Palki in North Kesteven

There was a piece of chicken inside the mint sauce dip! Not sure what’s going on there but it’s crossed contamination. Good job we aren’t vegetarian or vegan!

The delivery driver was so sweet, ordered the pickle tray, nothing was specified so we didn’t get poppadoms included which was disappointing to say it was £3.50. The chips were so dry and cold when arrived almost as if they just reheated it, put it in my air fryer but not even that could save it. Apart from that everything else was great. Rather disappointing experience

Had to ring three times. When people phone up be honest don’t fob them off. Doesn’t help when the Just Eat food tracker says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t even been cooked yet.

The staff try and overcharge for the food despite the prices being written infront of you , the food is nice but the staff and the mathematical ability ruins the place!

Never really leave reviews but just had to tonight. Been using Palki for years and they've always been consistently good but tonight they've seemed to hit a new level. Food arrived early, hot and tasted absolutely amazing. Best Indian in Lincoln by a mile. Keep up the good work!

Delivery was very late and items were missing. Shame really

The food was tasty, but only just warm. They also charged £3.00 extra for delivery due to location. And last but definitely not least, they forgot the bottle of coke that I ordered, so we had no drink with the meal. Poor considering we ordered well in advance.

Don’t normally eat Indian food but last resort turned into a pleasant experience food was lovely staff was friendly nice delivery guy very efficient delivered half an hour before the expected time

Absolutely awful place ,just waited an hour an half for our food to be called an told all online orders haven’t gone through and we have to re order and we will get a refund in 3-5 days , absolute joke of a restaurant do not order!

Great quality food. Always brilliant. Delivery was estimated to be 45-60 mins. Was delivered bang on 45mins.

The food this time seemed to be okay, however the Balti was not good at all the chicken was tough and dry and the sauce was definately not what I would expect from a Balti, almost sharpe to taste, no peppers the taste was not good ! Shame

If Palki have an issue with delivery charges from JustEat they shouldn’t use them. Asked me for extra money via SMS and then at delivery. I refused to pay. Such a shame as the food is nice.

Food was very nice but the Pasanda looked radioactive with the amount of red food colouring.

Extremely watery curry and rice. We were both meant to have chicken tikka masala yet the dishes were two different colours?

Naan was very dry and ‘crisp’ and could not taste the garlic. (Sorry but it’s probably the worst we’ve had.. ) :( Bombay potatoes were like large boiled potatoes with a bit of sauce on them. Curry was ok but not the best. Most of it had leaked into the rice on delivery

I order so often from there and the food is always fantastic. However when I ordered on Tuesday! The curry has spilt and ruined the whole order. Which was a waste of £23! Couldn’t get hold of the here when trying to call which was a little annoying

No mango chutney delivered. I spent over £40 and there was also none of the minty creamy sauce delivered.

I’m not sure what’s happened recently whether they’ve had a change of hands but we ordered from them this evening 25/07/2024 and order was 15 minutes later, the food was abysmal completely inedible which is a shame because this was our usual Indian but not anymore

The lady was demanding extra money for delivery. Saying i would of had a text to say i owe them extra. I informed her i hadn’t and she seemed crossing telling me, like i was a child that i must remember it next time. I have never been spoken to by someone like that when ive just paid THEM for a service. I certainly will never order from Palki again

Had a family gathering and wanted a takeaway after a hot day out, so ordered for the four of us at the Palki in Waddington. We all really enjoyed the food, great taste, depth of flavour, superb! Thanks Palki for not disappointing! Highly recommend this Indian takeaway.
