Incredible atmosphere during New Year's!!! Staff were amazing at putting on a show, using the down lights as disco lights, speed running till the run up to new year... What a place to go, highly recommended!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Be At One Cardiff! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. A special shoutout to Kieran, whose friendly and attentive service made the evening even better. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Be at One and had an unforgettable night, thanks to the fantastic atmosphere and the exceptional service provided by the staff—especially Kieron. From the moment we arrived, Kieron made us feel right at home. His energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and he took the time to craft the perfect cocktails based on our preferences. His knowledge of the menu and the way he explained each drink showed a true passion for mixology. Not only was Kieron attentive, but he also had a great sense of humor, which really made the evening feel special. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a memorable time, and Kieron definitely did that. The cocktails were delicious, and the entire experience felt personalized, with Kieron suggesting some unique drink options we hadn’t tried before. The vibe at Be at One was lively and fun, and Kieron's service was the cherry on top. I’ll definitely be back, and I can’t recommend this place (and Kieron) enough for anyone looking to enjoy top-notch cocktails and fantastic hospitality.

Went to cocktail making class for Xmas works do and it was fab!!! Jacob our bartender was awesome and was very attentive and lots of fun!!

Shocking prices! 2 whisky and cokes £21.50!! Awful. Cokes came up at £0.00 Something dodgy here Across the road £12.50 with girls dancing on the bar!

Jem was outstanding her understanding of what we liked, and then able to replicate as well as tell us about the happy hour. Her understanding and what the customer required perfect. Will come back she was great. Her calm confidence to work with what we wanted when we are both very fussy was great and reassuring

What an afternoon we only went to Specsavers popped into beat at one on our way home what an experience,it was 2for1 so only £12 pp really nice and Joe,Red and Jacob were highly knowledgeable and fun to speak too,keep doing your thing guys and keep being you,as we walked in they were dehydrating fruit for cocktails,you all added to our experience so a MASSIVE THANK YOU

2 very expensive cocktails cost £23. Mine looked nothing like the picture in the menu. Very poor

They wouldn't let me in. Because I'm a single guy, traveling by himself, they wouldn't even let me in the door. What kind of stupid policy is that? If you're on your own in Cardiff, don't even bother with this place.

I came here as a party of 6 for my birthday be at one was really accommodating and looked after us all. the cocktails were lovely, they gifted me a sharer pitcher as a birthday drink and it was so lovely and refreshing. Big shoutout to molly for looking after us and being such a lovely hostess and attending to anything we needed! Thank you for the fab Polaroids you took also! We have enjoyed our time here and would defo come back! Highly recommend!😁

Great experience overall but Molly made it that much special! Also! Gabby the bartender, really made the experience by making sure that my cocktail is up to my standards! Honestly! If you come only on a Saturday night, security will deny you entry. A place you wouldn't go to spend a lot of money.

BORING. We have been to a few Be At One’s and the vibe has been great. We booked here (12/4/2024) for a date night and it could not of been anymore boring. The bar staff were bland and had no customer service skills. We had booked a table but left shortly after. The vibe isn’t what you see on social media and I would not bother booking.

A really lovely little cocktail bar! The staff are friendly and service is still relatively quick even though it can get busy. Happy hour is 6pm-7pm so cocktails are 2-for-1. Highly recommend that you take advantage of this because otherwise it can get really expensive. Plenty of choice available on the menu. I’d recommend that you book a table online beforehand if you’re going to be there for any length of time, it’s nice to have somewhere to sit and a lot of the tables get booked so if you don’t pre-book, it’s difficult to find somewhere to sit down.

Joe was our cocktail master class teacher and he was engaging, funny, educative and just lovely. We just hope to remember enough in order to try some of these cocktails at home! Cheers Joe 🦖

Good atmosphere but staff were rude. We had a table booked and pre paid drinks we were told we couldn’t sit down to begin, when we eventually sat down nobody came to help us with our drinks despite being told someone would be with us.

Not a great experience, moves from a table for a reservation that never used it? Spent a bundle of cash on 6 drinks, came out sober and £60 lighter. Would not return.

We attend the Cardiff bar almost every week and love it there. Unfortunately, we found it very cold there today as the door was left wide open, and yet again, the ladies' toilet wouldn't flush. This happens 90% of the time we attend, effects various cubicles, and is extremely unhygienic and totally unacceptable. I have told the bar staff about this on numerous occasions over the past few months but this problem has not addressed.

Molly made sure we had our table we booked even though. She got assault in the process. As a GM for another hospitality I can’t recommend her more.. always a job awaiting you with us

Bad bad bad bad not even deserve the star

Yesterday we had a nice surprise that the 'birthday shot' drink comes with a Polaroid picture. As the cocktails were 2-for-1 it meant we got 2 Polaroids taken with our drink and we get to keep them as a keepsake. What a lovely idea! The buenot cocktail also deserves an honourable mention as it tastes just like a kinder Bueno ice cream!

We always love coming here as the atmosphere is always great & the staff are lovely, unfortunately on this occasion the lady dealing with the bookings on the night was so rude & needs a lesson in customer service, especially on how to speak to people not talk at them with an aggressive tone.

Got served my Cassie all night, she’s an absolute legend on this bar. Deserves a pay rise, would always recommend. Definitely be back again!!

Tried going there yesterday with a friend. No queue and doors open, but when we tried going in the bouncer held my friend up and said "you don't know where you are, mate." The way he said it made us think he was joking but when my friend tried going in again, the bouncer stopped him again. We asked him why we're barred, as I had certainly been in before, but he just repeated the same exact sentence a few times while blocking the way. Before you think the obvious I should point out we were both sober. Maybe that was the problem? Now I have nothing against bouncers doing their job and this is a private business so they can refuse entry to whomever they want. But it would be good to know why we were refused entry beyond "you don't know where you are, mate." Lack of information can lead to misunderstandings. But then I suppose he was right in a way. We didn't know where we were. So we found our way to other establishments instead.

I found the staff helpful and friendly enough. The drinks were good but expensive - the atmosphere wasn’t what you’d expect for the price you were paying. The toilets were not clean and most didn’t have toilet paper - it was relatively early in the night too.

Had a great time here. Enjoyed the zombie cocktails. Quite expensive but worth it.
