This place is great for dessert. The service here is amazing, the lady at the front door is so kind, as she smiled at me while walking in. The ice cream tastes delicious. The ice cream flavour I got was mango if you were wondering.

Too many exciting flavours to choose from! No really, the flavours were amazing, the corn was tasty and the ice cream was perfect. Just the price was quite high which is probably something you can expect.

I just ordered a banana split and a milkshake. Half of my milkshake was spread on the driver's delivery box. Even the driver complained about the way they pack the stuff. The Banana split was completely melted down. I had to drink it with a straw. I called them and instead of a refund, they propose to send two milkshakes. I use to love this place, but not anymore. Not worth.

This high quality brand of ice cream is famously known for its slogan 31 Flavours and for customers to have a different flavour every day of the month. On visiting the Colindale branch of Baskin-Robbins I had 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup consisting of Pistachio and Banana ice cream. Both were quite delicious and flavoursome – you could not really fault the flavours. The scoops of ice cream were generous but at the same time you end up paying for them and they are expensive. This does not represent good value for money as you can on many deals these days purchase premium brand 500ml ice cream tubs for around £2.50 which would fill a cup with a bit more than two scoops. Although the ice cream never fails, this particular ice cream parlour I am afraid was quite shabby looking and you could not locate any stand-alone list of the flavours or pricing. The temperature in the shop was quite warm and stuffy which in my opinion I would not associate with ice cream parlours. There was also quite a long wait to be served when there were not a lot customers in the shop in the first instance!!

We have used this ice cream parlour several times over the last couple of weeks while staying in the area. The ice cream itself is nice but the shop leaves quite a lot to be desired. Especially as the ice cream is quite expensive. Over the last several visits the service from the staff has been reluctant at best you almost feel as though the gentlemen serving you are doing you the favour and reluctantly at that. They also seem to have run out of various things waffle baskets and waffle cones and several pieces of equipment don't seem to work like the soft serve machine. Even Stranger to me is that they don't seem to have a comprehensive menu of what they offer you have to work it out from what's on the various boards and there's no help or suggestions coming from the staff. They either hover nearby seemingly irritated that you can't make your mind up or appear completely oblivious to your presence. As I said the ice cream is nice but the ordering process the staff attentiveness and in fact everything but paying seems to be a drag. And if you want to order a sundae be sure to mention everything you want from the type of ice cream to the toppings and even tell them that you want whipped cream and a spoon otherwise you simply won't get it. As I say we have been regular customers over the last couple of weeks but only because my daughter likes this place. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have returned after my first visit.

As already noted the ice cream is not the freshest, as a female who visited the store alone at 10.30pm I was surprised at the amount of challenging behaviour I received from a very aggressive manager who refused to change my ice cream that was flavourless of which I was not offered the opportunity to taste before buying. I often visit the Edgware branch where the service and the ice cream represent the brand if you wish to enter a unhygienic store where the manager lacks professionalism then do so at your own risk.

We have always loved baskin robbins icecream (kind of protective over it too!). It is definitely the best ice cream I've tasted. Lucky that where ever we move, we have a local baskin robbins to go to whenever we're in the mood (which is quite often)!

Delicious ice cream, friendly staff, lots of seats and looks clean. Only downside is the lack of parking.

My friend took me here as she had been asking me to try the birthday cake flavour for a while. It is a small parlour with some seating. It's not the cleanest of places as the floor was dirty, furniture didn't look accommodating but the staff were friendly. The ice cream was decent - I wasn't blown away by it nor was my friend. It may have been due to the tub running out and it wasn't the freshest ice cream. I will probably come back again if I'm in the area but not to eat in.

I have always loved Baskin-Robbins' ice cream. Our hometown lost our store 20 years ago. So when we are traveling and see one, we are through the door and ordering. Baskin-Robbins ice cream is not cheap, but then neither is Hagen Dazs or Ben and Jerry's. Their premium ice cream has a richer, creamier taste, certainly better than most ice creams. They had friendly and helpful service. My only real criticism was a certain cleanliness; the store needs a little more house keeping. Behind the counter seems fine; the problem is on the customer side and the table area.

Whenever i visit this part of london i make sure there is always a stop at Baskins. You simply cant go wrong with a couple of scoops on a chocolate wafer cone. Their strawberry ice-cream is my absolute favourite too.

I must have gone to Baskin Robbins after years. Spotted this one on Edgware road. Not what it used to be...average ice cream.

Right the ice cream is not cheap but then neither is Hagen Dazs. Taste is different and nice. My only criticism was that if the store had a little more house keeping and TLC the overall experience would've been much better.

Cotton candy ice cream is to die for!! I wish they had more baskin Robbins around! My favourite ice cream in the whole wide world! And I'm not much of an ice cream eater

Visit this baskins often... No long queue to wait in, get served quickly with no mistakes. The loyalty card works here. It doesn't work in some like the ones on the cinema.

Visited Baskin Robbins on the Edgware Road after a long long time and had the ice cream cone with 2 flavours, one being chocolate. Was highly, highly, disappointed! £6.00 for an ice cream cone and the poorest of the poor quality, I would expect far...

Every time we come to any restaurant nearby, we always check out Baskin Robbins on Edgware Road. Personally, the waffles are absolutely fantastic, and so is the ice-cream. It is probably too small for families. However, it is still fairly expensive.
