Beamans & Sons in Shropshire

Not the best butchers in town. Late in the day so had no choice as about to close. Glad I checked my receipt before leaving as I was charged £18-60 on my card for £5 of sausages.

Purchased steak sausage and other goods to the value of £37. VERY dissapointed. Told steak would melt in the mouth - What a joke!

Bought a pork pie and 4 faggots from Beaman's on the High Street. The faggots were as good as ever but the pork pie hadn't been cooked through, the meat in the middle was still pink. Also asked for dry cured streaky bacon, when we got home found we had been sold smoked streaky which was wet - obviously not dry cured. The staff behind the counter spend more time larking about than listening to what their customers want. Won't shop here again, might try the shop in Low Town providing the staff are over 16!!!!!

I use the Shop in Low Town and get Great Service! I sure you’ll get excellent Meat and Service on the High Street. It’s all in the Family!

Dirty horrible butchers and the owner isn't to nice either. The floor is covered with grease and dust thats been there for years. The way the owner speaks to his employees is toxic

You can’t go wrong …….. everything is brilliant! Simple as that. Fabulous ‘ready meals’, superb fresh meat and poultry, wonderful pies, sausage rolls etc, etc!

Went to Beamans as we were visiting Bridgenorth and we were after there sausage rolls. The best we’ve ever tasted. The staff were very friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Lovely.

Been to the butchers this morning for the infamous beaman breakfast sandwich of Bridgnorth... all I got was a mouthful of disappointment. Not sure whether it’s correct for the skin to still be on the black pudding in a sandwich but from a texture point when you’ve bitten into that, is disgusting. Yes it was a big order but as we’ve just spent over £30 for 6 sandwiches, I don’t think it’s wrong to want a quality service and food that can hold its price. Well enough moaning now and time for action. Therefore you have lost my custom. Thank you

The best pies and now we have discovered the most wonderful Scotch eggs. Amazing array of meats, and would recommend the Stir fry

What can I say, I regulary use the Severn Valley to Bridgnorth and just cannot go home without climbing the hill and visiting Beamans. Staff are almost over friendly, courteous and helpful. The Pork Pies, pasties, black pud, scotch eggs plus the amazing quality of the meat is outstanding. They now do a hot roast pork roll for £3 which includes stuffing, apple sauce, gravy and if you are lucky crackling. I tried one of these for the first time yesterday and it was awesome!! Well done Beamans, keep it up!

As a pasty officiando I can thoroughly recommend this place. Always deliver the best flavour and so full even with thin pastry. The staff are so friendly and helpful too, they even made a giant pasty especially for my grandsons birthday. Wonderful place. Everything else is excellent too

I can't seem to walk down Bridgnorth high street without veering into Beamans for a Cornish pasty and a small steak pie!

Lovely, old fashioned butchers. Huge faggots to die for, and black pudding scotch eggs - what a find. Like going back 30 years, and all the better for it.

Its more than a butchers without s doubt.first class meats..home made pies and scotch eggs veg and to top it all a selection of real ales to go with the food.Never had a bad joint in 17 years and with friendly staff that stay with the company its a great place to buy.i prefer the branch in low town as they have parking and they know us there.

the range of meat on offer here is fantastic,very reasonably priced and the butchers are very helpful and friendly

Every time we visit Bridgenorth north we call at Beamans to stock up on there great burgers sausages and pies the Lamb Burgers are our favourite there is a good self service outside the front which we use and the quality is excellent plus the staff are helpful and friendly

Excellent service, really good produce, an experience from an age before self service when customers were to be treated with respect and not just as a means to an end.

Here you are spoilt for choice check it out if you are in the area and dont leave without one of the homemade Pork Pies which truly are the best i have ever tasted especially Pork and Pickle.
