Absolutely beautiful pizza, friendly driver and quick delivery.

Arrived 2 and a half hours late. Everything luke warm. Pizza not bad. The kebab was awful, as were the chips. And wrong dips sent. Disappointing all round.

Great pizzas. have ordered here a few time now and never been disappointed. Slight gripe, the lack of olives when getting them as an extra topping. Other than that no problems. lovely food and always hot. thanks guys.

Order to delivery took 2hr30mins for a midweek order, which is totally unacceptable. The order on the app was closed at a ne point saying it had been delivered, which it hadn’t, only to manipulate performance stats I suspect. Food was average

The kebab was a let down tonight lads. The meat tasted as if it had been microwaved. Not the high quality/fresh produce I'm used to from Bell-a-Pizza.

We order from Bella Pizza every week, and the quality of the pizzas and the service are very good. The delivery lady is very friendly and we always have a chat. I would highly recommend Bella Pizza.

The mix kebab on naan chicken pieces were dry and very spicy naan was too thin and dry,the chips were not cooked properly and were hard.

Just on time but over an hour for delivery is a bit too slow especially when i dont live too far away

kebab was one of the best I've tried lately but pizza overcooked and no extra cheese I ordered maybe just a one of but will give them another try

took about 2 hours to delivery 2 pizzas to a place 10 mins away. barely any kebab on the Asian meat feast and the base was just soggy and massively undercooked. One of the worst takeaway pizzas I've touched

First time ordering from here and never again! Ordered here on the Euro final night - got the 3 pizzas for £15 offer - ordered on the phone for collection and was told £15 and 20 mins for collection. We got there and turns out they made a mistake with the price and it’s £18 bcos we asked for deep pan (we clarified it wasn’t extra charge on the phone and they said no) and pizzas were still not ready. Waited for another 20 minutes until they were done. Got home and they gave us the wrong pizzas, we ordered margarita and got chicken instead! Then we called the guy and he was completely unapologetic and rude saying they was too busy and if we wanted our pizza (that we ordered in the first place) that we’d have to come back ourselves and sort it out. Never ordering from here again, spent almost 1 hour and a half until we got our order, food was standard nothing great

just writing a longer review here because I’m actually disgusted in the rudeness I’ve experienced and justeat apparently does not have the amount of characters for me to write a proper review. I’ve been going to bell-a-pizza for years, since I was a kid so at least 10 years. I often order to my own address and have left good reviews on JustEat even if just a rating. When things have gone wrong, they have always corrected it and I’ve never left a bad review. However, the experience I’ve had today purely from the attitude alone has ensured I’ll never order from there again. The order arrived an hour and a half after ordering - football euro cup final was on so they probably were busier than usual. Completely understandable, usually they’re quite fast. They said they’d forgot drinks and would come back with them, again no problem at all, mistakes happen especially when busy and they were quick to sort it. When returning with the drinks, we notified them the tuna melt baguette that I ordered (which I did specify in the notes I wanted with ONLY tuna mayo and cheese, no sweetcorn or pineapple) had other things on - at first we thought it was a chicken baguette, because it had a lot of tomato pizza sauce. They apologised and took it back to be replaced. We then received another knock on the door, for the man to put his foot IN MY SISTERS HOUSE and state how he is the chef so he would know and it’s exactly what I asked for and there was no chicken on it. I went to the door and I explained that I know there was no chicken, but it had a tomato sauce on it which wasn’t what I asked for. I was then told that they always made the tuna melts by putting pizza sauce on the base (that part fair enough if that’s how they do it, clearly I wasn’t aware), and that I should have asked for it plain. I did say it was not clear on the menu that it would have any kind of pizza sauce on it and that I didn’t know because most places I’ve ordered from don’t do that, but that I DID specify in the notes that I wanted “ONLY tuna mayo and cheese, no sweetcorn or pineapple” and had I known there was a pizza sauce I would have specified that too. He then said that all their baguettes come to the store with pizza sauce already on??? I even said I don’t mind at that point if they don’t replace it but they might as well take it because I won’t be eating it. I don’t feel like I was rude because I have anxiety disorder as it is so social situations are difficult for me and I just wanted to explain to get it sorted, it made a very uncomfortable atmosphere in what was supposed to be a chilled out night with my family watching the game. We weren’t sure if the food was going to come back, and so I did leave a review on justeat on my sisters account about the experience which isn’t something I do often but at that point my issue was the way I was spoke to rather than the food, as I’ve said I’ve never had a problem with the food being actually bad. It did not come back “within 5 minutes” as claimed in the response to the justeat review, as it took that amount of time to write my initial review, plus everyone else was finished eating by the time it eventually did come back. I also understand if that is the way you usually cook it, but to falsely claim i knew that when ordering when there is nothing to suggest that from the menu, nor have I ever ordered any baguette from Bella before, is quite frankly a joke and a blatant lie, same as the claiming that “baguettes come to our takeaway with pizza sauce already on them”, yet if this was the case then a replacement wouldn’t have been possible at all. All in all it’s a shame - the food itself is lovely and we’ve never had such an issue before, and the lady that delivered the meal the second time was lovely too. You’ve said yourself - my sister was ordering from there regularly and has never complained. nor have I. But if you can’t see how wrong the attitude was that you came to that door with, or thinking it’s ok to step into someone’s house to have a go, then you’ll keep losing loyal customers unfortunately.

