Hicimos el tour de té de la tarde de Peppa Pig de Brigit. Conor era guía y era fantástico. Anna, Nadia y Amir eran geniales con este servicio. Toda la comida era genial, en realidad me arrepiento de comer el almuerzo y no solo comer la comida allí! Nos encantaron las tazas para llevar a casa y fue lo suficientemente atractivo e interesante para un niño de casi 5 años. Muy recomendable para los más pequeños.

Fuimos en el autobús de té de la tarde Peppa Pig con nuestro hijo de 5 años y lo pasamos de maravilla! Liam, Anna, Salma y Amaya hicieron un trabajo increíble manteniendo a nuestros pequeños pasándolo bien cantando, haciendo turismo y disfrutando de su té de la tarde.

Tuvimos un tiempo increíble en el tour de autobús de té de la tarde de Paddington! La comida era genial, era una manera única de experimentar Londres y realmente apreciamos los hechos tanto de la pantalla como de nuestro guía turístico Erik. Todo el equipo, Erik, Nella, Amaya y Cris fueron excelentes, todos proporcionando un excelente servicio e increíblemente amable - un crédito al equipo seguro!

Nos lo pasamos muy bien en este autobús interactivo de té de la tarde , nuestra tripulación Matt , Jasmine, Liam y Amir fueron muy divertidos y entraron en el espíritu del juego , a pesar de que el autobús no estaba lleno , pusieron todo de sí para que fuera una gran experiencia, todo fue servido de maravilla y sabía increíble.

I booked Afternoon Tea on the Peppa Pig bus for myself and my two grand-daughters. We had a great time. Loads of food and drink and excellent service. A bit pricey but I fun experience. I think it would be nice to have one of the characters on the bus.

I had booked out a private room (the Love Room) for my sister's hen do. The email correspondence was really efficient and clear throughout the booking process, and when I had to email updates on people dropping out and orders, it seemed no hassle. There were a few special dietary requirements in the party and Brigit's catered for all of these including gluten-free and Halal (not all places I researched would do this). A few of us were able to go down to the room about half an hour before our booking slot to set up, which I was really grateful for. The tables had already been set up with teacups and pink serviettes and it all looked very pretty. We were able to hang some bunting up and place props and quizzes on the chairs and a photo frame on the table. We were only asked that we did not use any confetti which was perfectly reasonable. The service throughout our stay was really good, and they checked when we wanted our scones to come out which was good as it allowed us 15 minutes to play the quizzes without any interruptions. Even though our booking was 1-3pm, we ended up being there until 3:30pm so there was no rush or urgency in getting us out which was appreciated. There was not much additional decor required as the decor was already so pretty - perfect hen do girly vibes. Everyone really enjoyed their afternoon teas and commented about how lovely the bakery was. We had toilets just round the corner from our room which was also very convenient and we felt we had complete privacy away from the other rooms. Once everyone had arrived the staff brought us all a glass of orange juice which was a nice touch while we settled in, and then came back to take our hot drink orders. A few of us had a glass of prosecco which followed. I thought the selection of sandwiches and cakes was really good and it was all very filling - I was glad the scones weren't any bigger so I could finish mine! Most of us took some cakes home in a takeaway pink box - it was great that they accommodated this. All in all I thought the afternoon teas were good value for money and I would definitely recommend booking out the Love Room for a hen do! It ended up being perfect for what we had envisaged. We had 13 people (originally meant to be 15) and the room accommodated us all nicely and we essentially had one long table. We had a handy chair tucked away in the corner as well for everyone to leave their coats and bags. We were able to take lots of nice and aesthetic photos during our stay thanks to the lovely, girly decor. This included the main door outside to the street before we went inside - there was a Valentine's flower arch which was beautiful and we took photos of the bride-to-be here. Thank you Brigit's Bakery for having us all for the special occasion and I will definitely be back for an afternoon tea at some point and will consider doing one of the bus tours in future!

This was ideally placed for afternoon tea before a show, 3 minutes walk away. Lovely casual ambience with pretty decor. Clean & welcoming with staff that couldn’t do enough for you. They also cater for all dietary requirements. Thoroughly recommend it.

