Not am I only writing this beca<se I have known this guy through his amazing food but also we have become great friends, Zeeko is not only a true gentleman of every word but he is a good soul... I am proud to call this man my friend and his staff are a testiment of his company, and this man works harder than any man I know and always has a smile on his face, where most of us would have crumbled.... Had chips and mixed kebab, the chips were very good hot and non greasy, kebab was ok but a little dry but tasty definitely be back for more

We stayed in Plymouth for one night and decided to have some pizza.So glad we did amazing pizza and a good helping of chips. If we could get a delivery, we would.Keep up the good work guys

This is our go-to spot after a night out! The staff are super friendly, and their doner kebabs are really tasty. My top picks are the chicken shish and doner, as well as the chicken shish and lamb doner. Always hits the spot and never disappoints!

me and my boyfriend came to this take away three times during our holiday, the staff are absolutely lovely, food is delicious. the owner offered us a chocolate and a spicy wedge to try on our first visit, will definitely be out go-to take away when we next come on holiday

Spicy spuds hard and undercooked. Kebab dry with so little sauce I didn't realise they had put any on until I unwrapped the wrap. Chicken burger inedible. I really don't know where the 5 stars come from, mind you the fried chicken is good!

Asked for kebab with curry sauce, kebab was dryer than ghandi flip flops , small drizzle of curry sauce.

Absolutely love this place Always order delivery, great timing sometimes really quick , friendly staff, reasonably priced Hubby loves the pizzas , spicy spuds melt in your mouth and all meats we have ordered have been lovely . Just finished 3 piece chicken ( could only eat 2 . portions were ample and chicken and coating was cooked well and tasted lovely . Got us hooked once a week .. thank you to all the team

The pizzas and the burgers are insane, also try the home made Turkish chilli sauce with the meal, absolutely amazing as is the customer service from the staff!!

arrived roughly 15 minutes after placing my order, turned up to the workers getting physical with customers which ended in who i assume to be a manager throwing an entire hot portion of food over myself and multiple other customers, entire outfit ruined by grease and when i get home to eat my order is wrong. when you try to contact there is no customer service email/messaging service so no way of requesting a refund. could not recommend less and would give zero stars if i could.

Out of towner staying for a while and needed something familiar. I went for a pizza...the guys were real helpful with my anxiety around these kinda places and turns out the pizza had a light crispy base and was way better than I was expecting, speaking as someone who loves good pizza. Lovely staff and going there again.

Really poor honestly avoid ! Poor grade food nothing but cheap rubbish also found bacon in with the chicken Donner 🤷‍♂️

Got a donna pizza. Absolutely rank. It was dry, and it had a few shavings of donna meat on it. Then covered in onions. For a nice price of £15. I was expecting a margherita pizza with kebab meat on top. Not this mess. Had to put garlic sauce on to give it some juice. Like I said totally dry. When I told them that isn't a donna pizza. The lad turned around and said "I should have asked for a margherita with a portion of kebab meat. Ovoid at all costs.

Shocking customer service 2 weeks ago when I ordered a kebab on just eat they delivered 1 hour early than I asked I was working so food cold offered me half price on next one just rang they said not enough spent for delivery and to low to pay by card and you offered me half price as a jestor won't be using you again customer lost

Ordered some chicken and chips along with a soft drink to make a combo. The taste was great and the price I paid made it a great deal. Definitely a place to go if you’re really hungry and in need of something to quench your hunger pangs.

Kebab was hard and inedible! Had the shets the next day. Avoid if you you want to save your guts

Standard kebab place to grab food after a beer. Tasted ok and portion size was good with a medium chicken shish kebab.

Absolutely a joke when it comes to delivering it was 5 pounds just from5 mins not even that away and also over 45 min wait for it to be delivered once it said on it way so stone cold Never answer the phone either

I regularly visit this takeaway and the food is always delicious. Last time I visited I left my bag and they swiftly returned it to me which was greatly appreciated!! The staff are always lovely

Check the price board against your order. They will over charge you and then get upset when you pick them out on it with one minion literally shouting have yoyr money back then (as in leave) the owner saying he hasn't managed to change the sign pricing (lie) food is at best...vile... worst it might kill you as barely warm. Go 2 doors up much better, friendlier and they don't over charge you!

Popped in late at night after work, gent working couldn’t have been more hospitable. Had a great chat waiting for my burger (which was brilliant btw) and couldn’t have asked for better service. Especially having worked late nights myself, having that kind of energy can be difficult but nevertheless he was incredible. Definitely recommend!!

Ordered food 19.46. Turned up 21.45. Shocking burger. Chips were pants and the gateau was frozen solid. Avoid!

Food is lovely don't get me wrong, ordering from here has never been a problem, until today, I paid card over the phone and it took money out of my bank, the man on the phone was shouting at me saying it wasn't paid, disgusting way to treat customers! I have got the bank transaction to show and then just carried on screaming at me, not impressed, I best get my money back

Absolute disgrace food was late and when it arrived the standard was appalling chicken wrap was mostly grease spicy spuds was not cooked properly the sausage was cold and tasted like rubber and my partners chips were cold and soggy definitely will not be ordering from here again and recommend others do t unless you want a bag of cold grease and a upset stomach the next day just disappointing that one star is the lowest

Always have collection from here and chicken doner always very good with plenty of salad, sauce and coleslaw and meat always fresh and soft. Tonight had delivery for first time (and last). Chicken was dried up ends like it had been left over from yesterday. A little salad and sauce and no coleslaw. It was too dry to eat. Really disappointed and I hope it isn't a case that customers who collect have better offerings than delivery customers. Especially at £4.50 delivery! Won't be ordering for delivery again.

Worst burgers I ever had . Leaking all the juice from the tomatoes inside,the bread was soft full juice from tomatoes or whatever they put in there. Never again unfortunately. I've seen so many good reviews and wanted to try it but very very big disappointment.

Veggies…. This place is amazing, offering a really good vegetarian selection. A lot of it isn’t on the website so I would recommend calling them. Homemade falafel and hummus which you can really taste the quality. And for the carnivors, burgers and kebabs are really nice so I’m told from my meat eating husband! Well done Grill Shack, your food is beautiful.