awful. Ordered a tuna melt baguette, asked specifically for JUST tuna mayo and cheese. Order turns up, tuna mayo cheese and tomato. we tell them that it wasn’t right, they took it back & said they’d replace it. Then the came back to our address, said he’s the chef & they always put “pizza base on baguettes” and we should have asked for it plain. I said we did in notes. He then said baguettes already come with sauce on when they get them. Shouldn’t feel so uncomfortable at my own door

Ordered a pizza and two lots of nachos at 20:08pm didn’t turn up till 22:05. Food was Luke warm. Asked for one portion to be only cheese and other portion to have salsa as it only gives you one topping when proceeding to order. Both nachos came with cheese, salsa and jalapeño. When called the restaurant they said that the owner tells them to put it on regardless of choice. I asked about policies for allergies. The manager responded with “I don’t know” now reported to Food standards agency. Absol

Unhappy with this, sorry for the late response as I thought I had done it Saturday, really unsatisfied the food was cold, pizza and garlic bread where rock hard struggled to bite into it meat was cold and cheese was also hard. We all had tummy ache the day after guessing from this

Took almost 2 hours for food to arrive and when it did arrive garlic bread supreme I ordered deep and it was very thin had clearly been sat for a while as was pretty much stale left most of it it was that poor.

ordered my food for 8. it arrived before 7, just before I went upstairs to put the baby to sleep. pizza was nice but cold by the time I got to it.

Pizzas are lovely and great delivery service 5* slight problem with coleslaw but the delivery driver went out of his way to go get us some from the coop... highly recommend first class service!!

Decent food and good value but poor service. They got wrong order for my mrs and said they would resend the right order. I called back after an hour and the guy on the phone had a bit of an attitude basically saying it’s not a priority and we will get it when it comes. We have a young baby and after a couple of hours waiting we had to cancel it and my mrs had to go to bed hungry as it was past his bedtime… 3 hours after the initial order.

Absolutely rank, garlic bread was stale tiny pieces , donner meat was scraps not even a portion, the chips had all merged into one soggy ball and I do not have the will power to mention the “Pizza” all thrown in the bin and re ordered from Clayton Spice

Bell a Pizza is our go to takeaway. The pizza is always piping hot, extremely tasty and fantastic value for money. Nowhere else can you get a 16" pizza for this price, but more importantly of the same quality! If you havent before, then I highly recommend you try it out.

The delivery time was at 20:25-20:45 after calling to restaurant 2 times then only food arrived , very unhappy with this service, never had this type off experience in my life with just eat ! Very disappointed!

Definitely would avoid this restaurant only after your money. Stay away poor food quality no value for their customers. STAY AWAY.... rather use UBER Eats that just eat....

The pizza was not quite as nice as the last one we had, it was a little bit dry and light on toppings and the garlic bread barely tasted of garlic, but it was still OK

Food arrived piping hot, second night inna row ive ordered. My partner’s pregnant and asked for specific requests for her food and they listened. Pizzas are beautiful and fresh from here! Loads of toppings they not shy. Chips are exactly how i like. Partner is craving strawberry milkshake and theirs are all she will drink haha. 10/10 my go to takeaway :)
