This is called Manorbier House now. We went for the tapas night (Fridays and Saturdays) and the food was incredible. Highly recommended, understand it’s a new offering so hopefully it’s a success. Wish we lived closer.

There was a worm atmosphere and a good place for a cup of tea and a bacon sandwich which was delicious , however the cakes are overpriced as one of us had a scone which cost £6, over priced, rock hard and small. Apart from that we were served by friendly faces.

Had a lovely meal sat outside with delicious food the only thing that let it down was listening to a staff member swearing loudly while telling her colleagues some story about her and her Dad. We had a 2 year old with us so definitely didn’t want to be hearing swear words - the only other thing I’d say are that prices are a bit steep & although the sandwiches & roasties we had were really nice we thought the price for a milkshake were a bit steep. If the customer service was sorted out it would be a great little tea room!

Not a good experience. Only went for a coffee after a coastal walk. Most tables outside still had dirty plates and after 20 minutes we had to ask a waitress to clear the tables; full of wasps and flies. Menu on the tables were stain paper copies. At least get these laminated. Drinks took an age to come. We have an holiday home in the area and we will not be returning.

Lunch with my wife was a disaster. Her lunch arrived whilst I waited and waited for mine. Half way through her lunch I asked about mine and was told it'll be soon. So I waited and waited again by which time my wife had finished her lunch. I asked again and was given an apology !!. Eventually it arrived but by now lunch had been ruined. I've never been anywhere when a simple lunch for 2 is served 25 minutes apart. And to top it all the menu is very limited and somewhat overpriced. This establishment was better under the previous owners. We won't be going back.

This place has new owners since last year.. it was amazing last summer.. Pity the new owners didn't carry on the same menu and service.. now "Trendy" ! I went with my 10 year old granddaughter, we decided to have a Greek salad to share, it came with humous and olives and half a baguette.. it wasn't enough for one, Nothing Greek about it.. a few salad leaves, few pine nuts, few bits of cherry tomatoes sprinkled with crumbs of feta cheese.. flat dishes of few olives and a tablespoon of humous. I regret not taking a photo .. it was £11 .. my granddaughter filled up with a piece of chocolate cake £4.50. My daughter joined us after a coast path walk but I advised her to go back to our accommodation and make a sandwich .. Come on Beach break.. give the visitors of Manorbier a decent meal ( like the previous owners)

Dreadful breakfast!!! This could have been a fantastic review as the location etc is great but sadly the service was shocking and when the food eventually arrived it was poor to say the least. Avoid unless you have hours to spare. There were plenty of servers but not sure what they were doing apart from smoking out the front and moaning about working there. No apology for delays, food cold but overcooked when it arrived. I had to ask for the coffee which took 20 mins then ask for the toast which must have been shown to the toaster for seconds as it looked just like plan bread. I watched at least 4 other tables ask where their food was so ours wasn’t an isolated incident. Not cheap and overall a total waste of time and money.

I’m rating this as average as mine and my wife’s food was delightful however the experience was less so. A little gem in the beautiful village of Manorbier next to the castle and close to the sea, I havetoo say bravo on such an exceptional spot. The menu was full of choice and presented beautifully and tasted just as good. This is where I run out of nice things to say, and I can speak for the other three tables that happened to be lunching at the same time as us, the fifth table was the problem. A girl who was perhaps in her early twenties with her friends, god knows how they associate themselves with her dear lord, what a sad little life she must live. She ruined my lunch, completely, so she could have the best time and be the centre of attention in the lunch garden, which amazingly after seeing her be so friendly with the staff and talking as loud as the South Africans with their vuvuzeulas at the 2014 World Cup, I learnt that she worked in the exact premises that she was swearing so freely in and calling her “friends” slags and telling me and the several other people that she was taking her body confident self with her shirt hanging off the shoulder to expose her left breast for a dip in the sea with the “slags” after work. If she continues to be employed by this delightful gem then I do hope she spends her wages on getting some lessons in grace and decorum because she has all the grace of a reversing dump truck without any tyres on.