We had the best time on the Peppa Pig Bus tour with Brigit’s Bakery. Bella, Shreya, Idris, and Sebby made the experience so fun with their excellent service. All the food was delicious and it was such a fun way to see the city. We picked the VIP seats and it was worth it. This was one of my daughter’s favorite things on our trip. Later we walked by the bakery and it was absolutely beautiful! We highly recommend!

Very expensive due to the very miniature food the cakes had heavy smell on them and not very filling to the price we paid and sandwich selection not given a variety. Over all we did like the place, and made a an effort to give a special birthday treat.

I have no words but praise for Brigits Bakery. Last Sunday me and my family went on the Peppa Pig afternoon tea bus, and it was very well organised. The food was amazing, drinks all the time, Matt was really good and integrated alot with children. Me and my husband had fun as much as my daughter. Worth every money..

This was our second visit and the quality of items have dropped - which is a change when you pay over £100 for 2 for 2 people The size of the scones being served are very small and not acceptable for the price. I would not revisit and will try some other venues in the future.

Went on 19/12/24 afternoon light bus tour excellent food Ameer Aziz & Dorcas were helpful efficient & gave an amazing experience just a shame about the Christmas lights as a lot of the shops don’t decorate their windows for Christmas now Still mysel & my sister enjoyed the experience may do the grinch tour next year

This is such a cute tour around London. I liked the food and I loved the mugs they gave us to take home. They accommodate my dietary restrictions very well. I felt taken care of. The only thing is the seats were a bit on the small side. My husband and I just barely fit with me hanging off the edge a bit. We're not huge, I'm a size 8, he's an XL. The people were very nice. They checked in periodically but not so much to be annoying. The tour itself was nice. I learned a lot about London in a short period of time. Even though I was on the bottom level, I got to see a lot.

The bakery is adorably decorated and has a great ambiance. The juice, tea, sandwiches & pastries were good.

Our afternoon tea was part of my 60th birthday and what an absolute delightful experience we had. 10/10 would highly recommend. The entertainment was fantastic, very knowledgeable and clear speaking. The food was amazing as were the waiters. Do it! Book it!

I very rarely leave reviews but I had such a lovely visit, it wanted to say thank you to everyone at Brigits Bakery. I went with my step-mum for afternoon tea and bottomless gin cocktails. We couldn’t have been better looked after; our waitress was utterly lovely and attentive, the food was fabulous and the cocktails were indeed bottomless. We expected to be shooed out as our time was up, but after being encouraged to have one final gin, they gave us plenty of time to drink up. It did little for my waist line but a great deal for my manual health!! Well done Brigit’s - I’ll definitely be back!

The afternoon tea bus was a fantastic experience! Aziz and Dorcas looked after us really well, helping to make my dad’s birthday really special. They even got all the guests to join in singing happy birthday - such a nice end to the trip. The food was delicious and the gluten free option was great too. A really fun and tasty way to see London for an hour and a half. Throughly recommend.

Dreadful, avoid at all costs. Bus is in poor state of repair. Staff were shaberly dressed. I don't expect tuxedo's but neither should they look as if they reside in the tents in Park Way. Commentary was prerecorded had a few facts but was soulless. Cakes tasted as if they had a couple of pounds of sugar in each. Staff prempted negative feedback by asking for none to be left. Just DON'T BOTHER

The afternoon tea itself I.e. the food was good. There was a good choice of teas, coffees or a hot chocolate. I went for a normal tea my sister went for a hot chocolate. When the hot drinks came over I was a bit taken back that the milk had what looked like white round lumps in as I poured it into my tea. When we called someone over we explained that the milk I was given was off. They changed it without question but on the arrival of a new lot was told "it isn't off, we just never shook the bottle properly, but we opened a fresh one for you". The scones though were on the small side, I would of thought that they'd of been a bit bigger then what we got, as one bite would of been all you needed. The service was alright, they checked every so often to see if everything was alright. The price on here was £39 but in reality it was £40 so I think the price on here needs to be updated but the part what I didn't like is them adding their own service charge and tip onto my receipt. My sister wanted a a backpack so she was paying for that, and I was paying for the afternoon tea, which we explained when paying. But when I my receipt they charged me £45 as they added their own service charge and tip which I thought was a bit cheeky of them. My sister went to pay for what she was going to pay for and they was going to charge her for the afternoon tea which we explained again that I was the one paying for it. So when I got that receipt I said you can take that service charge and tip off as I am not paying that again. So instead of paying £80 for an average afternoon tea, I paid £85 but would of been £90 if I kept the second service charge and tip. I would of liked to of had a choice to pay a tip or not, If it was an out of this world afternoon tea then I wouldn't mind paying that (£80). Would it be worth £90 by all means no it wouldn't of. Would I go back, no I won't be going back.

