Weil in unserer Unterkunft kein Frühstück angeboten wurde, sind wir hier eingekehrt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Qualität, der Preis und der Service haben und überzeugt und wir sind auch noch ein weiteres mal eingekehrt.

Lovely Liz on counter is like a warm hug....very vegan friendly...would def recommend if you're anywhere near to call in....

Honestly baffled that this place can have so many good reviews. The portions were so pitiful for the price. Clearly exploiting the fact they're located in a wealthy village/town. The quality was so average that it actually angers me. Tiny bit of cheese, 2 leafs of lettuce and half a strawberry for a 'salad' and a morsel of loose tea. Do yourself a favor and visit Friend of Mine or the Hideaway in Bridge of Allan, or Vera in Stirling.

Average food and pretty pitiful portions. Ordered a pot of loose chai tea which only had a morsel of tea in the pot, was weak. Partner ordered a baked potato with cheese and coleslaw; minuscule amount of standard grated cheese and tiny amount of coleslaw. All this was accompanied by a 2 leaf, half strawberry ‘salad’. Staff seemed nice enough but overall wouldn’t go back or recommend.

Visited here yesterday and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. After waiting half an hour for a panini it arrived with the skimpiest of filling. Should have been haggis and cheese, there was barely any cheese in it and not enough haggis to fill the panini. Couldn’t eat most of it as it was basically a dry panini. I told the waitress who did ask if I wanted something else but I said no as I was starving and had already waited half an hour. My coffee was served promptly but was finished by the time my food came. The thing that REALLY annoyed me though was that they still charged me full price for a lunch that was only half eaten. Had they dealt with this properly and reduced the bill in some way I wouldn’t have written this review. Things happen but it’s all about how it’s resolved. I definitely won’t be back.

We’re regular customers here. Best coffee in Dunblane and great homebaking. Breakfasts and lunches are really good too.

Popped in for lunch haven't been in for years and was shocked at how unkempt it was. Cushions needed replaced some missing wallpaper ripped on wall ceiling not repaired after some leak. Generally needs a deep clean just looks like noone cares. Staff all over the place looked like manic no-one really calm and focused on customers. Ordered food from a sticky menu and I was as disappointed with the 70s choices. Ordered a very basic meal and when it arrived it was as expected very basic and bland. I won't be back ever sorry but in this day and age we expect better. If that's was tourist see it's embarrassing.

Very disappointed 😞. Ordered the panini with salad and crisps.When order came out 3 crisps on plate and very sparce salad. My friend asked waitress if she could have some extra crisps to be told she would ask another member of staff. Other staff member came out and said no but if she would like more crisps she could buy some! Asked for mayonnaise which was a teaspoonful in dish! Was charged 50p. Was very expensive for what I received. Would not return.

Great little cafe, with amazing food & service. I always make sure to pop in whenever I’m back in Dunblane. The peppermint crunch is 10/10 🤩

Stopped at the Beech Tree for a coffee and a toastie with a friend, and it was certainly service with a smile! Thank you to Daisy for looking after us, the food was top notch and plenty of tea in the pot for a natter!

Very friendly staff, however, £11 for two takeaway cold filled rolls (ham and cheese salad and what was meant to be tuna salad that didn't have any salad), is pretty outrageous.

Dropped in with our grandson for tea and cake. Staff were extremely professional and helpful top marks. Tea and cake splendid. Grandson (2) had ice-cream, even although it was cold outside, and juice. Needless to say he loved it (also ate a fair bit of our cakes). A tad overpriced but then it is Dunblane. A nice experience.

We come to The Beech Tree, Dunblane, every Monday, after our swim. (We are from a local care home for adults with additional needs). We are always made very welcome, and today, the ladies surpassed themselves with a beautiful birthday card for one of our group. The recipient was so delighted, and we were very touched. Lovely food too!

I absolutely adore this place, their coffee is the best around, everything I've had to eat there has been delicious, and the people who work there are always so kind and welcoming. Super lovely atmosphere and plenty of vegan/vegetarian options to choose from. I'd definitely suggest stopping by if you're in Dunblane.

