Disappointed with the customer service. The male server was quite rude and inattentive throughout my visit. He spent most of the time chatting in Gujarati with his friends and seemed more focused on giving an extra milkshake to his Uber acquaintance than serving customers. When I politely asked to try an additional flavour (I was planning to buy three scoops), I was abruptly told I could only sample two — which felt unnecessarily strict and unwelcoming, especially given my intention to purchase multiple flavours. Overall, I felt the service lacked professionalism and courtesy. A little more attention and respect toward paying customers would go a long way.

Visited in the being to get a cake and then then decided to get two scoops of my favourite ice cream. She ice cream was half melted and the cone was broken on top of that the bake was boxed but requested for bag. Staff told that no bag due to COVID rules well every other shop does which was annoying when your spending £40 for a cake. When I complained of the soft ice cream and bag another staff intervened gave another cone and scoops of ice cream sis not apologised and said we we ate not happy we get a refund for the cake did not understand the logic of complaint. First staff was in experienced I don’t think they really care about customer service and would not be going there again after going for so many years they truly lost a good customer enclosing recommendations.

Extremely terrible customer service. More keen to serve ubereats customers rather than those present. Waste of time!

I am a big fan of ice creams.....Baskin Robbins in Harrow have wide variety of choice and each one tastes great. One small issue is their prices - they charge too much for the ice creams.

The ice cream was so good quality and the staff was very helpful. I must recommend it as it is really value for money.

We decided to takeaway the praline ice cream cake for the family and it was extremely yummy! Very indulgent and everyone loved it. It’s lasted a week in our freezer as well!

Ice cream and milkshakes were delicious served by Friendly staffs. But Place desperately need a good decor and better furnishings.
