Bb's in Clackmannanshire

Our wee 2.5 slipped off her seat in the cafe with a muffin in hand. Safe to say it went everywhere while screaming after her muffin rather than the face plant. Lovely waitress snatched it up and returned with a fresh one right away. Thank you so much

The staff were all very friendly smiling through the restrictions.The food was lovely and delivered before we even had left the counter.The vegan and sausage rolls better than that well known high st bakers and the Banoffee Muffin was scrumptious truly and gone in rapid time.Would highly recommend👌

We popped in for a muffin and coffee staff were up beat and in good spirits with the new stresses of this pandemic Food was fab great outdoor seating we enjoyed it as always

Cafe clean food good but I’m sorry to say ladies toilets not acceptable. Toilet door filthy seat broken and the area is far to small, if a larger lady was going in they would struggle . A cloth with soapy water will clean the door and a new seat would make all the difference . This is something that has not just happened as I have been in a few times and it was like that then , I now feel I have to say something

BB, lovely cafe fantastic selection of fresh sweet and savoury food. Good fresh coffee served by friendly staff.

Great visit they do other food too but the muffins are special they come in a wide variety and are very moist and tasty much better than others I’ve had before.

Hard to walk past without going in and having one of the excellent muffins ,cinnamon and sultana was my choice with a small latte . Great flavour . The place was very busy and I am not surprised There is a great selection on the menu and also toasted savouries

Useful for morning coffee but needed to find something better suited for lunch later on. Unfortunately there is nothing much worth going for at this shopping outlet.

Was in on Sunday afternoon for coffee extremely busy but staff were still helpful and muffins were superb

Went for coffee on a Sunday afternoon roughly 4pm - one staff member was sweeping up - had to dodge ariund the brush to avoid an ankle bashing. Once seated i was unable to hear what my friends were saying due to the noise of the chairs being skraped and thrown around the floor to allow under the tables to be swept. Daggers were drawn at other customers who chose to sit at a table which had already been swept around - the cafe doesn’t close until 6pm so surely no need for this almost 2 hours before closing. I won’t be back.

Visited BB's the other day. We tried the Christmas Muffin - which tasted really good. The two staff on duty were friendly, smiley, and helpful. What a difference that makes when you pop in somewhere and not only the food and drinks but the staff also give you a feel good factor. Well done!

This cafe offers filled panini’s, soup & pretty good selection of delicious light muffins with good choice of hot & cold drinks. On last visit however wasn’t impressed by cleaning of tables. Crumbs were merely wiped off tables with an cloth & crumbs then left on seats or on floor around tables. Same cloth was also used on six different tables without being washed.

My sister and I visited here while shopping. We had a pot of tea and I had a blueberry crumble muffin which was amazing. My sister has a salted caramel muffin which was also delicious.

Very moist tasty muffins in a large variety of flavours - the apple and cinnamon and raspberry crumble among my favourites Also an excellent choice of sandwiches, paninis and toasties together with a range of tea and coffee Staff friendly and efficient too

A nice cafe to sit inside or outside while visiting Sterling Mills Shopping Centre. The muffins are lovely and they bake gluten free muffins too.

Toasties, muffin's etc served here are very nice but what is a disgrace are the toilets, one cubicle for men and one for women which are small, dirty and very smelly.

Was pretty quiet when we arrived , service was excellent and the cheese toasties really tasty, plenty of choice and large menu , would come again

Having previously been here and not enjoyed it we were forced to visit when Costa was busy as our baby needed fed. I have to say we found it extremely comfortable at the table with sofa and cushions. Baby changing area was clean and staff...

Have been here a few times and it has generally been friendly (if quiet). However, today we found the staff very disengaged and too busy talking about their personal lives (on 1 occassion shouting across the cafe to each other) to be friendly and helpful....

Good selection of Muffins we took the Apple and cinnamon which were delicious . The Cappuccino was a lot stronger than some of their other outlets but that is just a minor issue . We come because we love muffins

All things considered, this place is a very reasonably priced cafe and the coffee, particularly the chai latte is very good. I was surprised at the tasty breakfast bap which did fill me up and was a lot better than expected!

Friendly and good service. The blueberry muffins are freshly baked every day yummy, as are most items on the menu, which is a really normal quick bite cafe.

It was here or Costa a few doors down, and this won as Costa was packed, and so glad it was as this place was superior. Nice warm welcome. Delicious fresh muffin and Scone topped off with a decent cappuccino

Most amazing muffins!!! Sticky toffee is my favourite. Staff are lovely and friendly and quick to serve. My partner always enjoys the coffee too.

We were out touring around stooped at shopping outlet at Tillicoultry popped into bobs for snack lunch had baguettes and pot of tea for wo plenty tea in pot to price was very reasonable

The quality does not change ,you know what you are getting when you walk into a BB muffin shop.always fresh out of the oven the shop also offers hot savouries and tray bakes ,Coffee is superb in generous cups . outside seating for good weather

Visit Sterling Mills fairly regularly and BB's is always a must. Staff are friendly and couldn't do more for customers. Food and drinks good quality and reasonably priced.

The muffins are always fresh and tasty and the majority of the basic menu , - paininis, baked potatoes etc. is made to order so there is naturally a delay but drinks are served quickly when your order is taken the food is good value...

BB's is a franchise and as such I would normally not review this type of café/restaurant since they all produce the same standard, more or less. The food, coffees and cakes were excellent but what set them well above the rest was the Customer Service....
