Positives: clean, generous portions, friendly staff Negatives: chicken doner was too salty and oily We had an upset stomach after returning home, such a shame.

The meat was from yesterday. Everything was very dry and looking like food scraps!!!

Driver went down block ends twice back to shop then in opposite direction TWICE before he got it right! Do your drivers get any training on direction or how to use a app?? I suggest you look at the route he took then call him I for training!!! I'm tired off getting cold food cos your drivers can't find there way from A to B.

Your portions are always small and your food always tastes different every-time we get it. You need to find consistency. Also I got 3 meals and you only send 2 tiny pots of sauce. Why? Stop being stingy and start sending proper salad and sauce when I spend £33.

As a German, who’s favourite food is a good Döner, I was amazed by the Beef Döner here. The people here understand how to make a good Döner. The ingredients were fresh and seasoned well. The people working were super nice as well!

Ordered via website, made a mistake and ordered take-away instead of delivery. Either way, I popped up to BDD to pick my order up, they made it fresh in front of me. Top notch customer service even though I was a little bit moody which I apologize. Best kebab in the area I have ever eaten! Can highly recommend! ;)

ordered extra meat but there was hardly any meat in the box.

It took 1 hour to prepare two doner wraps. The doner kebab will be ready anyway. My house is 2 minutes away.

well for the price I paid the kebab was really not worth that price it was on the small side a bit bland and really greasy so I'm sorry to say I won't be using these again not when it's £18 and not very nice sorry guys it's a thumbs down 👎👎👎

Amazing doners and chips with the right amount of spices, always served piping hot by a friendly staff. I make sure to grab some every time I'm at Waltham Cross. Definitely recommend 👍👍

Just right!! And I first tried Mozzarella Sticks when I worked at McDonald’s, but yours are thicker and better!! Perfectly fried too - not burned outside, cooked just right inside. I ordered cheese chips box meal good was lovely but no cheese 😔

Ran out of rice and rather than tell me, just put a note in saying sorry when it arrived. Further more all meat was dry and over cooked . This is Waltham cross and there are a dozen places that do what you are supposed to be doing, but All do it better. Kervanserie or cross kebabs for example . You arn’t putting in enough effort to compete.

Delicious kebab Me and my friend had beef kebab with special bread and big kebab ! Definitely we will back again for another kebab and rice Pudding and try another meal and lovely friendly staffs give 5 stars customer service xx

Was visiting London for a football match and came across this place. Decided to try the mix donner wrap and turkish tea. The mix donner was home made and way better than the processed stuff. Decent flavour but lacked some spice. Service was on point and Turkish tea was very refreshing. Owner was very hospitable and would recommend to all. Score 3.7 out of 5.

I bought a doner and chips box which came out to £9. This portion was hefty granted a lot of it was chips but that doesn't mean they were shy on the meat they hooked me up on that too. I'm quite picky on my garlic sauce hence the sauce on the corners but I must say it was extremely good. The meat is not dry and has the exact beef doner flavour I'm looking for. As we know GDK was pretty much the first to come to the UK and introduce a lot of us to beef doner and I was hooked, I've never been the biggest fan of lamb doner so having a beef alternative was welcoming. I've tried beef doner from other local shops and they were just very herby and not nice at all but BDD have quite a similar flavour profile to GDK but with much better portions. I think the prices are justified as you do get quite a bit portion. As long as they keep this up and not drop the quality I'll definitely be visiting more. Do try this place out if you like beef doner similar to the ones we've tried but with better portions.

Tasteless and expensive, had doner in the box 9.50£. Not even salad included, no salt, just meat and chips.. not even worth it. Few more steps towards lidl cross kebabs much better, cheaper and with salad..

I just ordered beef wrap thru ubereat and the food was tasty good quality thank god they did not send the beef wrap raw as most of kebab places dont cook doner well i hope this place keeps up the quality of doner and dont spoil the tast and quality of food as most restaurants at first does it good but after while they spoil it. I live in enfirld for three years and all doner kebabs i tried locally was terrible but this is so far the best local to me

Food is way too overpriced. I got chips and burger meal for £10. GTFO, don’t come here and get ripped off for frozen burgers from the freezer. There’s like 5 chicken shops that sell it for half the price in the area.

Where can I start!! The staff are extremely friendly (especially Martin who was very professional and kind!! The Hygiene standards were very high and the food was prepared very quickly & packaged carefully, also not to forget quantity was very generous too!! My new goto kebab shop is BDD from now on! It was a very messy presentation, the box the paper that was wrapped up had all sauce everywhere. Most important of all there was a bone in the doner. Also asked for cheesy chips and just got normal chips

We paid nearly £20 for 2 doner kebabs and 2 drinks. The meat was gross, high priced and definitely not German Doner. The meat has no difference than the ordinary doner kebabs in terms of its taste. Not having ever again.

I had decided to visit the much awaited opening of Deutsche Döner. There was 50% off on the opening day so of course there was a rush for it. My take on this place is as below: Pros: Chicken doner was tasty but with the fuss of the opening and all, I wasn't really blown away nor were the others I was with. Cons: Salty chicken doner - please taste check in the future. Cold and Unfriendly server - I passed by the second day and decided to patronise them again with friends. It was quieter this time around but we were greeted with a cold shoulder. The server at the till totally ignored me and my friends, even though we were the only ones there. No 'hello' or even a smile 😕 We eventually asked if we could order and he simply said his system was down and to give him a few minutes nonchalantly. We carried on waiting until another customer walked in and they spoke in the same dialect, then magically his system started working 😏. He carried on talking to the customer as if we weren't there before finally took our orders. I felt very uncomfortable and find that the server lacked customer service skills and shouldn't be at the till - please leave him locked inside the kitchen. There are other kebab stores around with very pleasant and welcoming servers. I would encourage the owner to train his servers at the till on customer service skills, otherwise it's only a matter of time before your door is shut 💯. Will I patronise them again?, not sure at this point 🤔.

I won't comment on the food because I didn't get a chance to try it. I will tell you about the attitude of the staff towards all non-turkish speakers. You just won't get what you want. Today I stood in line and when it was my turn I ordered 4 chicken doners - I was told there was no chicken. i can recognize the meat and i asked isn't that chicken? The boy explained to me that there were already many orders and the meat was sold. I agreed and stood off to the side and watched what other people ordered and what they were given next. It turned out that three Turkish speakers after me were getting chicken and mix and the others were told it was over. after about 10 minutes, the guy who told me that the chicken was sold called me to tell me that he can now sell me chicken. I asked how it was possible, after 10 minutes ago he told me that he wouldn't... He explained that he was doing me a favor and it was not good to stand and watch them work. Naturally I didn't order and left. I will never go back and trust me all my acquaintances in the area will know about your customer service.
