Duane and marta were really friendly from when I first entered the venue thanks to them I had one of the best nights in a while

Only two cocktails are strong the rest is just water and ice bar staff not friendly

female bartender engaged in an altercation with a customer. After stepping out from behind the bar, she approached the individual and began pushing them. When the customer pushed back in response, the bartender escalated the situation by attempting to throw punches and using profane language. Other patrons intervened to separate her and prevent further violence. This incident raises serious concerns, not only for the safety of customers but also because of the bartender’s professional responsibilities. As someone serving alcohol, she has a duty to de-escalate conflicts, not provoke or engage in them. Her actions in initiating physical violence against a customer, were highly inappropriate and dangerous, particularly in an environment where alcohol impairs judgment. This behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and poses risks to the safety and reputation of the business. I urge the management to address this issue promptly to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE BELOW RESPONSE THE MANAGER DOESNT HESITATE TO LIE TO COVER UP HER OWN FAULTS. SHE CLAERLY HAD NO TRAINING OTHERWISE SHE WOULDNT STEP OUT AND TRY TO ATTACK A CUTOMER. THE MANAGER IS HAPPY TO COVER UP HER TEAMS WRONG DOINGS. INSTEAD OF MANAGING AS SHE SHOULD BE SHE KEPT ASKING US WHAT SHOULD SHE DO. SEEMS LIKE YOU ALSO LACK TRAINING.

Went out for a quick drink and the bar staff were absolutely amazing especially duane yasmin and marta. I will definitely be coming back. Great drinks vibes and music.

As I entered be at one the hospitality and the atmosphere from the bar was amazing, Marta was especially kind to me providing assistance taking the time to help me pick between the large amount of cocktails from the menu I am very grateful to her for being so patience and making my experience 1000 times better I’ll will definitely be coming back soon with more of my friends and hopefully find more cocktail to try out <3

The cocktails are ok but shit 80's & 90s music on a Thursday night before 8pm. No snacks after 5pm

Absolutely appalling service. The bar tender literally free poured our drinks, which if you know how to measure free pour is, Absolutely fine, but both of our drinks tasted like watered downcola, not whiskey and cola. 25 quid for watered down cola and f-all booze, is disgusting. .

Yaz was lovely, visited last week with my boyfriend and she recommended me the best cocktails! I’ll be back!

Great bar tenders: Dwayne and Maciej made us lovely cocktails and were really entertaining. We come from work for events like retirement and birthday celebrations and always have a great night. Only downside is no bar snacks.

Bar staff are rude. I was alone at the bar, ordered 2 cocktails. Stood and watched the bartender spend 20 mins making my drinks, a guy came after me and ordered 4 cocktails yet somehow got his first and paid before me. When I asked the bartender why he hadn’t made my drinks first, he laughed and said ‘my bad’. Told the manger about my experience then watched as they all laughed about it behind the bar. Shockingly incompetent for a London bar.

This used to be my favourite cocktails, but I got such attitude for asking for no added sugar when sugar syrup wasn’t mentioned in the cocktail so I asked them to remake it 80 percent ice in a long glass. I next waited half and hour for a drink called ‘blue planet’. It was served in a martini glass, and wasn’t even full but part of the supposed presentation was a humongous globe shaped ice cube which was a joke seeing as it was in a martini glass. Never coming back, such horrid attitude from what was once the best cocktails in Camden

Extremely unfriendly bar staff. Bad attitude and bad manners throughout the night. Drinks are way overpriced and there is no point, why pay that much to be treated badly?

Not too crowded on a Fri night but decent crowd with really decent music! Reasonable enough drinks with a wide range of cocktails. Accommodated a large party.

Just came back from the place and I can truly say that service there is lovely and helpful, the atmosphere there is amazing between the workers and customers. Especially Duane that made a very good impression and satisfied a big group of people with his skills so definitely would recommend 😌

Went early doors on a Friday before dinner- happy hour on drinks meant it was no more expensive to drink cocktails in London than back home. Really friendly service, we were advised on all the offers and how we could get a free drink by downloading an app. The staff seemed to be having fun and happy to be there and look after you. Venue and toilets very clean, it was quite quiet in terms of people perhaps because it was early. The music was loud enough that you didn't feel exposed but didn't have to shout. The drinks themselves were very nice too.

This place has such fun drinks! They have one called snapshot where they take a Polaroid pic of u! Made the night so fun! Shout out to the awesome bartender Maciek he was such a vibe and so fun!

I recently visited this Be At One and had a fantastic experience, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Gemma and Yasmin. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and created delicious cocktails that were tailored to my preferences. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great cocktail experience. 5 stars!

We reserved a table and prepaid 25 pounds. We ordered one round of drinks to start. Then ordered one more. I was informed that even though the first round was under 25 pounds, the balance was lost and had to pay full price for the second order. We felt cheated.

Great cocktail bar. The measure of a place is if they can make classic cocktails not on their menu. We asked for a Tom Collins and an Espresso Martini and the answer was yes. They were perfect. Recommend.

Cool bar with good music where you can dance very well.

Not that busy but took 14mins for a drink to be made after ordering. They gave me a extra drink costing me a extra 7£ withiut my knowledge then that was a vodka and lemonde that was gross, when asking for a replacement the waitress agreed it was gross then made a coke vodka instead that was still gross... too much money for a long waiting time and gross drinks

Went in for the New Year’s Eve party 2024! It was super busy, the place was packed. But it was fun. We were a group of 13 and we really enjoyed our drinks. The staff were polite and took care of us. The place had a nice vibe and we loved it. I wanted to mention one lady at the bar, couldn’t get her name but she did an amazing job serving everyone. Black hair tattoos on her arms and neck. She was the star of the night I would say. She served with extreme professionalism, she was working hard making sure the drinks were perfect and still managed to not break a sweat! Kudos gurl ☺️

Not a great experience. Came to this venue on a date night with my partner, ordered a drink for a both of us at the bar, bartender only made one and refused to make a second drink as part of 241 even after I showed my activated appi hour via the app. She was very dismissive and I wasn’t made to feel very good, very unhappy with the service.

Came in today for a few cocktails, activated Appi Hour as suggested by one of the nicer bartenders, ordered a drink, no problems, went to the bar for the second round of cocktails and gave my order at the bar, and paid, noticed the bartender was only making one drink, so mentioned that i had the appi hour app, she then said it was too late as she already put the order through! Absolutely shocking, especially as she could see it activated on the app, finished the one drink and got out of there, disgusting service, won’t be returning to this branch! Thanks for the rubbish service, no wonder you had hardly any customers, makes perfect sense!
