Excellent service excellent food Visited whilst away for weekend. So nice to find an establishment family run of such a high standard. Wished we lived local this would be on our very regular list to eat.

My husband booked for Valentines treat. And definitely a treat it was. The food was excellent. We had crab ravioli and calamari to start, both amazing. followed by chicken pasta (which my husband said was one of the best pasta dishes he has tasted outside Italy), then we both had beef which you could have cut with a spoon it was so tender. We declined dessert as we were both full. All in all the best meal out we have had in ages and although have been several times before (always great food) will definitely be back soon. (probably with friends). Very welcoming staff and a lovely traditional Italian feel to the place.

Lovely meal - the specials were excellent and had a great chat with the proprietors. Wine recommendation was spot on! Parking on site a bonus.

Lunchtime set menu is really good value at £20 with good choices. The gnocchi was lovely as was the veal saltimbocca and the primitivo wine was delicious. Great service too

We visited this restaurant for lunch today. The food was good but the set-up of the menu was awful. When we came to pay the owner was very rude and seemed to find the fact that we were paying separately very difficult. I think he expected one person to pay for everyone! We ended up having a row, he was very rude to us and we won't ever go there again!

Lovely authentic family run Italian Restaurant! The owners are amazingly attentive, and the service was 10/10! We personally did not think it was overpriced in anyway it was just perfect. Prawn ravioli was so yummy I highly recommend! Thank you! Definitely will be coming again!

We were a big party with children, they were very friendly and accommodating. We had a range of lovely starters and the pasta mains were lovely. A great little place for authentic Italian food!

Fantastic. Great service, quality food with many gluten free options and the Chocolate Nemesis dessert was off the scale! Prices were reasonable at around £15 a main....I don't think that is expensive when you pay £11 at the local chip shop for takeaway fish and chips.

Staying with friends for the weekend they took me to Bell Vedere on Saturday night. Good honest Italian food, nicely presented, and courteous service. I was well impressed.

Last night was our first visit to Bel Veder and we were not disappointed. A touch pricey but they do a lunchtime set menu for a cheaper option. A warm welcome, reasonably priced drinks and tasty traditional food cooked fresh. Parking at the rear too. We will definitely be back.

A lovely spot for a romantic meal or dinner with friends. A refreshingly small menu and delicious specials.. Some of the best calamari I've ever had, so light and fresh. The mushroom tortellini was also a highlight which we had as a starter (but I wish I'd had it as Main) Try the Italian Shiraz by the glass.. excellent choice by the House. Finished with authentic Italian desserts and a smooth espresso macchiato Owners were lovely, felt they really cared about the experience we had. Very quiet when arriving at 6.45pm on a Friday, but by the time we left at 8pm they were full! Will definitely come back, worth the trip from Basingstoke

We went for lunch on Christmas Day, having been a few times in the past for dinner. The online menu did not show a vegetarian option for Christmas Day but after emailing I was assured there would be something suitable available. On the day, there was nothing. The kitchen offered me gnocchi with squash and mushrooms, which I accepted. However, it was very filling and very soupy. I wouldn't have minded but the meal was £85 each and wine and coffee was on top of this. The restaurant was busy and there was a nice atmosphere and the staff were attentive but not intrusive. Just didn't feel like it was value for money - gnocchi is something I often cook at home and I was hoping for a tasty, unusual vegetarian experience.

It’s our first time to this restaurant. The food is nice and the staff are really friendly. The only problem is that the food is more expensive than expected, and more expensive than other Italian restaurants I’m been to in this area within 10 miles. Picture 4 pasta with tomato sauce is 14 pounds, which is we think is pricy. 12.5% of the service fee is added onto the bill in the end. I only see such service fee in a few restaurants in London. Other than this, everything is good. Overall, we had a very nice dining experience.

Fabulous! Liver to die for. Gluten free pasta with fish was wonderful. As for the chocolate Nemisis..............so very, very scrumptious!

1st visit here will not be the last the menu is excellent and presentation is perfect flavours are perfect. Enjoyed the meals and hosts made sure we were happy. We have dined in many michelin star restaurants and the Bel Vedere is up there with them except for price exceptional value for money. Thank you for making my partner happy on her birthday.