What an absolutely delicious afternoon tea. Amazing service and a beautiful bakery. Love the fresh orange with tea, nice touch. I really enjoyed the flavours of lavender and lychee, definitely not basic, a standout menu.

This is our second visit here and as before Afternoon tea was perfect, hence why we came again . However I note on this visit that a service charge of 12% was automatically added . Customers should be given the choice of what amount they want to tip .

Delicious gluten-free chocolate cake! Also the domed chocolate cake with cream in the middle and the macaroon on the top was delicious.

Very enjoyable afternoon tea, reasonably priced. Good selection of food and cakes. It was nice to have the little mushroom quiche, this was very tasty! The only reason I have given 4 stars is that the place was extremely hot. I know it was a very hot day but it may be beneficial to invest in some air conditioning units or ceiling fans.

We celebrated Father's Day today with the Peppa Pig afternoon Tea. We unexpectedly ran delays on the way and were worried of missing it completely. but the staff were so kind enough to call us to see where we were and waited around 5 minuted for us coz we were really closeby already. We ended up having a great time. The food was fantastic and so beautifully done. The tour was planned the peppa pig way. Our 2 year old daughter totally enjoyed it but I thought we, the parents, enjoyed it even more! Thank you Bridgit's bakery and the awesome staff Nella, Tarliah, Jeremias!

We have been at Covent Garden twice & their bus experience once both lovely but I probably enjoy sitting in the Covent Garden BB more as it’s lovely to walk around after especially at christmas. Food is lovely. Place is very clean & staff really friendly & helpful. Thank you for making the experience enjoyable again.

The Afternoon Tea at B. Bakery was a good experience for a good price. The food was delicious and more than enough. The restaurant is beautiful decorated. Cause we were a group of 7 women, we had a table in a seperate room without windows, but it was ok for us. I can really recommend having a Afternoon Tea at B. Bakery.

I’m quite picky with pastries but really impressed with the service. All staff were very friendly and always asking if we need more. It was our first time to have an afternoon tea and brigit’s bakery was worth it. The cakes, scones, quiche, and sandwiches were delicious. Drinks were unlimited. You have option to have coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. We had the christmas tea for two afternoon tea. Serving was a lot and we were able to take home some of the pastries. We will definitely come back!

The staff went out of their way to make my partners special birthday even more special, she has a wheat allergy and usually misses out on certain foods but not at B’s Bakery, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We were very well looked after. The cakes and sandwiches were good. The scone (which was served at the end, instead of - traditionally - after the sandwiches) was rehearsed in a microwave and was soggy.

Booked at Brigits bakery as a treat for my Nieces as part of a theatre weekend. I liked the laid back look of Brigits as I felt some of the hotels in London were a little intimidating for young teenagers, and I was happy I did because this is a relaxed environment without the pomp and ceremony.The staff were amazing, kindly amending my booking when I booked for the wrong day by mistake and constantly checking that we had enough to eat and drink.Brigits is a good choice with children and younger people because the food was delicious but unfussy. Sandwiches were things the Girls recognised (ham & cheese, salmon, cheese & cucumber) and the cakes were a real hit, the mini lemon meringue was my particular favourite.There was so much food that we ended up taking half home to enjoy later.

Did anyone know how to purchase the mug(cup) with delivery? We just broke it last week....hope to visit again but during Covid-19 pandemic :(....It's better if it can be purchased online or some other ways...

My friend and visited in July to celebrate our birthdays. The cakes, sandwiches, tea and free flowing Prosecco were all fabulous. The service was lovely too. Would definitely recommend this.

We arrived quite late in the day so there wasn't much choice of cake left. However, what we did choose was delicious. The staff were pleasant. The only things that would make the experience better is if it was table service rather than going up to the counter. We will definitely return, and also try the afternoon tea bus at some point.

