It's such an amazing cocktail bar! The atmosphere was so good with great music for everybody's liking. The cocktails were tasty, and with a high volume of alcohol I must say. I really enjoyed the paloma and the Last flight(this was my favourite), but who doesn't love a margarita too 😊. Prices were reasonable & affordable and the staff was very friendly & attentive. Thank you for a nice experience!

The bar tenders here are awesome especially Kyle!! Great atmosphere and great drinks ;)

The staff are absolutely rude and unprofessional, last weekend i came to the bar, ordered a double vodka (it was like 5ml spill) and redbull, paid 15 pounds for ice and some redbull, i told the staff i didn't like it, it tasted like water without vodka with a little redbull they were rude to me and poured it into the sink and asked security to take me out of the bar. (I wasn’t drunk it was my 2nd drink which been poured by a barmen straight into sink to tell truth) The security worked very professionally, after going outside and talking to them, they said that this was not the first time the bar staff had behaved like this.

Although you don't do food the ferreo rocher's are amazing! Jay, Ryan and Daisy have been superb today! Can't wait to come back again! ☺I think the guy in charge of the music is called Carl or Kyle I'm not sure.. but non stop bangers!!!

Went last night. Friendly vibe, great music, plus the best cocktails I’ve ever had.

My boyfriend and I love it here so much, they're so kind and entertaining. Very thoughtful even when it's busy and attentive to everyone.

We went on a random day out, and wondered into this bar. I haven't enjoyed cocktails for some time as they always seem to have premixes, but these were great, freshly made (at least 2 of your five a day 😜) and it was happy hour! It was lovely to be served by lively cheerful staff and the atmosphere was so welcoming. It was the best cocktail bar in Reading and we had the best time.

On Friday the 13th we had a girls' night out . We visited your establishment and had a great time until one guy picked on us and started pestering us. Luckily, you have the BEST security team in town and they were watching over us to make sure nothing happened to us. Thank you guys for making our evening very good and for making us feel safe and protected. Ones again thank you 🙏🏻

Unreal music (60's-70's early in then hip hop and r&b later on) and the drinks are strong!

Shocking bar staff. Rude and arrogant staff member refused legal ID (that being a MOD90- which is legal ID as of home office guidance) despite the bouncer allowing me in with no issues. Staff member then didn’t allow me to speak and explain the loss of my driving licence. I appreciate the bar was busy however the way I was treated left me shocked and angered. The fact I was clearly of age is not the issue, the refusal of ID and lack of explanation was completely unjustified, as was undermining the bouncer, by asking for my ID in the first place. The bouncer was polite and had clearly been trained correctly. Real shame about the staff. Training is definitely needed.

We booked the basement bar for a birthday party and we're so glad we did. Jake was great at communicating with us beforehand and helping us and the band set up on the night. Eden joined Jake and they were both great cocktail-makers and all over the details like when to bring out the cake. Highly recommended and thank you to Jake, Eden and the team at Be At One!

The manager is amazing. Tailored the cocktails to suit us individually. Excellent customer service

We were there on a Wednesday and it was very quite with only a few people there. They had 2-4-1 cocktails which was a pleasant surprise which we had to download an app for. The cocktails were lovely and the barman very helpful

Never had food here but whenever I go have drinks here, it is really enjoyable. Staff are amazing, really down to earth, friendly and sociable. Place is nice and comfortable too and has a nice vibe decorating wise.

I went to this bar tonight and got refused entry by a “bouncer” who had decided that I had had too much to drink. He laid hands on me which is an assault. I left straight away as I am not willing to be accused of being something I am not.

We hired the room for a Hen Party on Saturday night and just wanted to write a review to say Miriam was fantastic, she really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble and she really got into the whole party atmosphere with us all. Thank you so much for a fab evening!!

Stopped by for some cocktails a couple weekends ago and was greeted with ‘all tables are reserved’ followed by ‘it’s a Saturday!’ delivered in a way that made us feel truly idiotic for even contemplating there might be a free table. The reservation of tables is an odd concept … why wouldn’t you want your tables permanently full rather than at times they’ve been reserved? Anyhoo, I won’t be be back … but I doubt that’ll be a concern for anyone at this bar … especially if ‘it’s a Saturday’.

