One meal came out 10-15 minutes before the other one. Then only half a meal was brought out and was told the rest of it was coming. Shocking! Food looked amazing but the whole point of us eating out was to enjoy a meal together. Not the first time this has happened! Used to be great to eat here but won’t be going again in the near future.

Had a lovely sunday lunch at The Beeches pub. We were served by Sam, she was very friendly and chatty, and made us feel welcome. Our waitress was Marie, she couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. We are regular visitors, and the staff have always been great.

Came with friends on 5th October we sat in the bar and was served by Dawna. Dawna was limping and seemed in pain,but was still very joyful. She is a great member of staff and nothing was too much trouble. Had a great evening will definitely come again.

Had a lovely afternoon at the beeches , we was served by Ann and Cal who were really helpful and the service was quick. Complements to the chef sim as the food was lovely and we would Recommend to friends and family

We really love this place! We come here 1-2 times a week. Lovely staff, delicious food, playground for kids, clean. Really want to mention about Marie, she is lovely, all the time talking and laughing with my son, always asking about the food.

The best kids party for my 2 year old nephew ! We have actually been a few times over this the last summer as they have a lovely beer garden with a play area for the kids so me and my sister will usually take my nephews as they also have lots of activities throughout the week for kids and good offers on food/drinks for the family. Since my nephew (age 2) loved it there so much we decided to have his birthday there and all the kids loved it! Such a good price and staff were amazing and made our lives a lot easier with 10/10 service! Would definitely recommend

Had a lovely meal and drinks at the beeches today, it was my first time here after recently moving to the area. Amy the bar maid was very attentive and friendly. Food was great. Will definitely be back.

Visited the beeches for a family meal and was happy with service from all staff especially sam from behind the bar she was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed while there 😊

Would not recommend the food so will not be going again

Turned into a glorified crechè that never has any decent food in stock since the renovation. Can’t remember last time I ate there without a screaming kid rupturing my eardrum. Prices have gone up but the quality has crashed harder than that plane in Brazil not too long back. Only half-decent thing about that place is Adam- love you dude you’re doing fab.

Took my elderly mom for lunch ar the beeches 18/09/2024. Lovely pub, food was very nice, staff (sarah lou looked after us so much) definitely going back next week. Even thinking of booking xmas dinner there

Came in with the extended family (19guests) all the staff were brilliant , Marie in particular was amazing and really facilitating. Food was great . Overall a really enjoyable experience made even smoother by the staff.

Fantastic breakfast at the beeches this morning, we always come here and receive fantastic service whether they are busy or not. Sarah Lou was fabulous this morning and nothing was too much for her, chris who served us at the bar was helpful and delightful as always.

Was nice… Marie was nice.. service was only let down by the two large parties of 20 or so… this was not the service staffs fault however as they tried their best

Lovely staff, lovely food. Got a brilliant outside park and small indoor play area for the kids. They always have something going on at the weekends for the kids and adults.

Staff are always helpful and friendly, Marie is lovely, the food is always decent but portions can be a little small. My son loves to play in the soft play if you’ve got kids would definitely recommend 10/10

I recommended this pub to my family who had travelled to visit me in hospital on 7th September 24 and what a disappointment you were!!. I have been a regular customer of Beeches even before new renovations and I would eat here regularly with no problem BTW never heard of raw onion on cheeseburger and as for chips there was about a dismal ten of them. Others ordered the steak that was still mooing as it came out. One of them had been vomiting all night. SACK THE CHEF IF YOU WANT BUSINESS HE OBVIOSLY CANT COOK!! Needless to say they left!!! (Still hungry) And I was left embarrassed and fuming. Won't be seeing my custom again either. Plenty of other pubs that serve lovely food. I should have told them to eat in Sutton Coldfield what a big mistake I made that will not be happening again

Decent menu, some great deals on food and drinks, good beer garden with huge tv which can be great for outdoor football events. Limited parking spaces. Usually able to get a table. Friendly service. Good place for a low-cost family meal. Don't recommend steaks, but then I'm a steak-house kind of guy, and it's not a steakhouse by any stretch of the imagination.

Went for lunch today with husband and a friend, good service and atmosphere as usual,always enjoy our time here. This is not a complaint but a suggestion of name change to one of the dishes. I ordered the cheeseburger quesadilla with side order of chips as we can't eat as much as we used to, when it arrived I knew I would never eat what I received, I had been given the quadzilla burger, massive! Staff exchanged it without a problem and refunded the price difference but I hate wasted food so maybe call it a mince quesadilla to save confusion. My quesadilla was lovely

We have just had a lovely 3 hours lovely staff amazing food and 4 grandchildren had a wonderful time inside and outside play equipment. Very reasonably priced. Will certainly be coming back again with or without grandchildren. Lovely family atmosphere. Would like to give Maria who looked after us a big shout out. Nothing was too much trouble and really made our family afternoon special.

Perfect place for my Daughter had a Brilliant time at the beeches pub, dj lots of fun & games. Children's entertainment. Does games for all ages. Hope they do something for Halloween 🎃 & Xmas.

Me and my daughter shared the crown of burgers, with some sides, food was lovely and hot, Marie was our server, always has a smile and time for a quick chat, Kirsty served us behind the bar, lovely friendly girl with a lovely smile, keep up the good work team Beeches.

I can't fault my experience here. The staff were great the food was lovely and there's plenty for kids to do aswell. An all round great place

Great entertainment for children during half term, free small soft play and great outdoor space, fabulous food offers which was great value for money. Staff taking orders at the bar was helpful and Marie who brought our food was attentive. I wanted to mention Dawna who made us feel so welcomed with her friendly approach, showing an interest in our visit as she cleared away our plates. A relaxed atmosphere, hot food, refillable hot drinks and fun for the children.

Staff we're friendly, and very attentive. Atmosphere was nice, relaxing music and not too noisy. Was served by Marie and Dawna who were very approachable and amicable. I felt as though they were mindful to check in due to me being heavily pregnant. Food was served quickly and was enjoyable.