We had an excellent afternoon tea served by very helpful staff. Four ladies enjoyed our first post Covid easing of restrictions. One of our group had a birthday and was given a cake with a candle which delighted her. We will be going back.

It is some years since we had afternoon tea here abs it was just as nice . The choice of sandwiches were perfect for us and the cakes were wonderful. Due to covid the tables were well spaced out and this was an advantage to us as it was not crammed at all but I expect not an advantage to the cafe . The individual cakes looked wonderful and we may return before we go home for a coffee and cake .

Really very interesting - once you get over the exuberance of pink - this is a really rather fascinating place. Frequented mainly by Ladies on a day out - I am guessing - by the shopping bags and the lack of men - apart from me. But don't be put off, this is an experience of a place. Just look at the clientele. Amazing and beautiful French cakes matched to scones and clotted cream with a nice champagne to wash it all down (tea is also available). Child friendly without being child centric with a full sized dolls house, and toy wooden buses to play with but still a very refined experience for adults. The cakes are to die for and the champagne/tea is very nice. A nice relaxed sit down just of Bedford street and staggering distance from Covent garden. Only draw back - slightly expensive.And the staff put up with my terrible French and pretended not to notice.

I booked an afternoon for me and my mum for Christmas and was finally able to go yesterday and I was not disappointed in any way. I believe the lady who served us was called Ella she was fantastic. The food is absolutely amazing and worth the money. I will be coming back again. Such a lovely day out. I would recommend Brigits bakery to anyone looking for an afternoon tea. Deserves more than 5 stars x

I had Afternoon Tea delivered for a small gathering of friends and it was just wonderful. Great and very tasty sandwiches and gorgeous cupcakes!

I've always wanted to do the bus tour Brigits do around London but just as I was about to the pandemic struck. The day lockdown was lifted 5 of us went to the Bakery for Afternoon tea for my friends 50th. Covid rules of masks for staff were aheard to and we generally felt amazing in there. It's bright spacious clean and very boutique feeling. The staff were brilliant very tentative and looked after us the whole time asking if we needed anything else making sure everything was OK and changing the sandwiches to suit our vegetarian friend. The food was to die for I've never tasted nicer. The rolls were warm and fresh all different. The cakes were just as impressive and absolutely gorgeous. The scones at the end were warm and fresh also. We had a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice as we sat followed by prosecco and then unlimited, teas ,coffees, latte and hot chocolate. Nothing was too much for the staff. I will be revisiting for definite and also booking the bus tour this year for sure

Having done the the bus tour as a none vegan I had high expectations but it was very unimpressed especially as it was my 30th birthday. Firstly what was given was completely different to the menus which I understand can be down to seasonal differences but then the waitress should bring that to the customers attention. The sandwiches were ok although very average and all the pastries tasted very dry and not fresh at all. The scones were a huge disappointment as well, extremely small compared to the none vegan scones and tasted rubbery - also were not served with vegan cream or coconut cream which is something I had seen in reviews from 2018 that they said they would correct. The price of the afternoon tea is also £3 more than the none vegan ones which I cannot understand why. The only good part of our experience to be honest was the waitress who served us who wouldn’t have been more attentive but overall would not recommend and am very disappointed.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the afternoon tea and flowers you delivered on Mother’s Day. They went down very well and my mum was so impressed with the freshly-made afternoon tea and the flowers looked just amazing! You put a smile back on her face after the year we have all had. We had 4 VIP seats booked for xmas lights and were contacted to inform us we were cancelled, this was professionally managed. However we have yet to receive either refund or information as to how to get refunded as we are re-routed to generic email informing us someone will be in touch. This is very rude, we would expect a person to keep us updated as to what is happening. And yet we receive regular offers of new events!It is a hard time for everyone but manners cost Nothing.

Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea with bottomless bubbles. Service was excellent- no scrimping on the champagne refills and food was delicious. Setting is quaint and relaxed, all in all a really enjoyable experience.

