Asoon as we walked in the older guy was disrespectful and was very sarcastic and made us feel like we were inferior to him. He started mocking our clothing attire and starting mocking our religion. He was telling us how to dress and that we bring shame upon our religion. Stay away from this place unless u want ur self respect to be destroyed

Great place with the most friendly staff , Mohammed was the greatest help even charged my phone , and recommended us what to eat , great place

This place is very very good, the man who servers us WAS A LEGEND and was chill, also funny. I recommend going here I will be coming back soon! I went here with my friend. But I ordered fries and 2 Dr Peppers and there were cold!!!!! Thank you for the good service.

Went here today only ordered a regular chips and 2 Dr peppers they were nice and crisp and the chips were so flavourable it almost made my mouth WATER 🤤. The guy who served me and my friend was so kind and chill everything was nice 10000/10 definitely recommend.(Ps it was probably the best chips I have ever had!!!)

Ordered threw just eat the restaurant accepted order to cancelled 2 and a half hours later only because we called to find out why it had been marked as delivered when we had not received the order, they then lied and sed they could not find the house to then say it was to far so they wold not be coming

Mohammad went above and beyond for our party gathering. We placed a large order only the day before and left him to be creative with the food we recieved. Vast amount for the money, all fresh, hot and tasty. Would highly recommend.

I’m a regular at papa franks and the staff are brilliant. Always greet you with a smile, they treat you like a friend and not just another customer. The best in Lincoln, I recommend them to all my friends and they now all go there for their takeaways. 10/10

We really enjoy the food from Papa Frank's. Ordered many times and the manager and staff are always happy to provide an excellent service. Delivering to Sturton, food understandably takes longer to arrive but is always served hot and tasty. My partner loves the Southern Fried Chicken Burger and the Melted Fries, the best around.

I ordered meal deal 8 the food was still hot I could see the steam from the food I ordered Seafood pizza and BBQ pizza i loved the edges crust and it was cooked really good not like most of the other shops which i find their pizza too soggy i will keep ordering from their And i really their BBQ pizza you should try it

EDIT REPLY: Are you joking me? So even your reply is utterly rude. I called up asking about my order (never said it was an hour late, I stated I PLACED IT an hour ago from the time I called) because UberEats told me to! And I never screamed down the phone, so that's a lie. I said "no need to be rude" because your staff member on the phone was rude to me first, so I didn't appreciate that and my order was late...it said 7:00pm-7:20pm and I received it freezing cold at 7:45pm. I don't understand why I have been treated so unfairly here! I WISH I could give a 0 star review, but will settle for 1. Most unprofessional situation I've ever had to deal with. Not only were your staff members disgustingly rude to me on the phone when I was suggested to ring up by Uber Eats, but I had to leave my house to get the food because your driver has NO IDEA where he's going and when it was finally given to me it was STONE COLD!!! Seriously unhappy! Absolutely appauling service & I will never ever order from here again! What a waste of money. Will be requesting a refund from UberEats! Disgusting service!!!!!

We ordered 2 doner kebabs. They were sold with half a pitta bread, very little salad and cold. Never again. What does a pitta bread cost for goodness sake. Too much meat and no quality

Ordered a large tray of doner meat, ended up with a burger sized box of doner meat. Cost me £8 as well. Very disappointed as you can get twice as much at Fry-days, Hykeham kebab or Collingham chip shop and still pay less. Its wasn't crispy which was disappointing. Not value for money as they are the same quality else where

Cold soggy chips, uncooked onion rings soggy, split coleslaw that looked like it's been frozen, and a burger with loads of gristle in. Won't order from here again

I have never left a nagative review before ordered chicken kebab and chips,kebab was cold,chips and cheese was cold too but ordering 11pm Saturday night, you kind a expect that fair enough but as I start eating,chicken was very dry then again late Saturday night fair enough, but there was a distinctive off smell, I honestly couldn’t ate it,I had to bin it, that food shouldn’t be for human consumption,I called the restaurant but nobody answered so I’m going to get in touch with council

twice ordered both ridiculous wait times compared to what is advertised. really disappointed as this was a place I used frequently. unsure if change of staff but has seriously dropped in my expectations. Will be looking for a new frequent take out.

