Beachcomber in Blackpool

What an absolute gem of a place, we had a table for 12, service was impeccable, the ladies could do enough but also smily, friendly and up for a giggle. 9 out of the 12 of us had some variation of steak and everyone said it was the best they had ever had!!! The other 3 had pasta bolognaise and lasagna and they also said it was delicious. I will 100% but recommending this place and would definitely visit again if I was in Blackpool.

Have eaten here before and definitely cannot be beaten for quality of food and price. Staff are very friendly and polite. Must visit place when in Blackpool

We hadn't booked a table, we're lucky to get a table as it was Saturday night and very busy. I had steak pie which I absolutely couldn't fault, generous portion and delicious. Partner had a medium rare ribeye steak, cooked to perfection. Shared a pudding and the white wine was very nice.

We had fantastic food here. We had a steak and mixed grill. All the food was cooked to our liking. It was delicious. Staff was very welcoming and kind. With smiles on their faces. Table service was excellent, and food came out fast, which was another bonus. I will be coming back here. Definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We had lovely meals here T-bone steak and rump steak both meals were delicious and cooked to perfection. It can get a little noisy so not ideal if you want a romantic meal lol. Staff are friendly total cost with a drink around £50 so great value .

Absolutely outstanding food and desserts best chicken madras gammon steak and rhubarb crumble the food is too die for cooked fresh and warm staff and very polite and helpful would highly recommend if you are ever coming to visit YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED ❤️

My family and I cannot recommend this restaurant high enough, the food was amazing and at a reasonable price too. The atmosphere was welcoming nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The three ladies and a gent made conversation and frequently checked on us throughout our meal. We shall certainly be back when we come back in September. Visit them now you will not be disappointed.

went in last night for meal, i had the chicken with skin on fries tomato,onion rings peas and a side of peppercorn sauce which was delicious, hubby had slow cooked meat in a pot with puff pastry, huge portion and the steak was melt in the mouth, he reported the puff pastry was perfect, we had 2 large colas and the meal was under £25 I was very surprised at how tasty the food was, service was quick and staff were very welcoming, id never been in the place before but would highly recommend it for good food

We came with our family ( group of 12) from start to finish was perfect, all the staff were amazing they got all our orders right (which in most places don't) from drinks to all 3 courses, the food was cooked perfect and tasted amazing. We were recommended this restaurant from our hotel. We passed it on the tram and I was a little apprehensive as it doesn’t look particularly attractive but my daughter told me to stop judging a book by its cover 🙈 so we went for it. There was 4 of us all eating adult meals - T-bone steak, fillet steak (both with sauces) and 2 x whole rack of ribs plus the kids had dessert and we all had plenty of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It was all excellent, cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. Not to mention that the whole cost was around £100! Great value for money. The service was also great.

We were a party of 5 adults, we all choose something different from the menu and everyone said there meal was fantastic, I am a celiac and do get a bit anxious when eating out but they were excellent, was a bit disappointed with dessert choice all I could have was a sundae, but everyone else enjoyed there’s, would highly recommend a visit here if visiting Blackpool the quality and cost was excellent

I have to stay in the South Shore area occasionally for work and you have limited options for quality food there. I found this place by chance and had a cracking meal, Can't remember the last time I had a decent T-bone in England and it was cooked spot on with a decent sear. I will be back next week, and genuinely looking forward to it.

We've been to the marakesh markets and eaten twice this year........but this place is something else - doesn't look great when you walk in...gave it a chance. Ordered pate was worst thing iv ever eaten in my life asked staff to return it to kitchen the girl returned and asked what was wrong with it as all.staff had tried it and tasted OK. It tasted like dog food horrible. Omelette for main wasn't cooked properly and was mushy. Husbands steak asked for med rare blood was dripping out it got taken back and cooked a bit more and although was cooked was not nice. Starter ribs came out in like 3 min and tasted like farmfoods....kids pizza also cheap frozen pizza. In the end they still charged us for 2 starters we didn't eat. We wanted to complain more but felt bad and didn't want them thinking we were just looking for a free meal. Only here for 3 nights and 1st night ruined. Do not go here

Was lucky to find the Beachcomber open as just spotted illuminated signs when passing on a tram. The Sirloin was cooked to perfection but I think the chips were frozen which was a disappointment. The red wine accompaniment was delicious but I think that they overlooked the fact that the markings on the wine glass said 350ml serving. I was charged more and for a 450ml serving. A glass of wine does not go to my head and I did spot it on the bill but as it was such a good quality I let it go. Only two tiny onion rings and half a small tomato. Times must be hard.

Never been before but will definitely be back the steak was cooked to perfection, service excellent and staff really friendly. No complaints at all everything perfect
