We ordered a chicken tikka pizza and the chicken was old and the pizza crust was so hard. Very disappointed

Compared to other places around the area, the quality and portion sizes are not the best. Even worse when your chips are given to you with some of them still partially frozen. Needs improvement.

Food fab as always. But maybe address the attitude and rudeness of your delivery drivers. Several times in a row now they have been rude and completely ignorant . We let it slide the first few times but its getting quite horrific. We order from you every week but the service when we speak to your delivery drivers is absolutely appalling. It's really, really shocking. Please sort barwell chefs, because the drivers are letting you down and I can't imagine how many other customers will start going elsewhere if they've experienced the same as us!

Aggresive driver for having to wait 5 minutes even though it never said out for delivery ontop of missing items.. hahaha. used for years but gone downhill. RIP.

The customer service at Barwell Chef is severely lacking. I caution against ordering their food through Deliveroo. I placed an order at 10 pm, received no delivery, and encountered complete silence from the restaurant. Despite contacting Deliveroo, they informed me that the restaurant handles its deliveries and provided a number to call directly. Despite numerous attempts, my calls went unanswered. Checking their Google listing revealed a closing time of 11 pm, explaining the lack of response. Deliveroo continuously displayed that my food was being prepared, claiming it was delivered by 1am. However, I never received the food and received no communication from either Deliveroo or Barwell Chef. When I sought a refund from Deliveroo, they claimed inability to assist. Contacting the restaurant resulted in poor treatment over the phone, with the staff asserting their inability to resolve the issue. I paid £15 for a simple meal via Deliveroo and received nothing but abuse from Barwell Chefs and a meager apology from Deliveroo. Steer clear of these scammers.

Ordered chicken nuggets and fries and pizza, it was horrible. The chicken nuggets wasn't freshly made, it tasted like they have been reheated and the fries was horrible and the pizza was horrible and it caused us to have food poisoning. Never ever going to order from there again.

Absolutely disgusting food. Ordered through just eat. Food was 45 mins late and it was cold. The salad was old (brown lettuce) and the chicken tikka masala was tasteless. There is more taste in a supermarket ready made meal. Highly disappointing and certainly will not be returning.

been buying from here for a few yrs now, not anymore. service is absolutely shocking now, constantly messing orders up, we have had onion rings missing 2 orders on a trot, aswell as other things missing over the last Yr, Time for a change.

Order arrived over an hour late. Food was cold when it finally arrived, and what we did eat was tough over cooked chicken and left over scrappy chips. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Reasonably priced, good food. If you order before 6 pm delivery is on time any later than that and it can be a bit late.

Ordered on Just Eat, 90 minutes after order and 50 minutes after the delivery time still no food. Rang 3 times, didn't answer phone, so went in person. Not worth the wait, won't order again. Lame and changing excuses.

Ordered tonight, roughly an hour an 20 from ordering to delivery. Upon arrival open up the bag with food in, chips are pretty much cold. The chicken is cold with a tiny slither of sauce barely any chicken. The garlic pizza also stone cold and could potentially be mistaken anyway up as it looks the same both sides (see pictures) and was equivalent to eating sandal. The only half decent bits were the kids meals

Ordered deep pan pizza and more like a thin pizza and did not really enjoy it

One star, food is nice. But several times I've ordered for delivery and asked how much including delivery charge. Than once delivering the price is more than stated on the phone. Not happy being told a different price when foods being dropped off. This has happened many time . So not ordering here again.

Very poor customer service and the food was late buy the time it came it was the wrong pizza used to be brilliant intill the new management took over

Absolutely gorgeous Chicken, bacon and cheese burger. Cooked fresh with nice cold and generous salad. No faults whatsoever 👌. I would've taken a pic if I knew I was going to review it....but absolutely demolished it 😋

Must be having an off day chips were soggy and pizza not very hot and hubby's order was wrong but they did rectify that....normally cant complain

Just had a delivery from chefs. Had many over the years and normally spot on. Food was an hour later than what was said. Pizza's were absolutely garbage and we seemed to have someone's garlic bread and cheese curly fries.

Had a family meal from there and half of it went in the bin, the chips tasted awful pizza over cooked, everything had a weird taste. Delivery drivers looked filthy definitely won't be using again

Used to be the only one we ordered from, just recently got very hit and miss again. Missing salads, basically no cheese on the cheesy chips, jalapeno bites have been changed and now not great and usually Luke warm, lots of stuff obviously reheated or refried including the actual doner meat. Not that great as of late....

Great friendly service,fast delivery when not too busy (weekends very busy and very long wait) the food is fantastic! Highly recommend for a lovely cheap but quality & quantity on every order we have had and we have had lots over 5 years now 🙂😀👍

Best restaurant in the area, best kebabs and pizzas

Food was okay but just wondering why none of the staff were wearing masks inside?! Even one of the guys was coughing while making a burger...also the just eat delivery guys that were coming in and out had no masks on and ironically there is a notice on the outside door saying all that all inside the premises need to wear masks.

Food was cold, undercooked cold, chips were spilt everywhere terrible

Really good food from here recently, great pizzas, burgers and kebabs. During lockdown it has been our goto takeaway.

We have used Barwell Chefs a number of times over the past year and the food has always been delicious and hot when it arrives. Delivery times are fast and advised at the time of ordering should there be any expected delays. It is great value for money and food us lovely.......give them a try! 👍

Main food was ok however the free apple pie was disgusting and has ruined my whole dinner.

Will be the last time I eat from here vile finding hair in your food which looked like a pubic hair disgusting!

Used to love pizza from Chefs, but whichever female they had working on Friday night has ruined it, undercooked with extras missing which I paid for. When I called up to explain, the person I spoke to was great but the woman in the background doing the cooking was rude and obnoxious. Never again 👎🏻

Waited 45 minutes for two pizzas and when they came I had to put them in the oven to cook. I DONT EAT UDERCOOKED FOOD POOR POOR QUALITY..

I ordered her once and they did not bring my salad and I rang up to say and they said they will bring it and I took half an hour nearly and I refused to answer and they hung it on my door handle

Worst place ever my partner ordered 2 pizzas and was cold then the it wasnt cooked right never again had problems with this place before by getting my order wrong!!!!

Food was only just warm was cold before fished eating
