Bechamel Market Kitchen in Leeds

Hello, I have recently returned from my hen weekend in York. We ate out in York on the Friday evening and thought we would treat ourselves to a chef coming in on the Saturday evening. There were 12 girls, all over 40 years old. This cost us £50 per head. We were told by the guy who came to cook that he wasn't a chef and was front of house. They sent him because you were short staffed. The food was cold. His assistant when dishing our food out called one of the meals a 'chicken thingy' For how much we paid the food was very disappointed and I have complained to Celebration cottages about this.

Nathan was our chef for the night for my hen night. He was absolutely fab, lovely guy and the food was amazing totally recommend Nathan and if we are in the area again would definately call him

Nathan was recommended to prepare a meal for us during a family break at Woodlands Lodge. He was excellent from the start suggesting a great menu for both the carnivores and vegetarian guests and the food tasted as nice as it sounded.The Spanish sopa de calbaza, roasted butternut squash pottage with chili oil, roasted pumpkin seed focaccia was a personal favourite. All served in a nice relaxed atmosphere

We had Nathan from Bechamel Market Kitchen ltd over this weekend to cook for us to celebrate a (very) delayed 30th for Danny’s birthday! He made us canapés, starter, main and dessert all in my kitchen! It was great felt fancy with a chef cooking for me in my own home haha Nathan was amazing, food was awesome and it was a really great night all round 🙂 I took photos of the canapés and the pudding, was too busy enjoying the food to remember to get photos of the starter and main

Excelente comida de cumpleaños para dos cocinada y servida por la chef Alison. Las albóndigas al forno entrantes estaban deliciosas, la panceta de cerdo estofada estaba tan tierna que el pudín de caramelo pegajoso completó la comida a la perfección. Qué buena idea.

I wanted a very special celebration meal experience while staying at Spring Wood Cottage in Meltham. Nathan of Bechamel Market Kitchen was recommended and I I am really glad I opted to go for this rather than go to a restaurant. The menu choice offered was wide, the ordering process was simple and how he managed to prepare a gourmet quality meal in the cottage's kitchen, serving 14 of us, all at once, is still a fantastic piece of culinary expertise. On top of that the service was very friendly, personal yet unobtrusive. Fantastic evening all round. Cannot recommend them highly enough. This really was the icing on the cake of our family weekend.

Wow- what an incredible afternoon tea we had served to us at our hen party accommodation at Woodsome Lodge, Huddersfield. Bechamel Market Kitchen did such an awesome job! They arrived a couple of hours early to our venue to prepare and set up and spent a lot of time making sure every detail was perfect. They catered perfectly to all our dietary requirements- vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant etc and we were a group of 20. The food was delicious and so well presented. They provided all the equipment and crockery needed and tidied it all up afterwards too. It was totally stress free and such attention to detail and effort was put into the whole experience. Thanks to Nathan for the catering put on for my sister's hen do at the Hideout Manor just outside Stamford Bridge. From the early booking stage, working out a menu for us right up to the service given on the evening and the high standard of food I cannot recommend Bechamel Market any more. The presentation of each course, attention to detail and flavour was outstanding! Thanks so much, Nathan. You really made our evening and deserve every success with your business.
