Beast in Walsall

Ordered a small pizza with peri fires a Diet Coke and frappe and took ages to come food was freezing due to a new driver but women was really polite and sorry about it she re brought our food out with a free cake that was really nice so cant really doubt them I understand with a new driver but yeah not bad food when she re bought it

Says you get a free cake, but then get charged. Chicken wings wasn’t spicy and not cooked enough . Called the shop n they didn’t care. Never agen for me 🙌🏾

The cookie dough wasn’t cooked properly i always order from here but this time it wasn’t the same

This is the second time of ordering and the service is awful due to laugh barrier we’ve had food before not a problem I also feel when whoever answer the phone is also taking orders of the counter I repeated asked for what we wanted and still the didn’t understand disappointed

Had the Donner in pitta meal, 2 california dream pizzas, American double burger meal, Double chocolate cookie dough. Unfortunately the donner is not 100% lamb donner it's definitely a cheap chicken mixed one very light in colour and seriously lacks flavour. The pizzas are average. The burger was nice would be fine as a single instead of a double as beef patty is quite thick doesn't need to be a double unless your super hungry. The fries are dull. The double chocolate cookie dough tasted a bit burnt and was pure sugar no cookie or chocolatey taste which was disappointing as I love my desserts and never leave them but I left most of this. The delivery was prompt and good customer service, the order delivered correctly and drinks were kept seperate which was good so they didn't get warm. Unfortunately probably wouldn't order again unless really fancied just a burger.

Pretty sure the driver was high as he took our order back to the shop and did not see us both standing in the front door with it open for about 15 minutes. My girlfriend even had to approach the car in her bare feet in the rain to see the delivery guy just sat there staring at a receipt and was parked for a few minutes not attempting to leave the car until she went over to him. This being after I had called the shop twice... no missed calls and not even an apology.

Dessert was great but they advertised free delivery and also had a pop up to add a free cake that I was charged for and also charged for delivery

ordered 2 milkshakes and a cookie dough i payed in cash and asked the man if he needs the code wich he replied with no once i got in my house i opened the back to see 2 milkshakes and a ice cream once i realised i diddnt get my cookie dough the man had already drove off

We ordered the sundae offer and victoria sponge and we got a free item so we ordered the chocolate fudge cake. We recieved our delivery early,driver was very pleasant and courteous. The desserts were DELICIOUSSSs The offers are very good.

Really poor experience. Lady did nothing but give us dirty looks the whole time we were in there. Purchased two LARGE kebabs £13. Very cheap I thought. I don't normally eat large but I thought it was cheap and why not, we were starved. Honestly shocked when I got home to discover literally tiny pieces of meat inside and a mountain of chips. My partner ordered a pitta kebab and it was almost empty. Honestly laughable. Currently searching the fridge for a late night snack!🤣

Admittedly I asked for thin crust! But this is surely next level? Me and my partner paid £18.29 for 2 8" pizza's. I've always ordered from here and well this is ridiculous! I called a pancake pizza. Complete robery and on my 1st slice I find a grey hair?

Ordered for the first time two xl pizzas. Although they came arrived damaged I called the owner up and he was quick at resending another pizza free of charge. I then found out that the driver got involved in an accident that’s why it was damaged. I felt so bad as the driver was still so professional when he delivered it. Thanks for the free pizza and I hope your driver is okay. We will definitely order again not just for the customer service but the pizza was amazing like Pizza Hut

OMG this place is amazing best chicken meat and chips I ever had char grilled on grill amazing never going anywhere else. I live in Birmingham tried while in Walsall but now I travel to Walsall just for this food 10/10. The milkshakes are also to die for.

We ordered from here without knowing anything and we was not disappointed the pizza was hot the fries were hot the pizza was amazing very tasty and had lots of toppings which is normally a rarety x top notch will definitely be ordering again x 😀

My order was delivered with missing items. Was waiting another 40 minutes just for a milkshake. Not recommended this restaurant at all. 3 pound for delivery??? For what?

