Worst icream I have ever had. Seems it was off and not off the menu. Home made no thank you. Staff very rude. Avoid at any cost.nice Italian two doors away. Real icream

Love the icecream thats traditional Baskin however the service and presentation is what matters. At this outlet it could be better. The place is clean but the service is slow and poor.

Perfect service, we requested names written on specific drinks and they completed the order as per our wishes to the best standard. The milkshakes were amazing, filled to the brim and well made, everyone was satisfied with their orders. Would recommend and definitely go back for another treat!

I'd never seen kosher ice cream before and was interested to read the list. A great place to go with friends or family or colleagues when you don't know what qualifies as kosher. Really friendly manager - especially at off peak times. Their ice cream cakes in the kosher flavours are also good to know about and you can put them in your freezer and get them out for a party.

I love the people who work there. They are always very friendly. The restaurant is clean and the cakes and ice-creams are delicious and fresh. I use that restaurant 5 years and always return there with a pleasure.

I am very surprised to read some of the bad customer reviews of this Baskin Robbins. We have been going there for 2 years and despite it not being our nearest one, we go there simply because the staff are fantastic. The restaurant is also cleaner and more airy than other BR. My only complaint would be the infrequency of Rainbow Sherbert but that is not the fault of the restaurant. In fact, when they ran out, one of the staff found a spare tub and put it aside for me. They are a pleasure to deal with.

The owner tries to act friendly but is very rude and impatient.. I have seen him almost shouting at his team a few times is visibly angry if you are a bit indecisive.. don’t have much choice as the kids like BR and this is the closest to home..

We ordered an Oreo Ice Cream Cake here which was an absolutely treat on my birthday. The service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I definately recommend Baskin Robbins Hatch End.

I visited Baskin Robbins in Edgeware in September "19 What a HUGE MISTAKE I usually go Hatchend and Northwood Baskin Robbins and never had any problems I spent £31 and the ice cream had ice Crystals in the ice cream When I called to complain I was told that they would give me 30% off my next visit. What a JOKE ! After giving me sub standard ice cream they are expecting me to go back and spend more money there To top it off Monica the Manager there implied I was lying by saying *well how do we know that there was a problem with the ice cream!" That is beyond disgraceful You get better customer service from Poundland ! Avoid this branch at all costs. The have no value for their customers Highly disappointed

We are regular customers. Collected our daughters 18th Birthday Cake made just out of ice cream complete with her photo on the cake. It looked amazing. Our daughter Emma loved it. We cannot fault the customer service you receive whether buying a cone of ice cream or placing a special birthday cake treat. Excellent choice of ice creams and all delicious.

Nice spacious place..Good service with lots of options to try out for dessert from hot to cold. They are offering a free waffle cone with 2 scoops which is great value and very delicious!

I always have the best experience when I come here. The staff are always very friendly and know what I want everytime I go there. The kids love it here as the ice cream is amazing. You can never go wrong here as it is the best ice cream joint in London.

This is more of a takeaway than eat In establishment. If I am in a Hatch End always drop in for a mixed tub to take home to eat over the next couple of days. Great mix of flavours and toppings to suit whatever mood. Can get really busy on hot days

The staff are always nice and friendly and serve you with a smile. Even though I did drive one staff member mad by trying about six different flavours. Only because the ice cream I like best was out of rotation.

Visitied Baskins after disappointing meal and though we had to wait in line we were given great service and the ice cream was fantastic. This time I had Gold Medal Ribbon, which was great, as always.

Went back last week for dessert. The guy who served us was fantastic, really did a great job. The ice cream was great, the Chocolate mousse royale was back! Absolutley loved it.

Good variety of ice cream flavours , milkshakes etc. Staff very helpful. I needed egg free varieties and they showed me which flavours were egg free. I really like the flavour with chocolate and nuts. There is parking on the parade and side roads.

I'm not normally a fan of chains. But the ice cream was excellent. Creamy and full of flavor. And the gentlemen serving was so kind to our kids and even gave us a free bottle of water. Will come there again for sure.

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream from a long ago I have been visiting their Edgware branch. Now this branch is closer to me and it is well run unlike Edgware unit. Always clean and friendly faces. Good service and waiting time very limited.
