing.

La comida es pobre, ordenó champiñones horneados como entrante, vinieron en un plato pequeño, alrededor de cinco champiñones en rodajas en una "sopa" de sabor indescriptible, gran valor para 5. 99! ! Luego vino la lasaña que nunca había probado antes, capas de pasta, casi nada de salsa y menos carne. La sombra clara sobre la mesa estaba sucia con moscas muertas y otros dertritus. La única gracia salvadora fue la camarera que era encantadora. No volveré a ir allí de nuevo.

La comida era muy buena ya un precio razonable, pero el servicio era extremadamente lento y, aunque era Nochebuena, no estaba muy ocupado.

No es la primera vez en este restaurante y no la última. Como de costumbre, el servicio fue excelente al igual que la comida. Estuve con mi esposa, mi hijo y su compañero para celebrar mi cumpleaños después de unos bolos. Cada uno quedó impresionado con todo. Nuestra sin agua, Erissa, es muy amigable y tiene experiencia en su trabajo. Ella viene muy recomendada. Gracias Erissa. Definitivamente vamos a ir allí de nuevo. Nunca estamos decepcionados.
