Baskin Robbins in Leicester

I ordered a bespoke ice cream cake from this branch.The staff members Vee and Raminas were extremely helpful and talked me through the process. Vee sent me photos and advised on the design. Raminas went above and beyond by allowing me to collect the cake at a convenient time.We really enjoyed the cake, it was delicious and well made. This branch and staff are an asset to Baskin Robins and I would recommend their ice-cream

Customer services was just excellent, staff very friendly and helped on best ice cream choice to choose from.The decor was perfect. I always look forward visiting baskin Robins every weekend with my family have great time. Please don’t ever take this away from Leciester

Went with a small group of friends to baskin robbins the leicester branch, there was four of us. The staff are amazing and really friendly. The place itself is very clean and cheerful. Would highly recommend it. We received great communication from the Manager and were really happy the way we were welcomed. Amazing service by the manager itself. We found the manager very friendly and it is not very often you see the manager of a shop willing to give their utmost attention to every single customer who passes through the door. The desserts are the best we had so far, it is so heavenly and the presentation is just perfect!! Definately visiting again as it is number one on our favourite list now, so glad finally found a really nice dessert place where we get to eat the most devine desserts and recieve top service from the staff and the manager too!! you want a yummy hearty delicious dessert look no further, because baskin robbins leicester branch is the one!!! You will not be disappointed!! enjoy!! 👌🙏

could not believe our luck to find this place. memories of Mecca and madina Baskin Robbins came flying back! kids loved it and the replication of taste is there. you have to be over indulging when you come here and I would comfortably say this place has the best variety and prices to any other ice cream or dessert shop.
