Back again, very disappointed with all 3 items ordered, won't be back in a hurry! Excellent food and value. Never long to wait when collecting.

Ordered a skyscraper burger, not expecting home made patties but my god! Burgers where cooked 6 hours ago and sat somewhere to keep hot, like plastic discs that where crispy on the outside and cardboard in the middle. The donner meat had been sliced long before I got it, burger bun so old it fell apart while trying to eat it, so stale. Fries had been in and out of the fryer more times than I really want to know! You can tell the cook/chefs have no care for the quality of the food leaving the shop, there just to collect a wage. Will not be back after that

Lamb Kabab I received a few days was an embarrassment to the lamb cut into tiny little chunks you’d serve a toddler was dry and just disgusting It got flung in the bin even the salad was rubbish

Says lamb tikka ...2 small pieces have ordered it before same that time. Y state lamb when u only get 2 pieces and small. Would be as well not adding lamb to dish if only getting 2 bits .

I paid 3.50 for a 2ltr bottle coke and got a 1.5ltr bottle , also ordered a madras what did not have any spicys in it at all , i always get from here but defeinetely wont again

Best calzone in town. Tried a few other places but no where else comes close. Generous portions, delicious food. Well worth every penny. Definitely order again.

The driver was supposed to bring my £4 change back and didn't I called the shop the next night to be told I'll get a call back in 5 mins it's 4 days later and still no call I won't be ordering again neither will my friends or family

Waited for over an hour and 20 mins on a kebab and a hoggie after being told it would be 40 mins once food arrived the bakora sauce was bursed all over everything in the bag and when we called we where told it wasn’t like that leaving the shop. Used to get food from here all the time however it has went completely down hill

Try to order locally but finding quality is going down but prices up. Juice never came with order then its only Pepsi when you think your getting Coke as that is what is listed on the app. Deals have changed recently and not as good value anymore. Food is generally nice though.

Stay 1 Street away and it took 50min to come. Had clearly been sitting in shop and was cold. Chicken was dry and pakora soggy. Won't ever use again

Chicken burger isn't nice anymore use to use nice chicken n breadcrumbs but now it's shop bought freezer chicken burger chips always undercooked no cheese on chips :( standards have dropped last couple months

Mixed hoagie is one of the best I’ve ever had! Used this takeaway 3 times since I moved here a week ago lol (moving chaos) and got the hoagie every single time.

Ordered chips, cheese and kebab meat with some vegetable pakora and the food was really good. Someone in my family ordered the chips, cheese and spicy chicken and they said it was amazing. Good arrived fast and was hot. Would order again 👍🏻

Pizza was lightly done as requested. High quality ingredients. I asked for a swap out of chips for cheese on the garlic bread which was honoured. 40 mins for delivery,, even on a Friday. All top stuff! Perfect. 6* for all.

Had to call shop to enquire where food was after 90mins!!!! They hadn’t received order apparently so they started and got food to us, which was 2hours after placing original order.!!!!!!

Love their cheesey garlic bread and wings. 1h and 10 mins is over what I'd expect.. 1h is kind of my limit, but it is a Saturday and their pizza deal is too good to pass up. 6* for food quality. 6* for service.. they swap out my chips for cheese on the garlic bread on the regular and I'm grateful. 3* for delivery time.. if I am getting quoted over an hour for a delivery.. perhaps the restaurant should just refuse the order? prolly should. BBQ Kings has become a firm favorite this year due to the pizza deal.. so much so I think I'm getting fat off that deal hehe. staff are pleasant, drivers are nice. Entire meal was inedible and went straight into the bin. The chasni was NOT a chasni, tasted like vinegar, korma was a lumpy split sauce with brown chicken. Naan bread was rock hard, chips like cardboard and the poppadoms were covered in what looked like melted plastic from a bin bag. Complete waste of money. Shocked this is being served as food. Hardly surprising the delivery appeared 45 mins before the expected time if this is the standard of "cooking". Will never order from here again

took 1.5hr to arrive (was only burger & pakora), arrives frozen and inedible….whole order binned. I stated on the comments that our buzzer was on privacy and asked that Driver call and we would go downstairs. This was because of our very unwell child who was asleep…..Driver buzzed a neighbour (at almost 11pm) and then near chapped the letterbox off. I’ll never order from here again!

This was the last time ordering from here. We have been using them for years but recently food is being delivered cold. This was our last time trying to see if it would be better. Delivered cold again and that’s with price been put up by by about 25%

A little disappointed as it was quite cold on arrival. We had to pop it in the microwave before eating. Once hot it was enjoyable.

Food is always good,wasnt amused when i opened my pizza box as the rest of the delivery was on top of it so the cheese was stuck to the top of the pizza box.i have a picture but cant upload it here.the white plastic bit to stop that from happening had pierced through the bottom of the box creating a hole.other than that grub was good.

Never ever will i order from this awful place, simple order munchie box and a pizza. Chicken pakora, veg pakora- £2 coin bigger no sign of Chicken chaats called shop oh they don't do them thats why we give you donar pakora well it's on just eat and your own website and I've got plenty donar meat thank you nice to be informed. Potato skins take care when handling very thin and sharp and break your teeth. Pakora sauce looked like curred milk everything was discusting even the frozen pizza base better getting it from asda so much better. All portion sizes seem to be halfed in two not great value Do your selfs a favour and AVOID like the plague

Order was correct. But pizza was *badly* burnt. Wings were OK, garlic bread a little burnt. It was a £20 order with a 16" pizza, so the pizza was a main part of the order.

Waiting well over an hour of the estimated delivery time to phone up and ask if it has left to get flung off the phone saying it will be with me in 10 minutes. Received my order and have items missing, shocking service

Food was ordered was confirmed at 18.33 When ordering the delivery time was shown as 20 - 50 minutes. Once order was confirmed the time changed 19.50 so well outside original estimate. Eventually got a text at 19.06 saying meal was out for deliver; after 30 minutes called Barbeque Kings to advise nothing had arrived, was advised food had not left and would be delivered in 10 minutes. (Also used the meal late function on the app via Just Eat Food) was eventually delivered at 20.35 and was no longer hot only warm but had eat it to feed the kids who were understandably hungry and husband who is Type 1 diabetic had to eat. The situation was totally unacceptable if we were informed earlier of issue we would have ordered elsewhere. We have used Barbeque Kings several times before where deliveries have been well within advised time slot and food hot on arrival, hence the reason we placed this order.

I have order from this establishment many times before and never been disappointed however tonight our food was over an hour late being delivered (from time stated on the app) and the munchie box we received it Luke warm and tastes like it’s reheated. Very disappointed
