Beefeater in North Kesteven

Buena comida rápida en un entorno agradable. Todo el personal era genial, lo que realmente hace una gran diferencia. Todo atento, complaciente y cortés. Mi servidor Steve era un gran crédito para el restaurante. Nada demasiado problema y un activo real - en general una buena comida con un gran personal.

Tomé el salmón con verduras a la parrilla y patatas nuevas al ajo. Cuando llegó el salmón estaba demasiado cocido, los espárragos eran tan descuidados que no podía cortar a través de él, las patatas eran horribles muy floridas. Pero cuando me quejé de ello el personal era muy bueno, especialmente Daisy que era encantador y también Steve que descontó nuestra factura. Muy buen servicio al cliente de hecho!

Reservamos la cena a través del Premier Inn. A la llegada (el restaurante era de aproximadamente 1 / 3 lleno, yo estimaría) estábamos sentados y nuestra orden de bebidas tomadas. Después de esperar 25 minutos a que llegaran nuestras bebidas y pedir comida nos dimos por vencidos y nos fuimos. El empleado con el que hablé (que era diferente al que había tomado nuestro pedido de bebidas) fue muy disculpado y se ofreció a tomar nuestro pedido de comida, pero nos negamos (especialmente porque habíamos escuchado la mesa detrás de nosotros teniendo problemas).

La comida aquí está bien. . tuvimos tanto la cena como el desayuno durante nuestra estancia de dos noches. Pero no estoy de acuerdo con otras críticas y casi doy dos, pero me conformé con tres porque no había nada malo con la comida. Sin embargo, usted necesita personal del lugar! Viernes por la noche y había un puñado de personal y una larga espera para sentarse, y una larga espera para hacer el pedido con mesas sin limpiar por todas partes. El desayuno era igual de caótico. Había tres mesas esperando a ser despejado todo el camino a través de nuestro desayuno y artículos que faltan en el buffet. Me gustaría destacar al joven que creo que era Maitre y otros tres trabajos. Lo estaba haciendo brillante pero necesitaba ayuda. Fue un fin de semana... ¿por qué no hay personal?

Nos alojamos en Premier Inn frente al restaurante. Desayunamos y cenamos en el restaurante. . El servicio fue muy rápido y eficiente. Emma era una chica muy burbujeante y un gran activo para el restaurante. La única crítica que daría es que las últimas órdenes son 9. 45 pm y te echan a las 10 pm para cerrar las puertas. Cuando preguntamos por qué cerraron tan temprano dijeron que eran un restaurante y no un pub. Esto fue incluso un viernes por la noche. Qué lástima que no a dónde más ir. Muy temprano a la cama.

Este lugar está justo enfrente de la posada Premier, que era muy práctico. La comida era deliciosa y todo el personal era muy acogedor con un ambiente encantador La joven que nos sirvió llamada Daisy era muy atento y servicial, lo que hizo que nuestro tiempo allí muy agradable

Tuvimos una comida sentada tomando una copa en la zona del bar fue a tomar una copa a las 10 . 10 solo para que nos digan que cerramos a las 10. 00:00 ahora esto era sábado por la noche y nadie llamó a los últimos pedidos. Cuando hablamos con el personal al respecto dijeron que la hora de cierre era 10. 00 el sábado y 9 . 00 el domingo esto no es lo que dice en el sitio web. Pensamos que esto era repugnante para un sábado por la noche, especialmente porque no había señales para el cierre temprano y no llamar fuera de los últimos pedidos antes de las 10 pm.

Personal maravilloso, cuando llegamos el personal estaba en pleno apogeo manejando la prisa del almuerzo del domingo, llegaron a nosotros e inmediatamente se disculparon por la espera (todos de 5 minutos) nos sentaron y dispararon para manejar a otro cliente. Esperamos unos minutos y el servidor, uno de los pocos debido a la ausencia, vino y pidió nuestra orden de bebida, se lo dimos y nuestras opciones de comida y ella se apresuró a llenarlo. 3 minutos más tarde ella regresó borrego para decirnos que uno de nuestros pedidos no estaba disponible, hicimos nuestro pedido alternativo y esperamos por nuestras bebidas. 4 o 5 minutos más tarde regresó y como disculpa por el retraso que había modificado nuestra orden de bebidas a dos grandes en lugar de regulares. La comida estaba deliciosa y la devoramos con ganas. Gran servicio bajo una presión considerable, lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

The management are lucky to have a great group of staff who are very busy but keep their eye on what is going on. Fast delivery of food which was good basic fare. The exterior of the venue and the toilets need refurbishment - almost no paint on one part of the front door. The inside of the restaurant is ok but management need to consider the overall upkeep of the restaurant.

We went for a family dinner last night and the food, service and atmosphere was fantastic. It's a big pub with lots of room between the tables, so even when it got busy it didn't feel overwhelming for little anxious me. We got seated quick and the staff was welcoming, which contributed to the overall experience. Our server James was particularly lovely, despite being rushed off his feet he was incredibly attentive and made sure we were taken care of perfectly. His jokes and little flourishes made the evening very relaxed and entertaining. Our table ordered a set of starters and burgers for mains, all of which was presented nicely and tasted fantastic. The few extra requests (e.g. No sauce on the burger) were accommodated without a problem. I don't usually care if the service has a couple of mixups, as we are all human, but it stood out to me particularly as there was absolutely none of that last night. Really impressed with the whole experience!

This is such a busy place that I would say that booking is a must. Steph in charge of the team was brilliant and so were all her staff. They just couldn’t do enough for everybody. The restaurant was on the hotel grounds but we booked everything through the hotel. You have to go

We have stayed at the premier inn several times now and we always use the Beefeater next door for food and drinks (mainly drinks) The staff are very friendly couldn’t do enough for us ☺️ The Bar manager Ian and his team were outstanding really looked after us we had drinks, lovely atmosphere, very clean etc….. we will look forward to our next visit ☺️

The restaurant was incredibly noisy - the acoustics seemed to make every table incredibly loud? The food was 'okay' - i had the steak selection and it wasn't cooked as requested but was 'okay' The service from Greig was however absolutely superb and much appreciated

Came here for a nice family meal and paid £107 for 5 people for the meals to be the same size of a bit of toilet paper. Had about 6 chips, the chicken looked like it was from 4 days ago and the coleslaw what a joke. It was 2 slices of carrots and lettuce with a bit of mayonnaise. Won’t be returning which is a shame as this place used to be good !!

The Beefeater next door to the Premier Inn exceeded my expectations by having a pleasant atmosphere, good food and all the staff being great in particularly the girl serving our group of 10.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a welcoming place next door, following our arrival at the Premier Inn. Reece was very attentive and took care of us during our meal, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We opted for the set menu and were delighted with the quality of our steak and burger, which were cooked to perfection with our personal requirements met. We would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you.