Popped in for a drink before going to the Hexagon for a show. Happy hour was in so we benefited from that. The staff are great and cool. Would return. Had good music when we were there.

Kyle was a god send. So much talent in one man it's unreal. Flair skills on point. Interaction on point. What a man. Amazing drinks. Banging levels. What an atmosphere there too. So many bangers. Defo worth a visit!!

We ordered some takeaway for a small get together at work. All the food arrived cold. The fish was over cooked, chips seemed like been cooked and kept for a long time. Pad Thai was yuck. Never ordering again.

Absolutely awful. We were sat at a table and after 15 minutes bar guy approached to say our table had been pre-booked. No indication of that and we had to move ( no other tables). Bar guy was extremely aggressive and rude to my wife when there was no need. They made a mistake but it was our fault. This guy is going to have to change his ways if he wants to get on in life 🙄

I've always loved this place since I discovered it, they do a range of different types of cocktails and have plenty of spirits. Went with a friend for some drinks and got great service from all the staff, Jaygo in particular! He recommended drinks based on our likes and gave fantastic service being chatty and friendly.

Nice atmosphere, lovely leds made that place so cosy and warm, blond girl with piercing was on her training day and she was so lovely and tried her best, asking people around if everything is okay and she was so cute doing that. She recomended nice app to get cheaper drinks. Very nice place!

What a place. Party all the time. Service is amazing. Nice 80s 90s music. Happy hour with 2for1 is the way.

We were only here for one drink. Even the most basic drink was at an inflated price stacked full of ice (more ice does NOT make a drink any more fancy!) but the place did certainly have a very nice atmosphere if your a woman looking for attention. The staff, who thought it appropriate to parade ON the bar playing with the hanging lights, which just screamed unsafe. Entertaining but they came across as male gigalo looking for attention so wasn't for me. Women on the other hand may love it which explains why there was mostly women in there.

I went along for a planned Dungeons and Dragons event. It wasn’t what I expected but massive thanks to the organiser Jake Cross for making it so welcoming. Enjoyed the games but also great drinks and managed to convince my friends to make it our usual hangout after this. 👌🏼

Great selection of cocktails and their happy hour makes them even better. The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and wouldn't serve us a less than perfect cocktail. Would definitely go here again.

As a person with a disability, it’s not often that I feel as welcomed as I did when I came to be @ one, I would like to give a special mention to Gemma , Gemma made me feel so welcome from the word go, she made sure I was placed on a table that was comfortable and checked on me throughout the night to ensure I was safe and okay, this is beautiful and we need more people in the industry like her, lovely place , beautiful atmosphere and wonderful staff ! Recently visited here with girl friends for hen party and I must say the experience is exeptional. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Mash and Jay who served us with lovely drinks that night!

Great bar. I was there late one Thursday and the atmosphere was great, and the cocktails were amazing.

One of the DM's during the fortnightly Dungeons and Daiquiris sessions, the venue is perfect for allowing both experienced and new players to play D&D in a safe and comfortable space. Jake has worked hard and done an amazing job to create an incredible space and does a fantastic job of hosting the night. I'm happy to be a part of it. Cocktails are smashing too, I've yet to make my way through the cocktail menu but getting there!

I don't normally frequent Be At Ones. I don't really know what to make of them or what they're trying to be. Recently, it feels like they're trying to compete with the anarchic decadence of the London Cocktail Club but doesn't quite pull it off. The drinks, bar and entertainment are good but nothing really to separate it or make it a go-to destination.

Horribly rude guy at the entrance, smoking in our faces while we tried to enter and denied entrance for not being dressed fancy enough despite other guests clearly dressed same or less fancy (like shorts and t-shirts when we were wearing jeans and t-shirts)

Well, this place does not understand business in Reading. In this town you should not bounce customers on a half empty pub evening. Or maybe this is how you become "elite" in Reading :) The big dude at the entrance thought I am a mechanic after work. You were a bit off, big dude (software engineer during a day off). I see your point though: simple not (obviously) branded dark t-shirt and jeans. You, big dude, were a bit "overdressed", if I may: 25°C, in England, and you were wearing a windbreaker vest :))
