Best fish I've had in ages, really good.

1hour and 30 mins get real lecky road to oakfield of beechwood. Burger cold bap stale is there anything this is 3rd time give them benefit of the doubt never again

Steak baguette ordered MR with fried onions only Soggy baguette, steak chopped up covered in salt.. onions practically raw Couldnt eat it for £4.90 if i had a dog ... wouldnt even feed it this...

Ordered food online tonight at 4.59pm and it was delivered at 5.14pm. Unbelievable service and the food was lovely. Good value for money too.

It took an hour and a half to arrive, the chips I ordered where for two people to share, we didnt get them, and the food wasn't very warm ( had to reheat in the fryer ) . All in all really bad quality food to go with really bad quality service. I don't think I would order from here again any time soon.

Had to wait over an hour then when it arrived no salt or vinegar no dressing on Burger and forgot a drink. After ringing the takeaway back the girl questioned me didnt seem to know what she was doing then try to tell me I didnt ask for a dressed burgers until I informed her there is a notes section on the docket. After waiting another half hour food cold at this stage the deliver driver turns up gives me the replacement turns out they didnt replace the meal only the kids burgers so had no chips etc and they still forgot the drink. They are a nightmare unreliable and not worth the money you pay as you dont get what your looking for anyway

Always eat out Barr fish is always lovely but tonite got fish and chips fish sloggy and chips only half cooked saturday nite not good food tonite

Joke of a delivery service . My partner ordered some food at 8pm for me getting in from work . It took 2 hours for the food to finally arrive , when it did the food was freezing cold and the driver hadn’t dropped off the drinks we ordered. We paid online so they basically stole money from us and didn’t give us either the service or products that we paid for. When ringing up to complain we were told that the driver wouldn’t come back up and that we would need to ring the manager in the morning to sort it out . Had to be the worst service I’ve seen for a food company in a long time. I’d suggest avoiding them at all costs and using somewhere else that can be bothered with their customers .

Ordered a takeaway at 7.30pm, delivering time was 9.05, arrived at 10. The meal was poor, it isn't worth it to wait for 2.5hrs for a couple of meals (soggy chips and the chicken wrap was as hard as a marble). Rude staff at the phone. Not recommended.

The food was okay at best. Chicken burgers tasted as if they were bought frozen and not in the best quality. The side was good, but not great! A bit on the cold side I'd say. I also ordered a bottle of Coke, but received a can, with no change given back for the difference. There's plenty other places I'd choose next. Delivery was on time which was the only positive side.

not one to complain and usually love the food!! took nearly two hours to come! phoned up after estimated delivery time and it hadn't even been put on! phoned a half hour after again and it was on its way here apparently.. took another 20 minutes! rice wasn't cooked the best and I asked for curry top and bottom and didn't get it! food was rushed and bits of onion was between the food! very annoyed with the service when I usually love it.. overall very disappointed

Literally disgusting, cold and hard. Chips were soggy. Ordered at 9.55 pm didnt come until half 11 and when we rang to see where it was the shop was closed and i had already paid for the food by card

can’t fault the food at all, it was absolutely beautiful tonight and really tasty, nicest chippy I’ve had in a long time. but the only issue was that I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for food and it arrived 10 minutes later than the estimated delivery time, but I think 1 hour and 25 minutes is a long time to wait for food. When order was placed it said estimated delivery time would be 6pm then it was changed until 6:30pm and didn’t arrive until 6:40pm. so waited a long time.

Rang the restaurant about it being late and the lady working was very polite. Food was lovely for somewhere we hadn't heard of before. Would definitely order again.

Very Bad. I ordered and it was never delivered! I was left with family round and nothing to feed them with! I had ordered from Barrs over a year ago & they were 2 hours late with delivery, plus it was stone cold. I thought I'd give them another chance, but this was a very grave mistake on my part. They should state that they do not deliver to the Waterside of Londonderry!!! Worse experience with Just Eat ever!

For some reason Fish Box wasn't as good as the usual. Pie Box was a lot better with Curry Gravy. Too dry without the gravy. Barr's is always good. The Girls work wonders!

I did not receive an item from my order. Extremely disappointed with this as I was looking forward to it AND PAID FOR IT. thanks.