Came here for a birthday meal, despite living in Bagshot for 16 years I never got round to it. I feel terrible for all the time I've been missing out on this awesome food.

Must have been about my 10th visit. I am so pleased the owners made it through the last two years. I find the lunchtime special excellent and it is rarely very busy at that time so very relaxing. A few new additions to the menu, which was welcome.

This is one of my favourite restaurants! It is a family run traditional restaurant. The owners are always so welcoming which is a great start. The menu is exciting and the food sublime. We just love lunch here and it is a great meeting place for our family. There is parking behind the restaurant too.

I had a very enjoyable meal here with my parents recently. The set menu was very good value and the food was delicious. The chicken in a pumpkin and sage sauce was very tasty indeed and the lamb was cooked beautifully and a generous portion. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Had one of the best fixed price lunches at the Bel Vedere, Bagshot l can remember and I dine out regularly in the Camberley area. The two course lunch at £16 per head offered a very good choice of starters and main courses, which were high quality and well cooked and served in very agreeable surroundings. A great lunch experience and remarkable value. We will be regular diners.

Food we tried was really great especially the tiger prawn and the sauce. Also service was good but only issue is the prices a bit high.

Birthday evening . Disappointed. Tough meat. Veal Salimboco served without wrapped proshuto.. poor . Oven baked Chips and half cooked.!Chips ought to be served fresh triple-fried and crisp . Poor food and poor value£206 for three.£22 service charge.

We were lucky enough to be there on a quiet night and have the restaurant to ourselves - very romantic! The staff were really welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious - from the fresh pasta to the meat dishes to the tiramisu. One of the best meals we have had for a long time. Really friendly and welcoming staff that ensured that everything was good for you. The food is excellent and they clearly have a talented soux chef as all of the sauces were spectacular and well seasoned. I would definitely recommend this place for Italian food. It is also useful that it has its own car park at the back of the restaurant as parking in Bagshot is not always easy. If it has one downside - it is a little expensive. But then again, you get what you pay for. Definitely going again.

I am a huge fan of Italian cuisine and it’s not easy finding an authentic restaurant in the UK. The food was exceptional and the service was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite and attentive and the food was second to none. A slice of Italian heaven in Bagshot which I’m over the moon to have found. Will definitely be coming back.

We were taken here for a local supper admittedly mid week but it was incredibly quiet. Service was fine and food was very good especially the pasta dishes. Starters pricey for what they were. Couldn’t fault the quality.

Let's say that it is one of the few Italian restaurants in the area, the others pass themselves off as such but they are not, the food is very good, very well prepared dishes, with variety and then Mario and his wife are truly exquisite people who immediately put you at your disposal. ease. Prices are in line with all other restaurants. My travel companions and I were satisfied.

I've eat at this restaurant many times over the years I have lived in the area. The food is decent albeit a bit dated in terms of menu and setting. So, I worked out I have spent well over £1500 there... I rushed into Bagshot this morning, used their EMPTY car park for 5 mins... when returning to my car the owner (who is always nice and smarmy when you are eating there) rushed out and gave me hell for parking there... in his EMPTY car park at 9:30am on a Monday... to the point he just shouted 'shut up, I don't recognise you' after I pointed out I have eaten there many times... wow... what a guy being a part of the local community and spreading the festive cheer... needless to say I not step foot in that place again...

Had lunch today at the Belvedere and had an excellent meal. Thank you mario and fernando will come again soon Best restaurant in the area and very good value. See you again soon

This has always been one of our favourite restaurants. Always a warm welcome, always a range of excellent food. I just wish we could go more often!

I never knew that this restaraunt existed and it was only because of the pub next door that we were alerted to it. What a find!! loverly light and airy, tastefully decorated, proper table cloths and napkins, charming and attentive staff and the food, well heavenly!! and well priced. You must give it a go if you are in the area and want a treat.Best restaraunt in the Camberley Bagshot area.

My partner and I decided to venture out on a Friday night and revisit the Belvedere.We hadn’t been there for a couple of years but Mario made us feel so welcome and was a great host as usual. The food was excellent and I can’t understand why anyone would want to go to chain restaurant instead something truly authentic like the Belvedere.

Always excellent service food and ambiance. We are regulars and it is like dining with friends. Already made our booking for our next visit! Brilliant!
