Be At One is a fun bar with a good atmosphere. They have lots of different drinks to try and the staff are nice, i went in a few weeks ago with my mates and was served by jacob who made us some amazing cocktails. It's a good place to go with friends and the staff are very good too.

came in on the weekend, there was a great atmosphere as soon as i came in, all the staff were very welcoming. especially jacob who served us! we wasnt too sure what drinks we wanted so we asked for the bartenders choice. he made us a cocktail called a 'melonita' and it is now my new favourite cocktail. very good service, definitely recommend, will be coming back.

Yesterday we had a nice surprise that the 'birthday shot' drink comes with a Polaroid picture. As the cocktails were 2-for-1 it meant we got 2 Polaroids taken with our drink and we get to keep them as a keepsake. What a lovely idea! The buenot cocktail also deserves an honourable mention as it tastes just like a kinder Bueno ice cream!

What an afternoon we only went to Specsavers popped into beat at one on our way home what an experience,it was 2for1 so only £12 pp really nice and Joe,Red and Jacob were highly knowledgeable and fun to speak too,keep doing your thing guys and keep being you,as we walked in they were dehydrating fruit for cocktails,you all added to our experience so a MASSIVE THANK YOU

I came here as a party of 6 for my birthday be at one was really accommodating and looked after us all. the cocktails were lovely, they gifted me a sharer pitcher as a birthday drink and it was so lovely and refreshing. If you come only on a Saturday night, security will deny you entry. A place you wouldn't go to spend a lot of money.

BORING. We have been to a few Be At One’s and the vibe has been great. We booked here (12/4/2024) for a date night and it could not of been anymore boring. The bar staff were bland and had no customer service skills. We had booked a table but left shortly after. The vibe isn’t what you see on social media and I would not bother booking.

A really lovely little cocktail bar! The staff are friendly and service is still relatively quick even though it can get busy. Happy hour is 6pm-7pm so cocktails are 2-for-1. Highly recommend that you take advantage of this because otherwise it can get really expensive. Plenty of choice available on the menu. I’d recommend that you book a table online beforehand if you’re going to be there for any length of time, it’s nice to have somewhere to sit and a lot of the tables get booked so if you don’t pre-book, it’s difficult to find somewhere to sit down.

Don’t try and go here if you’re over the age of 30. Completely unreceptive.

Good atmosphere but staff were rude. We had a table booked and pre paid drinks we were told we couldn’t sit down to begin, when we eventually sat down nobody came to help us with our drinks despite being told someone would be with us.

Not a great experience, moves from a table for a reservation that never used it? Spent a bundle of cash on 6 drinks, came out sober and £60 lighter. Would not return.

We attend the Cardiff bar almost every week and love it there. Unfortunately, we found it very cold there today as the door was left wide open, and yet again, the ladies' toilet wouldn't flush. This happens 90% of the time we attend, effects various cubicles, and is extremely unhygienic and totally unacceptable. I have told the bar staff about this on numerous occasions over the past few months but this problem has not addressed.

Molly made sure we had our table we booked even though. She got assault in the process. As a GM for another hospitality I can’t recommend her more.. always a job awaiting you with us

Not the best tasting cocktails in Cardiff worth a try but there are definitely better cocktail bars
