Beefeater Barn in Solihull

Tuvimos una estancia fantástica. Asistimos a un espectáculo en el NEC para el que este lugar estaba perfectamente ubicado. La ubicación era fácil de llegar fuera de la autopista. Todo el mundo era tan acogedor para la cena, el desayuno, el registro y las consultas antes de la estancia fueron contestadas muy rápidamente. No puedo esperar a volver en el futuro

Nice pub tucked away in the countryside, nicely run.

Was at Nandos last night, The service was exceptional. Great team there and the manager was very helpful. Food was 9.5/10 the only thing I didn't like which was very watery was the coleslaw. Never really liked Shirley Nando’s but returned there after a while and I was well impressed. Props to the team with the exceptional service that really made my meal enjoyable 🙌🏽

I was very disappointed yesterday as I went to the bar to complain about a drink. One of the managers.a young lady who l heard she lives upstairs, she very very rude and told me if I don’t like the beer I should leave cause she didn’t call me to this pub ,I’ve been coming there for years as l live in the village , never been spoken to like that, she bang the drink on the table and told me she could not do anything about it, all I wanted was a drink that was not flat poured by her. This was around seven in the evening., l was talking to another customer who told me she was rude to him too and wasn’t coming back , and told me live upstairs on the premises , I definitely will not be coming back me and my family , I was ashamed. This is how customer service is ,been coming for years and all the staff there are amazing alway happy to help