I bought the Christmas lights bus afternoon tea tour for my faïencées birthday. It was absolutely stupendous. The bus was decorated beautifully, the cakes were delightful, the service was excellent. The guy who was serving us was so attentive and polite. When I first bought it I thought it was a wee bit pricey but damn it was worth every single penny. If it’s winter wrap up warm though cause it’s a wee bit chilly in the bus. Oh, this was just after lockdown as well and I thought they did a really good job with the distancing and stuff, all things considered. They had put up lots of screens and kept us all separated, it felt very safe.

Comparing it to other experiences I have had. I was not impressed. £40 per person for a few cakes, cucumber, salmon sandwiches and a glass of procceco. The cakes were fine. But next time I will just stop for coffé or tea and cakes.

We came here for a much needed rest after a long walk.... and it didn’t disappoint! Friendly service and great cakes! The scones were amazing! There was a chocolate spider cake my son wanted but it had creme brûlée inside!! The table next to us had afternoon tea with great mini Halloween cakes but they weren’t available to have separately... so perhaps more cakes aimed at kids - especially in school holidays!

Todos sabían fabulosos. La encantadora conductora / camarera fue una delicia. Considero que vale la pena el dinero. ¿Gracias por una experiencia maravillosa? X

Hoy hicimos el clásico recorrido en autobús del té de la tarde. La comida era muy deliciosa, tenía el almuerzo clásico y vegetariano. Los pasteles son muy sabrosos y había suficiente para llevar las sobras a casa. La joven que nos atendió fue alegre y servicial, y nos sentimos muy seguros con todo limpio y adaptado para permitir el distanciamiento social. Un tiempo precioso y sin duda lo recomendaría! !

Popped in for a quick breakfast, lovely little cafe / bakery. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they serve various cakes, pastries, savoury food and afternoon tea. If we’d been able to stop for longer we would have done. Very nice environment, and great to relax.

A party from our community centre went last Thursday and cannot recomend Bridget`s highly enough. the staff were very attentive, the service was excellent and food superb. We are looking forward to returning soon.

We went there for drink a cappuccino, the bakery its very beautiful, the service was very fast and professional, unfortunately the cappuccino wasn't great £4.10 for it was too much, we could barely taste the coffee, was like to drink a big cup of warm milk, very expensive, we will try again but we will order something else.

We have visited twice and love the sandwiches, cakes and scones. We added champagne to our tea, the choice of teas was fantastic and they kept refilling the tea pots..would go back again but buy a voucher online it’s cheaper.

Booked the traditional afternoon tea for my Mum's birthday. She is a fussy eater so I emailed a week before our booking to ask if they could tweak some of the sandwich fillings for her, was replied to straight away which was fantastic. When we arrived at the bakery we received fresh orange juice whilst choosing our hot drinks. My Mum had her own separate cake stand with her plain sandwiches so that they were not mixed with the rest which we found very thoughtful. Everything was delicious and we felt that the size of the cakes were just right, sometimes they can be normal sized and fill you up too quickly! We then had scones served warm afterwards which was a lovely touch. My Mum also received a cupcake with a candle and happy birthday chocolate plaque which I did ask for but was so pleased with. The bakery itself is a lovely setting, light and airy and the tables are not too close together. The staff were all very attentive and I could not find fault with anything. Would definitely love to return.

What a great combination, afternoon tea and a guided bus journey around London. My only comment would be to have a greater selection of sandwiches rather than cakes. However, the hostess was very friendly and attentive. It was my daughters 21st birthday so they brought her a little cupcake with a candle in and we all sang happy birthday, which I thought was a nice spontaneous touch. All round it was a very enjoyable tour and lunch.

El café fue uno de los mejores cafés que he probado en mucho tiempo. Y eso es solo el comienzo. Luego tomé el té de París que estaba delicioso y un sabor a chocolate que fue increíble. El servicio fue 10/10 muy amable, servicial y atento.Este lugar es una delicia. Querrá probar su oferta de té de la tarde la próxima vez que se veía genial

Ho organizzato con Elena un romantico afternoon tea per mio marito. Pur essendo la settimana prima di San Valentino, Elena ha fatto in modo che potessi avere un afternoon tea pieno di cuoricini e dolcetti romantici. Un locale fantastico a pochi passi da Covent Garden, dolce e salato sopraffine, tè fantastico. Personale disponibile, professionale e gentilissimo. Insomma tornerei a sceglierlo mille volte al mio ritorno a Londra.