I only rated it one because I couldn’t rate it zero. Board outside advertising opening times and breakfast from 10 to 12pm. It was 10.10 and we went to the door to see a woman hoovering inside the tearoom who said that they would not be taking food orders until 10.30am (not taking food orders) so why say on the board outside breakfast between 10 and 12. We were told we could order drinks only but after waiting for 10 minutes at the counter as you have to order at a counter we gave up particularly as a gent placed a foot order at the front of the queue at 10.15 then the lady disappeared for 10 minutes leaving everyone in the queue waiting to order drinks. This place is clearly so short staffed and completely disorganised. Their attitude was we’ll serve you when we are ready. They run this place to suit themselves and not the paying customers. Avoid at all costs they are just not bothered. I wonder how this business will manage to survive.

Excellent little cafe. The food was very freshly prepared and tasted thoroughly delicious. The place looks a bit like an old style cafe from the outside but inside it is well presented and has a nice little garden out the back. We thought this was perfectly ok, although there aren’t really many or indeed any other places to lunch in the village. Despite the name, it isn’t really very near to the beach, it’s a good 10-15 min walk up a steep road. Anyway, we did lunch and it was ok. Don’t know if this venue has changed hands recently, but there’s no website despite a link off TA.

We visited today and waited in the doorway to be seated. A very unpleasant woman came and snapped at us asking if we had booked. We had not so she stormed off to see if there was a table outside, meanwhile a very pleasant lady came to see if she could help & said there were tables outside & to follow her. The original woman glared & took us to the table. Her attitude was appalling and grumbled about it being busy and it was the end of the season so the stock was low as if it was our fault. I didn’t dare tell her we were served with a dirty glass. All in all a very unpleasant experience so will not be returning.

The cafe is popular so it is best to book and state that you require either an indoor or outdoor table. We both enjoyed our prawn salad. The prawns were plentiful but were rather too cold. The selection of desserts and cakes was impressive and we couldn't resist them. They are home made. We had lemon meringue and pavlova. Both delicious. The lemon of the meringue was beautifully sharp and sweetened by the meringue. Unusual to find when eating out.We were just a little concerned that the table we were given was rather close to another and certainly not socially distanced.

We literally stumbled on this fantastic little tea rooms and loved every second of it. Staff masked and friendly, food outstanding. I had the smoked salmon and cream cheese baguette, loads of smoked salmon. My partner opted for the Ploughman’s his face lit right up when it arrived. Our 8 year old chose jacket potato with beans and again she was over the moon. The place is licensed so we opted for a Welsh lager that is brewed by fairies !!!! And a Welsh cider, very refreshing. After such a lovely lunch we could not resist dessert so a homemade flapjack, beautiful lots of apricot and coconut, scones with jam and cream and they were oh so scrummy indeed. They also inside have a little gift shop selling beautiful little gifts. This place is a gem it’s only small. Let’s keep these beautiful small little eateries going it’s fantastic.

We were served today in the most weird way. The staff seem genuinely put out by having to actually do something and are so unfriendly it's uncomfortable. They act like they're doing you such a favour just acknowledging your existence, even after spending £13 on two sandwiches. As we were waiting for our food, we saw a local woman ask for a sandwich but she said she only had ten minutes - the staff were in uproar and refused and said there's no way she could possibly have a sandwich within ten minutes as there were already SIX(!) sandwiches being made before hers! Shock horror. Sandwiches are obviously one of the quickest things possible to knock up but it just was not possible apparently. The sandwiches we got were disgusting and thrown away. Soggy and stale at the same time is really quite something. No idea why they're so well reviewed but we'd never step foot here again. We're not local but feel sorry for locals if this is how they get treated.

