I meet a friend here once a month for coffee, we sit in comfortable chairs, often the leather sofa and chat. We then walk over to see what the fabulous indoor shop has to offer

As friends we come from different areas around loughborough so here is a middle meeting point We always have 2 coffee's and delicious cake. Easy to park, put a £1 in the car parking box from each of us, and look forward to a pleasant hour or so catching up on gossip Great seating, we had the leather look sofa near to the counter area, lots of people mainly more mature a lot brought their dogs of all sizes, nice place to sit and relax First coffee and cake served immediately no waiting. After a while we decided more coffee. Not sure what is going on behind the counter, seemed to be lots of staff milling about, but no action must have stood and waited 10 mins for a coffee and a tea = they seemed all over the place who was doing what. Very disappointing

I love this place, great to meet friends for a coffee, had a lovely walk in the woodland. Had a browse in the gift shop. Would highly recommend Bawdon Lodge Farm.

A passable Wetherspoons pub that served a purpose that morning to give us a spot to rest up and have a coffee. Totally unmemorable and unremarkable, a Wetherspoons pub that feels like it has had it's time and they've had enough. Really didn't enjoy either of the 'Spoons in Loughborough at all which is a shame. When run properly, Wetherspoons has a place in a town, sadly not in Loughborough apparently.

We had a light dinner for 4 in the Bar of the hotel. The food was okay, but it took too long to be served (45min+), (two Ceasar salads, a burger, and chicken wings). Too expensive for the quality of the service (85 GBP, including a pint of lager beer and a pint of cider). Convenient if you are staying in the hotel, but you can find better options out there.

Sadly, whilst this location is temporarily closed, I look forward to being welcomed back to a local and convenient place to eat which serves typical menu items at affordable prices.

Possibly the best latte I have had in Leicestershire (up to this date of course), I don't know how they do it...especially as I'm borderline addicted to the things If you get a chance try the vanilla latte and let it cool slightly. Worth every penny. The foods decent as well and the premises is very quirky but unique.
