Barek Oscarek in Birmingham

Not a great experience. One of our party ordered the carbonara. It was 17.00, an extremely small portion with 4 tiny pieces of chicken. When queried about this was told chef uses a measure. This is pasta, probably the cheapest food you can buy. So don’t be mean Bella Pasta! The waiter said he would pass comments onto chef. Pointless really. Pizza was ok, service slow. Saw 3 lots of couples leave they waited so long to be seated. Service was slow, seem very understaffed. Disappointing, will not be returning.

Toilet is out of order for ages, they are not bothered to fix. Customer services are pathetic here.

Singlehandedly holding up the university, with its delightful service and buzzing atmosphere, staff house is the place to be for cheeky students and staff on pay day alike. I’ve been told the best guiness ever and the crisis aren’t bad either