Lovely little find for quick lunch. Soup and sandwich. Best soup hearty and full of flavour. Lovely staff despite being super busy. Coffee just the way I like it! Will definitely return.

£4.95 for a cheese and ham roll to takeaway. When questioned I was advised that this is correct. What else is there to say.

Thoroughly enjoyed a full breakfast with a pot of tea. Cheerful and helpful staff.

What a very satisfying café this family run establishment with a relaxing, unhurried friendly atmosphere is. We were tourists but most of the customers on our visit were locals. Always a good sign! We only stopped for a coffee and some cake – all of which were great. The iced apricot cake was a triumph! Recommended.

Panini was barely toasted and minimal salad on side and minimal crisps. Pricey and cafe just seemed a bit shabby in side. Pricey as well.

Not a lot of choice in this small town so took pot luck in this little place, wish we hadn’t . Very slow and indifferent service, we both had salads and they extremely poorly executed . The smallest ramekin of hummus, very small portion of cheese, we were both given the cheapest little white pittas , which we just left. Got worse when unsatisfied with the meagre salad we had a scone, cold and stale. Again left on the plate. Won’t go there again.

A great cafe, fantastic food, with great staff!! We were staying at The Old Churches in Dunblane. They no longer provide breakfast or meals. I would highly recommend Beech Tree Cafe to anyone looking for somewhere to eat!! Great Coffee too!!!

Delicious food and drinks. Open in the early mornings so perfect for a quick takeaway before the day begins.

I was very disappointed with the side salad served with the toastie, tiny corner of lettuce, slice of a tiny tomato, had to request mayonnaise as wasn't offered any, pancakes and fruit nice but the minimum amount of sauce. Not could value for money.

Such a great wee Cafe ! Lots of delicious food on offer, even just getting a coffee and a cake is divine (soo many choices). Staff are always cheerful and happy to help ! Can't recommend this cafe enough !

Really friendly place with excellent homemade shortbread and a decent flat white

Expect to be called a lot of platitudes and pet names while you’re there - all part of the fun and excellent service :) They have a really wide selection of food for a wee place, and all is reasonably priced and excellent quality. Cream scones superb. They could really help themselves and the town by opening on a Sunday too but I appreciate folk need a rest and staff are hard to come by.

Small place with since outside seating on the main Street right across from the pub on the corner. Straight forward food with a straight forward menu. Nothing fancy but worth a visit if the weather is nice then you can sit outside.

Another little gem tucked away at the top end of Dunblane. Plenty of selection, great coffee as well. Staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Another dog friendly cafe. Thanks guys x

Good food lovely staff great coffee reasonable price

Not great, but sometimes helpful staff. They are friendly at the till point. However, general customer service, communications, and range of products for a fully gf diet are very poor. Over time I have found other nearby cafes and tearooms much better; in particular for long term custom.

Can’t recommend highly enough!!!! I arrived this morning with my toddler and very hungry (crying) baby and the ladies couldn’t have done more to accommodate us! (And make me feel ok about the mess we left!!!!) The scones were also delicious!!! Will definitely be back!! (If they’ll have us!!!!!!)

Great wee place in Dunblane. There's not many which is a shame as the place is supposed to be famous. We had a lovely family lunch here as with the present rules we can only meet at cafes/restaurants. Staff were friendly and service was first class. Cakes first class so will be back for lunch next time.

Attitudes was terrible when I asked for a soup was told to wait a minute a simple yes or no would have sufficed, felt like I was a child again only speak when spoken to otherwise keep your mouth shut not very good service Tilly’s tea room is where you want to go give this place a miss

This got recommended to us by the Concierge at the hotel we stayed in. Popped in for a treat and it was just okay. We had the lentil soup - quite watery and not tasty. My little one wasn’t impressed! Also had a slice of banana bread and panini - both not too bad. The Mango Fruit cooler was great though! Found the prices a bit steep - £7.25 (?) for a panini