Shaun Barr always delivers. Been buying from Shaun and Karen around 8 yrs now. I buy from both shops. The Pizzas are good! Fish Box is The Favourite of Mine. As Shaun could tell you himself!

Fish Box was Superb! Although pies could've been better with a little gravy. Every time I ask for Salt n Vinegar Barrs forget to do it.

Delivery took over an hour and food wasn't the warmest

Rang about 6 weeks ago to order pizza and was told they had run out of cheese so couldn't order any, this evening we had family around so i decided to give it another try, first they had no large pizza boxes but kindly offered to cut our pizza up and put into smaller boxes, when I got home my cut up pizza was actually garlic bread and not pizza like I ordered so we ended up with 2 boxes of garlic bread cut up in smaller boxes thank god we ordered chips and dips or we might have looked miserable in front of our family, however food reasonably priced and nice and staff friendly just disappointed paying for pizza and ending up with garlic bread.

30 min late And still have no food

The wraps have decreased in size but are still delicious, extra box space was filled with hot chips which is good. Unfortunately I pre-paid and despite having "D COKE" written on the bag, y'all forgot my drink. Y'all owe me a diet coke.

Food was delivered on time and the quality was very good. Would highly recommend

Good packing for the price, I would ask that the spuds be properly peeled/de-eyed before being cooked and that the cheese be added when the food is hot, other than that it's great stuff! I recommend the wraps, they are crammed full of goodness :)

Food had no falvour and chips tasted terrible.. both meals I ordered went to the bin! Very disappointed

Food is delicious! And i will order here again. But i ordered at 12:25.. and it didnt arrive de 13:15.. my lunch break is 13:00 de 13:30. So next time id need to order around 12:00 and hope its there for 1. That being said. The food was delicious. Nicest chips in town easy. Defs worth a try!

Again no dressings on the burger in which i stated happens every single time i order from here also tye battered sausage didnt come but charged for it. The last 3 times there has being something missing from the order. Not good enough

When I got my food it was freezing the chicken box chicken was more less still frozen.. the lettuce on the chicken burgers were brown and also the cheese burger tasted awful.. not happy at all would never order from here again and wouldn't recommend to anyone!!

One hour and 40 minutes for delivery.. then when you phone to complain you get told your bein cheeky.. second and last time be gettin food delivered from there. As first time food was freezing after delivery was over an hour. Awful service.. but food is always good.

i use Barrs at least once a week and the food is always very nice but tonight it was just ok.

Can't believe you put in an hour at 5.10pm and you don't get it til 7pm and when you get the order there is food missing and you have to wait another hour and fifteen mins for the missing food this seems to be happening more and more getting fed up with it now you know mistakes happen not over and over again

Wrong order sent with no drinks. When ring up to complain they said they would send out another order. I've waited over an hour for my food and it still isn't here! It's a joke!!! Service is shocked! Won't be ordering from here again!!!

Am the food did not arrive at 18.40 as my account said!! Had to cancel the order nearly two hours later after repeatedly being told by quite a rude lady on the phone that it was on it's way.....the takeaway is no more than a 10 minute drive away and it was apparently "on it's way" for 40 minutes. How do I obtain a refund for this?? Ridiculous service, out of pocket and no food to show!

Can't believe the negativity I read! Unreal Chippy and many agree. Things cooked like I remember the good chip shop did in my youth. And here. My delivery makes it about 3/4 miles the other side of the town with NOT a bother! Piping hot and friendly driver. A1, wouldn't use another chip shop. Not fond of the taco. But I'm a very fussy taco lover. Well done Barrs!

Always get out of here and its usually all good.. but last night the food took over an hour to get to me.. the delivery man did apologise.. but then my food was freezing like it was layin for 45 mins..

Really hot food. Crispy, tasty, best red fish in the town. Chicken Breast fresh and also hot and crispy. Delivery very quick with pleasant driver. Will not go anywhere else for takeaway after having discovered Barrs.

The food is coming over 3 miles from shop to home. It was piping hot, crisp and not soggy. The value and quality is great and in my opinion this takeaway is the same as the ones I remember in my youth. The chips have a lovely taste and having tried many others in the city over the years I can safely say none of the others come near to it in quality, taste and presentation. Well done Barrs.

Best red fish in Derry. Great chippie, makes chips etc the way it used to be made, very tasty. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