First time visiting Manorbier in Tenby and after a lovely long walk along the clifts of Lydstep we decided to visit Beach Break Cafe and due to COVID19 we booked a table for four for lunch for just two hours later, which I thought was very lucky. Track and Trace was in place due to Government instruction. Excellent! My wife, two children and I were greeted with a warm welcome at the entrance and given directions to our table in the garden. At first we were uncomfortable where we were placed which was in the middle of the garden with no parasol to shade us from the extremely hot afternoon sunshine. We were greeted by a friendly waitress and after giving our drinks order we asked if there was anything they could do to give us some shade. The waitress said she would sort something out for us. Within 5 minutes the waitress said a table had become available which was well shaded so we moved there. Now that we were in the shade our experience with the Beach Break Cafe only got better. The menu was very simple for a cafe which is what you want - nothing too complicated. They had a specials board in accompaniment to their menu too. We ordered from the menu and 10 - 15 minutes later we were served by a very friendly waiter. The sandwiches were very well stocked of the finest fresh prawns to the succulent tender ham and the salad tasted very fresh. After our lunch I treated myself to the most delicious Lemon Meringue Pie I've ever tasted. I wasn't sure if it was homemade, I forgot to ask, but it was very tasty indeed. We were very grateful to the staff for making our dining experience a satisfied one and we will certainly visit Beach Break Cafe again next summer without a doubt. We love this place and the the mini surfers breakfast is our favourite. Egg,sausage, beans, tomatoes and bacon served with toast butter and jams. That will set you up for the day. Should mention this is definitely more that a tearoom has a great selection of quality items for sale from scarves, jewellery lovely home decorations and not forgetting the children there are little items for them. If you have mans best friend with you there is a lovely seating area at the rear of the tea rooms.

The place looked very welcoming and cosy when we walked in. The staff quickly attended to us and we didn't have to wait long for our order to arrive. The food was hot and very well presented. We will definitely be back.

We visited the beach break tearooms after a walk from freshwater east beach. They had a lovely dog hut in the garden which accommodated us perfectly. The food and service was excellent, especially the garlic mushrooms. Dog friendly and very swift service with a smile.

Stopped for coffee and cake late in the afternoon. Served with delicious cake and coffee for five quickly and with a smile. Can't ask for more than that.

We found the cafe following a recommendation in the walking book we had. Really glad we ate here, we had 2 children’s meals, 2 baguettes and a ploughman’s and the food was good and the service quick and friendly. The cheese on the Ploughman’s was amazing and the staff were happy to tell me what cheese it was and where to get it. I would definitely recommend and return.

We happened across the Beach Break on a cycle ride and popped in for lunch. We both ordered from the Specials board; I had smoked mackerel pate and he had the 'cawl', as recommended by a chap outside. Decent portions - no stinting or penny-pinching here. It started raining, so we decided to stay for pudding (we are fair-weather cyclists after all). After a short pronunciation dispute, which remains inconclusive even now, two large scones appeared with plenty of jam, clotted cream and butter - Very enjoyable.

We live locally and often walk to the nearby beach and then make for the Beach Break for an ice cream; or for afternoon tea; or for lunch. It never disappoints. Staff are friendly and the food is excellent (reasonable prices). If the weather permits, we sit in the peaceful garden. One of our favourite places.

Visited based on the previous reviews, and my honest opinion is that it’s just ‘ok’. The outside area is nice and the bathroom was very clean. However, the staff just didn’t seemed interested, to the point it came across that customers were more of an inconvenience. The prices were acceptable, but the size of the coffees were one of the smallest I have come across. Not one I will be returning to.

Back in Pembrokeshire we had to visit the tea room again. We enjoyed the lovely home made food along with the warm Welsh welcome that we have come accustomed to receiving. If you are close by we recommend you pop in. You will not be disappointed. Phone ahead to reserve a table.

Called in for a pot of tea for two and a cream scone. Good choice of seating both inside and in the lovely garden at the back. Service was quick and polite and scone was warm, fresh with butter, jam and clotted cream. Delicious. Good prices for the quality and would certainly return.

We went there for lunch on a number of occasions and found the staff welcoming, the menu varied and the food good. It is very popular, always a good sign. There is a rear garden where dogs are welcome. I can highly recommend their cakes although you may need a good, stiff walk along the coastal path afterwards to burn off the calories!

We escaped a downpour here, we weren't planning on lunch, but ordered a sausage sandwich to share and it was great. The place was packed and very busy, but we'll run. The buildings are interesting, a maze of properties joined together, with the brewery downstairs. There's also a shop and coffee shop part of Harbwr. There are many places to eat and drink in Tenby and this one should not be missed

Traditional, characterful pub owned and run by a decent man. Good local customers and selection of drinks. No food but if you want a welcome where you dont have to feel like a holidaymaker, this place is for you.
