Naan was very dry and ‘crisp’ and could not taste the garlic. (Sorry but it’s probably the worst we’ve had.. ) :( Bombay potatoes were like large boiled potatoes with a bit of sauce on them. Curry was ok but not the best. Most of it had leaked into the rice on delivery

I order so often from there and the food is always fantastic. However when I ordered on Tuesday! The curry has spilt and ruined the whole order. Which was a waste of £23! Couldn’t get hold of the here when trying to call which was a little annoying

No mango chutney delivered. I spent over £40 and there was also none of the minty creamy sauce delivered.

I’m not sure what’s happened recently whether they’ve had a change of hands but we ordered from them this evening 25/07/2024 and order was 15 minutes later, the food was abysmal completely inedible which is a shame because this was our usual Indian but not anymore

The lady was demanding extra money for delivery. Saying i would of had a text to say i owe them extra. I informed her i hadn’t and she seemed crossing telling me, like i was a child that i must remember it next time. I have never been spoken to by someone like that when ive just paid THEM for a service. I certainly will never order from Palki again

Had a family gathering and wanted a takeaway after a hot day out, so ordered for the four of us at the Palki in Waddington. We all really enjoyed the food, great taste, depth of flavour, superb! Thanks Palki for not disappointing! Highly recommend this Indian takeaway.

We normally order from Palki and it’s normally great but today tasted awful, cold, late and flavourless. Really disappointed

Just using this review to rectify my last review. Palki phoned me reference our first not great takeaway from them and have put this right and offered apologies and that is all you can ask from a company that is usually consistent.

Never ordered from here before, so gave it a go. Excellent food, plenty of it, will not go anywhere else while we're in Lincoln.

This was first time ordering from here, my goodness me, we were not disappointed. We both chose dishes we had never had before and were very happy with our choices. Very happy to have the intolerances highlighted. The Aloo Gobi was the best we've ever had anywhere in the UK. We will definitely be ordering again

It's refreshing to see actual Indian food on the menu. The biryani was quite tasty when I make it I like some heat but thats me. The butter chicken was also delicious nice to see it made properly. The naan bread was also good nice to see what appeared to be home made again a rarity in lincoln lol

First time ordering from Palki and not disappointed. Hot food, brilliant flavours, well cooked and fantastic portion sizes. Won’t be our last time of using them. The set meal for 2 would easily serve 3 (unless you were 2 very hungry people like we were!) would highly recommend.

I think this is the best takeaway in Lincoln with lovely food and they have never let us down in all the years we have been ordering, plus they delivered it early after asking them.

ordered for the first time in a year after rubbish service before. thought I'd give benefit of the doubt. food got marked delivered half an hour before it arrived so it didn't show as late on just eat. called the restaurant, spoke to a MIA who said she was going to call the driver and call me back. rang back 15minutes later, she "couldn't reach driver" (didn't ring), couldn't advise when it would land and couldn't care less it was late. just eat claim put in for cold food. avoid

Not had a meal from Palki in a while but fancied a treat and it's still as amazing as ever! The Bangla Flame is so tasty and the onion bhajis are perfection!

Delivery was average for a Friday night which would have been fine if the food had been hot. Food was warm at best. Chips were cold. So disappointing as usually it’s very good quality. Won’t be rushing to order again.

We really enjoyed the food. Very tasty and plenty of it. The papadums were crispy on the outside and a little chewy in the middle, but even they were still really nice. Would definitely order again!

Recently moved from Nottingham to Lincoln, and we’ve discovered that Lincoln seems to lacking in Indian takeaways. We tried this takeaway and we enjoyed our food, only disappointing part was the Keema nan bread, no keema at all so won’t order that again. Everything else nice, not amazing but alright.

Was an hr and a half late being delivered, food didn't arrive until 9.30pm by which time I'd had to make my children something else to it. When it did finally arrive it's was very cold. Contacted them 3 times to find out where our food was, kept being told it was on its way, 3 hrs from ordering to actually getting anything. Won't be ordering again

Very good Indian cuisine. Have ordered takeaway a few times now and the food has always been delicious. They did forget my mango chutney last time, but I'll forgive them this once 😀. It was too far to drive back and collect it.

Never had a bad curry from here. Even when I ask them to make changes or cook the meals in a certain way, they do it without a fuss. Best Indian take away around!

As always great food and service, fast to let you know they have your order and then when it's on it's way. All in all would recommend to anyone wanting great food from a take away

We ordered about 29 mains, starters and sides for a couple of xmas do's at our club. Gave them advance notice of what we wanted and a time slot. I cannot praise them enough for getting the orders correct and everything was piping hot. Everyone commented on how good the food was. I had the Bangla Flame and would highly recommend it if you like your food hot. I will definitely order from them again.

Fantastic food again! I’d also like to apologise to Palki for a review I left on 25th November. I’ve been using these guys week in week out for nearly 6 years while living in BBh and shouldn’t of left a bad review just because of it being late once. I emailed just eat to delete the review but they don’t delete reviews. Sorry Palki, we will use you guys for years to come, best Indian about in my opinion! Thanks Palki!

Gone further down in my opinion. Ordered from here a few times to try it. Reliably substandard for the price (restaurant price). Naan was dry, too thin, cold and overcooked. Chicken was dry. Plus you already pay a delivery charge, bag charge and service fee (£3.60) only for the delivery driver to abruptly instruct you to pay another £3 delivery charge. Don’t think I will bother ordering from here again. For the money you can have a much better service, better food, served fresh and hot at Castle View Indian in Lincoln.

Asked for a specific time for the arrival of a guest. Food was early so needed reheating before we could eat.

Absolutely shocking - 2 hours late - called and was told it would be with us in two minutes - what a joke!! Then permanantly engaged every time we called! Ruined a Saturday night date night of which we get very few!
