Beeches in Birmingham

We came to the beeches today for a little birthday get together for my 4 year old daughter and her friends. We where welcomed by Natalie who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my little girl. Through out the time we was there she was checking we were OK. She has honestly been amazing. A true credit to the pub and to greene King.

Came in with the family on Sunday afternoon and was met by a completely rude obnoxious member of staff. She didn't acknowledge us when we first asked about a table, and although there were plenty of tables empty we were told we could be "kicked off" a table if customers who reserved turned up. Her colleague was exactly the same. It seemed like they didn't care unless you were a regular. Not something you expect at a family pub, this was a shame. Other customers who saw this happen were also shocked.

Lovely service. Perfect options for the kids and adults, and a great place for families. Marie was especially wonderful! Side note: The burgers were overdone and a little tough in places. The lettuce and burger accompaniments weren't great and looked sad but overall it tasted nice!

The lady behind the bar was very friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere right from the start. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and arrived incredibly fast. A lovely spot with great service and tasty dishes—definitely worth a visit!

We had a lovely morning yesterday at the princess breakfast, kids loved the food and activities plus the soft play! They’ve had lots of activities over the Easter holidays for the kids! Food and drinks menu is full of choice and always yummy!

On more than one occasion we have experienced great service from all the staff who work here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Also the activities and events that are put on for the children are lovely, all my children have had great times and experiences with all that they have participated in.

The atmosphere is friendly, homely and welcoming beautiful family pub. I found for the grown ups it's more of a chill out vibe come the evening. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely afternoon here. Very family friendly. Marie looked after us so well, even kindly offering to keep my food warm while I rocked my little one to sleep. Food is always nice and play areas are plenty.

Was a lovely experience really enjoyed the food as it was all cooked perfectly. Me and my family ate here and was a really nice family experience. Marie gave us amazing service and made sure everything went smoothly.

Marie was very attentative and asked us if there was anything we needed a couple ot times, also waited for all to finish their meals before removing the plates.

Ordered Sunday dinner , had to wait over an hour, when the food arrived it was cold a table spoon of mash ( instant mash ) meat wasn’t the best 3/10

Normally come here in the week but today came for a Sunday dinner and it didn’t disappoint nice portions and tasty! Son really enjoyed his roast potatoes and excellent service from Marie as always

Food is overall value for money and the waitress service by Marie was excellent but the bar service was slow. No atmosphere really as pub very quiet but it was lunch time. Husband had the sizzling gammon and gave it 10/10

Nice atmosphere and a great pub for family and friends, staff are friendly, but food took a while to come as it was busy but as it's the football period I'll give them lee way as when the food came it was nice! Definitely will be coming again.

Threw a 4th birthday party for my son & the staff went above and beyond for the party!! Was so impressed with everything, excellent value for money and they made everything so easy for us. Britney & Maria were fabulous and made everything run so smoothly. Kids had a great time, would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!

We entered the pub and approached the bar area for drinks where we had to wait well over 5 minutes to be served. The bar lady who served the person before us then walked away from the bar without even acknowledging us. Marie who doesn’t work on the bar apologised for our wait and tried to locate another bar person. Marie then shown us to our table and the service from this point in was excellent. Marie is a credit to your team and I hope she gets some recognition of the hard work and good customer service she displayed.