Absolutely terrible tried a few times hoping if was a one off but it wasn't waffles are dry there stingy with the chocolate and the sauces not worth the money my 8 year old can do a better job😅

DIDNT RECIEVE FOOD!! I ordered 2 cookie doughs online didnt recieve em i rang them after 30 minutes they said it’s otw i rang a few times again after it had been more than 2 hours still havnt recieved food. I can’t even cancel the order as i will not get a refund. Money wasted. SCAM! If i could give 0 stars i would. 😡

Not the best pizza i had in my life but definitely the best one in Walsall

First time ordering and was pleased. Very generous with toppings and presentation was superb.

Have ordered waffles from here before that were fine but today we ordered 3 items and 2 were unsatisfactory. The Victoria sponge cake was very dry (stale) and cream only at the edge. The waffle was meant to have smarties on but had skittles which my son doesnt like and oreos that were soft. Both items went in bin after tasting.

food was very good would recommend, only problem cookie dough was a little cold other than that was amazing.

Tried to order pizza for the family and after it took my card details the website froze. I called them direct as the money had been taken from my account and they said that unfortunately the order had not gone through but they had spoken to foodhub who run there website and promised a refund would go into my account. They wanted me to pay again for my order which fortunately I was not willing to do, a week later they have still not refunded me and will now have to go through my bank to get this refund. I will not pay for food I have not received, will not be using them again.

Ordered delivery through UberEats, was really impressed with my Kebab and Peri chicken burger was very similar to Nandos, My partner had a Lasagne and Pizza and was also very impressed, delivery was quick (35mins) first time trying , would recommend.

Was very disappointed that the food wasn't up to much ordered a combo and the one decent thing was the pizza the burger that should of cost £9 was something you get from a £1 burger van the chips half of them wasn't even cooked. The portion of large donner meat was just about the size of a regular. Then the 'ice blast' they used a picture of a tango ice blast but put the sticker over the writing but left the logo still showing so beware false advertisement I won't ever be ordering again 😔 menu look amazing and some much choice but don't be sucked in like I was

Donuts wasn't what asked for ie the toppings,and 3 out of the four were hard in parts un able to eat. The milk shake is OK not much flavour as asked for bueno more vanilla than bueno.

This place was fantastic when it first opened, but has really dropped it standards. Over the last few months I’ve ordered several times and the order has always been wrong. Not to mention, the quality of the food has deteriorated.

If i could rate this place a zero, i would but I can’t so here we are with a one star rating. Not only did they falsely advertise a promotion, but they were extremely rude and cut off several times, despite assuring us that they would send us our free pizza when we called the first time! They then refused to refund us despite not being able to provide the service that we paid for. I am yet to understand how a company like this still exists in this day and age! Forget HORRIBLE customer service, they forgot to give us deep pan crust that we PAID for and they also forgot to give us a bag of chips but thank god because the chips were rock hard. My family members are also complaining of belly aches after eating so it shows what kind of hygienic environment their food was prepared in!!! If i were you, i would do myself a favour and order elsewhere. Spend your money on small businesses who actually care about their customers lol no wonder they will remain small. Fix up.

Really happy with the food from Beast. We ordered 2 different pizza's both were lovely. But the cookie dough deserts are wonderful so yummy best deserts I've ate in ages. The biscoff is definitely one of the tastiest. This is now a regular weekend treat would highly recommend.

First time ordering and wasn't disappointed the American burger was amazing also the donner burger was delicious and the kids meal was well worth the money will defo be ordering from you guys again.

Missing items on waffle but other than that nice

Today when I got my food there was broken cup with mojito.

One time when I order food there is a mistake. I ordered regular crunchy wonder waffle and half hazelnut fantasy waffle. When the order comes there was a half crunchy wonder waffle and regular hazelnut fantasy. Also I order 2 classic mojito and I got only one.

It took more than an hour to deliver, arrived cold, food was tasteless and not enjoyable. Was still uncooked from the inside with a very doughy texture.