My food never even came descrasful

Ordered at 1726. Stated 55 mins. Delay. Delay. Called at 1855, it's just leaving. Delivered at 1933. The cherry on top is the missing soda. To be fair, the driver refunded the difference. Apologies all around but two hours for pizza is not acceptable. Good pizza but not worth the hassle.

Was requested for 6.30 came at 6.52 not happy

food tasted good but was cold when arrived. Was missing the chips and coleslaw from the meal deal unfortunately.

Friendly service, good tasting pizza. Price was £17 for a medium sized 12” meat and spicy + can of coke and delivery. On the more expensive side although it was delivered a bit further than they would normally. Took an hour to deliver from ordering.

Ordered through Uber eats to Witham ST Hugh’s. Unfortunately the only negative was it was an hour later than first advised, HOWEVER after ringing the restaurant they couldn’t be more apologetic, they explained how incredibly busy they were tonight and that the driver would be leaving soon. Although the food was over an hour late, it was fresh when it arrived, lovely and hot and the quality of the food was sublime! The best chicken burger I’ve ever eaten and my partners Calzone was lovely as well (not overly greasy and the perfect amount of filling). Thank you Papa Franks!

After waiting for over an hour for estimated demivery time we then waited a further 20 minutes. No satisfactory when a childs meft waiting so long.

I ordered my food at 17:16hrs with estimated delivery at 18:35. At 18:25 my app tells me my food has been delivered. But I haven’t got any food. So I waited and called the restaurant at 18:46. Said my app is telling me my food was delivered 10mins ago but I don’t have any food. To be told the app automatically dose this. What’s my address? Have my address to be told my food is just being prepared and will be here shortly. 19:15hrs my food arrives. 2hrs from ordering the worst wait I’ve ever had.

Food was 50 minutes late. Phoned up 5 times and couldn’t get through. Then eventually someone answered and just said ‘it’s on its way, about 10 minutes’ kebab was luke warm and the pizza was hard and barely warm as if it had been sat for a while!

First bad order from here! One pizza was burnt and the delivery time was 45mins late ! Burnt pizza was like it had been warmed up many times! Excuse was it’s bank holiday weekend? Surely the restaurant y prepares itself for these busy times?

Didn’t get all items delivered that we paid for. Tried to call them to report and was only able to leave a message. Never heard back from them!!

Ordered at 1715, arrived at 1900. The order was stone cold and hard, couldn’t eat it, was inedible. Also do NOT order the cheesecake, £3.50 for a TINY triangle off one of those £1 frozen cheesecakes you can buy from any supermarket, shameful!!

We always get told a time and we turn up on time or little after and its never ready when we turn up always have to wait later than told time for pick up. should update times the order will be ready.

Food was an embarrassment, stone cold and delivered late. It went straight in the bin, that’s my charitable donation as I didn’t get a refund. Wouldn’t mind but they only are 10 mins drive away

I love papa Frank's but was a little disappointed tonight. Our time for delivery changed when it was late which is fine but then it arrived later than estimated the second time and was cold. The driver was polite as always its just disappointing when you have a large order and it's all cold.

Good quality kebab, unfortunately every time we order one the amount is so inconsistent, hardly any salad today and small amount of meat even though it was the same order as last time. If I order a large kebab with salad I expect the amount to be roughly the same it was definitely not a large kebab

Should not take 1 and 1/2 hours to bring pizza 3 miles If I had realised this I could have walked and collected it quicker

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza, which had no chicken on it just tasted like burnt bacon pieces, ordered regular chips and cheese and large chips both were the same size boxes very small potions, also asked for chip spice on both which was also missing, so disappointing we were hopeful for a new favourite takeaway as it wasn’t too bad last time, absolutely wasn’t worth the £50 I’ve just had to pay.

The chips were reheated the portion sizes were very small and they charged over £2 for a drink that says £1.45 on it

Food is responsibly priced but a bit hit and miss on the quality, but my last 3 delivery's have been towards and over the stated times

The order took a very long time to arrive and when it did it felt like ‘next day pizza’. The pizza had gone hard and cold and like cardboard as not even warm which was disappointing as it had been ordered approximately 1 hour 45 minutes before it’s arrival and so had waited such a long time. The entire order was over £30 and we would have had much better quality food if we had paid £3 for two pizzas and put them in the oven ourselves
