The food was excellent,I had chicken karahi,my sister chicken tikka,pilau rice,peshwari naan was gorgeous.The service was very quick too.Washed down with a Cobra beer made for a great evening meal in Battersea.Very good value,the bill was £30!

Get a takeout from here once a fortnight or so. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Highly recommend it!

He estado viniendo a este lugar desde 2004 cuando vivía localmente y comí tanto para llevar como para comer. El servicio siempre es impecable, la comida es excelente y como no soy bueno con comida muy picante, este lugar es el paraíso para mí. me encanta su tikkamasalla y pan naan es genial y los precios son muy buenos. Todavía voy aquí cuando voy a Londres para visitar.

Sólo cambiaron a Battersea, fuimos a este pequeño lugar con mi madre y amigo. El servicio era amable. La comida fue rápido y estaba delicioso. Fue correcta la auténtica comida, lleno de sabor y de buen tamaño de la porción. El servicio era excelente y no era caro. Regresaré de nuevo y recomiendo encarecidamente!

Esperé dos horas 10 minutos para la orden. Se rindieron. No contestan el teléfono. No sé si habían tomado la dirección incorrectamente, por lo que no pudimos confirmar esto. Todos los platos de arroz están disponibles pero estándar keema el arroz es el destaque para mí. Inconveniente de Battersea Tandoori es el bar, ni cervezas de barril, pero no sirven por el Kingfisher Cobra y la botella. No es un restaurante enorme, por lo que se recomienda y ten hacen muy concurrido con las entregas, así que a esperar por su comida no es inusual, que abastecerse de poppadoms y chutney.

A group of 20 of us were out for a BYO bottle dinner and the restaurant across the road we had booked at claimed they told us they didn't do BYO for large groups (they didn't tell us). The staff at Battersea Tandoori took us in and accommodated the whole group with no fuss. We were offered Poppadoms and chutney right away and our delicious curries came super quick after ordering. Great value for money also. Top marks for the team at Battersea Tandoori, we will be back!

This restaurant came hugely recommended by a Battersea friend. It was an important meal for me as I was hosting to say goodbye to two longtime friends who I will not be seeing for awhile due to our relocation abroad. The service was appalling. It took two people about 15 minutes to fully take our simple order due to them constantly being distracted. The food was ok, but this was totally overshadowed by the dreadful service. Needless to say, I will not be going back upon my return!

Phenomenal food and the wait staff, although initially stressed, got fair friendlier and efficient once more of their colleagues got in. The food was the tastiest Indian I've had in London!

It is very busy on a Friday night epically around 8pm. The waiters took our order, however the food arrived at different times which was annoying as my friend did not get her main till 10 min into me tucking into mine. When the food did come however, it was very good. Tandoori chicken and tikka were juicy and succulent. Cobra and kingfisher pints available. Male toilet door also didn't lock properly. I would go back again if they could sort out the food arrival times

Was introduced to this restaurant when visiting a friend in Battersea, London.I found that all the dishes I tasted were all very tasteful. What springs to mind was the very succulent Tandoori chicken Tikka - a real gem.Very reasonably priced. Looking forward to my next visit.

I have been eating in this restaurant for years, the quality of the food is excellent and the staff are friendly and efficient. I used to go with my very old mother who had difficulty walking unaided and they always made sure she was comfortable and that her curry was 'just right'.

The food here is absolutely delicious! We always go for the Tandoori Chicken off the bone which comes out from the kitchen sizzling away and have ordered take away a few times and it is just as good. One of the best things about this place is the staff always make such an effort to ensure you have a good experience and are so incredibly polite, having lived in London for 10 years now a visit to Battersea Tandoori always restores your faith in humanity. Thoroughly recommend this place, best curry in Battersea/Wandsworth area.

The curry taste so bland no flavour drinks always flat. I've eaten here and had a very bad stomach 2 days running after eating three.

Placed an order that took over 2hrs to be delivered! Called a few times for update and person on the other side was just so rude, huffing if like my fault and not one apology! By the time food delivered needed to be sent back as stone cold. Will not be using here again

Excellent Indian cuisine at a very affordable price, good service & dishes explained there necessary.Red wine was too warm but instantly cooled down to a good temperature. Food was tasty & plentiful.Well recommended

I liker the idea of having this restaurant near my flat. Food is well done, service is good and portions are generous, however I think that you don't have any privacy while eating as tables are too close to each others. I recommend it

It was early evening and we hesitated to go in as it was empty but we braved it and I can honestly say it was one of the best curries we ever had . The phone was non stop for take away orders which is always a good sign . The food was amazing , fresh and simple with the flavours shining through , flavours which are normally drowned out through heat and spice in other curries I have had . I told the owner it was one of he best curries I have ever had and he said "you are just saying that" but I meant it and told him so . Seriously worth a visit

You can spend all day researching and looking for a great Indian in London, and yes there are plenty of nice expensive ones but if you are just looking for really nice and great value you this is the place. Charming staff, customers who have been going for over 10 years and a nice small feel inside. Try it

Pop in for a quick bite to eat as didn't want to travel far, staff where very welcoming and the ambiance was warm and inviting. The food was nice and came quickly don't have anything bad to say.

At 5.30 p.m. we were the only guests. It was a bit chilly in the restaurant, but very clean and nicely decorated. It took some time till we got our drinks and the food, which we think is due to everything being freshly prepared. The food tasted very good, and portions were quite generous. Prices were suprisingly low. We really enjoyed our meal and would come again when in London!

This is a first class Indian restaurant. The food is as good as any better known venues and the prices are incredibly low. We eat in here at least once a week. Draws customers in from a wide area.
