The food was a 2/10. Staff 0/10. So rude and very dismissive. I asked for chicken gravy and was told they don’t serve this even tho it was on posters all over the store. And still told no it’s not on the menu which is a little funny as you can see photo attached. This is a place if you are extremely drunk. Staff couldn’t have been less helpful. Honestly was terrible!

It was my first time in Belfast and I had a serious craving for a burger. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff. I looked at the menu and ordered a burger and it was a magnificent experience. They managed to incorporate Asian / middle eastern flavors flawlessly into this wonderful concoction. Every bite I enjoyed thoroughly to the point I felt it brought a tear of joy to my eye. I thought the Titanic Museum was supposed to be the highlight of my trip, but hands down BFC takes the cake. I only hoped the joint would sell merch so I would have been able to take home a memento of a night that I will never forget.

The food was alright, I got the 10 wings and they were plain instead of mild but that’s the only complaint relatively cheap fries were good they offer sit in and takeaway options up until 11 where it’s then takeaway only. The menu on just eat is the same as in store. Even with the chicken plain it still tasted good and was cooked correctly

Found this great fast food restaurant in Belfast's Cathedral Quarter. The prices are affordable, the portions are large, and the food is delicious! They serve sandwiches like hamburgers and fish fillets (approx. £4-5) to family-sized dinner platters of kabobs, lamb, etc. with rice (£26). It's not fancy but a great find for eating a healthy, affordable meal! The restaurant hours are great for travelers as they are open until very late at night long after other places are closed. You will not be disappointed.

Always check your order before driving away. Had missing chips and the wrong burger a few times.

We visited this cafe at the Ulster Museum on Saturday 15th March. The staff were really friendly and helpful even although they were incredibly busy when we arrived. There was a really lovely selection of savoury food, sandwiches and sweet treats. My partner had a panini and I opted for a caramelised onion tart, served with the most delicious salad I have ever had! We both enjoyed a white chocolate and raspberry scone afterwards which was also really tasty! All round an excellent experience.

We had afternoon tea at The Malmaison hotel, it was a fabulous family treat. Food was delicious and staff are absolutely wonderful. I fully recommend it and intend to go back very soon.

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience at AM/PM for afternoon tea was disappointing. We arrived at 2pm for our reservation, but our afternoon tea wasn’t served until 2:45pm, and some tables that arrived after us were served first. We ordered tea, but some members of our group received the wrong type. Unfortunately, the staff’s unapproachable demeanor made us hesitant to address the issue. Once the afternoon tea arrived, we inquired about the items for dietary requirements. The staff seemed unaware of these needs and offered no alternatives except for choosing from the lunch menu, which wasn’t suitable for the occasion and had very few options. We had not been contacted in advance to inform us that dietary needs couldn’t be accommodated. As for the afternoon tea itself, it fell short of expectations. The selection was limited, and the scones were topped with squirty cream from a bottle. Additionally, refills of tea were hard to come by. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience, and we left feeling very disappointed.
