Forgot wings in my order the food was cold tried calling no answer kept cutting off

Delivery was very late but they apologised and were really nice about it. The food was mega though. Thank you. Just wish we’d not eaten so late

the delivered says enjoy ur food but it hasn’t arrived

Place is friendly and busy, what I would say is, the food is good if you get it yourself, if you want delivery on busy days, weekend etc and you get it delivered it's probably going to be cold, both my orders were and judging from reviews I am not alone in that, if you are prepared to fetch it yourself, it's freshly made and hot and good quality for the price, well worth it.

Although the delivery was late the driver apologised sincerely and refunded some of the cost the food was still hot and usual high quality

We’ve used Papa Franks for a while now and never been disappointed. Tonight’s food however arrived cold and was missing salad and sauce - believe this was a problem with the online ordering. Rang the takeaway and the owner was great, really helpful and apologetic. New hot food arrived really quickly. Was it’s usual great quality and taste. This is the only time we have ever had an issue and due to the owners great and fast response on abuse Saturday night, we will continue to use this place 😀

Im on holiday for my birthday so a treat of pizza was called for. I forgot to give exact address but driver phoned and resolved. Very pleasant driver. Pizza and garlic bread was spot on. Warm despite the weather and perfectly cooked. 10 out 10 👍

If I could score zero I would, food was cold, no taste at all, delivery was late, when we complained the manager on the phone was rude and said do you realise it’s a Friday and it’s payday for people - not sure how why that’s our problem

I love this takeaway as the food is always lovely and tasty. But tonight I ordered for delivery and the food arrived cold, not a bit of warmth in it. To the point that the cheesy chips; the cheese hadn’t melted in the slightest. Very disappointing.

Ordered for my boys. But boys being inpatient rang and got in contact with the app, to find out where the food was. To then be great to a phone call from the restaurant to an angry worker.

The order was wrong as well as late. We’d not ordered for some time due to a decline in the quality of the food and reliability of both the order and accuracy. I’ll not be wasting either my time or money again.

Asoon as we walked in the older guy was disrespectful and was very sarcastic and made us feel like we were inferior to him. He started mocking our clothing attire and starting mocking our religion. He was telling us how to dress and that we bring shame upon our religion. Stay away from this place unless u want ur self respect to be destroyed

papa franks is my go to takeaway as a student affordable and really good food you can go wrong the burgers are really ncie the pizzas and calzones are top tear for a cheap takeaway I will always order from here whilst at uni

we ordered doner meat it was cold and hard chips and cheese cold couldn't eat doner meat had to warm chips that's all we ate waste of money and still hungry

Went here today only ordered a regular chips and 2 Dr peppers they were nice and crisp and the chips were so flavourable it almost made my mouth WATER 🤤. The guy who served me and my friend was so kind and chill everything was nice 10000/10 definitely recommend.(Ps it was probably the best chips I have ever had!!!)

This place is very very good, the man who servers us WAS A LEGEND and was chill, also funny. I recommend going here I will be coming back soon! I went here with my friend. But I ordered fries and 2 Dr Peppers and there were cold!!!!! Thank you for the good service.

Order arrived early which is good for a Friday night. Food was very tasty and hot. Would order again.

My meal was delivered to the wrong address and the occupant took delivery (theft) I spoke with the manager who couldn’t have been more apologetic. He cooked my meal and delivered it to me and the meal itself was excellent. Makes a change to have a business taking good care of their customers!!!

Ordered threw just eat the restaurant accepted order to cancelled 2 and a half hours later only because we called to find out why it had been marked as delivered when we had not received the order, they then lied and sed they could not find the house to then say it was to far so they wold not be coming

I’m a regular at papa franks and the staff are brilliant. Always greet you with a smile, they treat you like a friend and not just another customer. The best in Lincoln, I recommend them to all my friends and they now all go there for their takeaways. 10/10

We really enjoy the food from Papa Frank's. Ordered many times and the manager and staff are always happy to provide an excellent service. Delivering to Sturton, food understandably takes longer to arrive but is always served hot and tasty. My partner loves the Southern Fried Chicken Burger and the Melted Fries, the best around.

I ordered meal deal 8 the food was still hot I could see the steam from the food I ordered Seafood pizza and BBQ pizza i loved the edges crust and it was cooked really good not like most of the other shops which i find their pizza too soggy i will keep ordering from their And i really their BBQ pizza you should try it

Waited an hour on delivery. Food was stone cold, chicken and donner meat was cold and chewy. When speaking to just eat regarding a refund was told unable to refund. Simply not good enough

I called up asking about my order (never said it was an hour late, I stated I PLACED IT an hour ago from the time I called) because UberEats told me to! And I never screamed down the phone, so that's a lie. I said "no need to be rude" because your staff member on the phone was rude to me first, so I didn't appreciate that and my order was late...it said 7:00pm-7:20pm and I received it freezing cold at 7:45pm. I don't understand why I have been treated so unfairly here! I WISH I could give a 0 star review, but will settle for 1. Most unprofessional situation I've ever had to deal with. Not only were your staff members disgustingly rude to me on the phone when I was suggested to ring up by Uber Eats, but I had to leave my house to get the food because your driver has NO IDEA where he's going and when it was finally given to me it was STONE COLD!!! Seriously unhappy! Absolutely appauling service & I will never ever order from here again! What a waste of money. Will be requesting a refund from UberEats! Disgusting service!!!!!

apparently it's a Saturday night and it's a pay weekend ordered for 7.30pm and called restaurant at 8pm and they said its not late as inordered it for 8pm. delivery drive rude didn't speak no apology nothing

We ordered 2 doner kebabs. They were sold with half a pitta bread, very little salad and cold. Never again. What does a pitta bread cost for goodness sake. Too much meat and no quality

Chips were undercooked. Meat seemed like the scraps at the bottom. Disappointing.

I had to call the restaurant to then be told they put just eat orders to the bottom of the pile. Pizzas were tiny, overpriced and waited over an hour on a Wednesday…..

Ordered a large tray of doner meat, ended up with a burger sized box of doner meat. Cost me £8 as well. Very disappointed as you can get twice as much at Fry-days, Hykeham kebab or Collingham chip shop and still pay less. Its wasn't crispy which was disappointing. Not value for money as they are the same quality else where

Cold soggy chips, uncooked onion rings soggy, split coleslaw that looked like it's been frozen, and a burger with loads of gristle in. Won't order from here again

I have never left a nagative review before ordered chicken kebab and chips,kebab was cold,chips and cheese was cold too but ordering 11pm Saturday night, you kind a expect that fair enough but as I start eating,chicken was very dry then again late Saturday night fair enough, but there was a distinctive off smell, I honestly couldn’t ate it,I had to bin it, that food shouldn’t be for human consumption,I called the restaurant but nobody answered so I’m going to get in touch with council

twice ordered both ridiculous wait times compared to what is advertised. really disappointed as this was a place I used frequently. unsure if change of staff but has seriously dropped in my expectations. Will be looking for a new frequent take out.
