absolutly nice staff quick food and great music

Good food and service, but air conditioning not effective.

First time to try KFC, Ordered 1 Dipping bone less feast, which was too salty and tasteless. The drink offered was not at all cold and fizzy. Not at all clean even it was not very busy and there were plenty staffs.

I guess this is what the zinger burger looks like now… £9 for this meal? Some cutbacks from KFC? Staff were nice but also thought it was fine. Also slime grease on the floor doesn’t speak for the cleanliness of the joint

I don’t know where to start with this but was totally appalled by the dirtiness the atmosphere the service this has Gotta be the worst place I’ve ever ever been to for a Kentucky it started with ordering my food there was rubbish all over the counter bags really bad all round on receiving my food the standard was appalling. The food looked burnt overcooked the chips didn’t even make up a right potion, on sitting down, I couldn’t find a table that didn’t have food bags over it. The floor was covered in pieces of chips chicken discarded. I really can’t believe how this business can run and then to capital there was a loud drum and bass mix going on in the background, which wasn’t pleasant at all and the guys in the kitchen were screaming and jumping around like they were out on a rave!!! I feel that the health people should be here closing this place down because it cannot meet any kind of standard whatsoever.

Smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen in a KFC restaurant. I won’t be back.

never got the Southern fried rice I ordered and also never received the zinger tower burger I order. instead got a playing chicken burger.

Missing items and cold soggy chips

I requested a refund for gravy which was missing from order but have not received the refund. disgrace

sorry to say that when i received my delivery there was a few items missing from order . . have submitted my displeasure about this and asked for a refund on items missing

half the order was missing and when i tried to explain on a 30 pound order we only had one 10 pound of the meal the driver immediately spoke over me to say it wasn't his fault, which wasn't helpful at all.

This KFC is the most disgusting excuse of an establishment I have ever seen. Service was fine, guy at the till apologised for the wait, which wasn’t too bad. Then we opened the food, chips cold as my dead cats body, they seemed to be dehydrated too by the skimpy size. The lack of chips was disgraceful, there would be more in someone’s vomit on the side of the road. We ordered four meals and from the chips got rations. I’ve more fingers than chips (and I’m not counting my toes). Chicken freezing cold and somehow dryer than the Sahara. Pray for my toilets wellbeing. We were missing a drink too. Climate change must have hit KFC because there was no ice to be seen. I would rather eat a three day old rotten rat that had shat itself to death after catching stage 4 leukaemia. Dirty rotten shop, thought I was in the scrapyard.

The food was disgusting. Dried out chips that were cooked earlier on that day. The chicken was cold and rank. Ho does KFC leave a place like this open.

There is no sense of urgency. From the kitchen staff to those working behind the counter. Everyone seems to be working in a daze. Took over 20min for my order to be made in a practical empty shop. There is just no drive to get any work done! Chicken was soft and rubber like. Clearly cooked hours in advance and left under a heater

ordered a boneless banquet, came without the sides I'd ordered and 3 chicken wings instead of boneless chicken. awful products and the delivery time changed twice and was over 1hr and 20 minutes so was cold upon delivery.

The chicken came practically still clucking. That’s all I have to say…

Arrived about 10/15 minutes early from a friendly delivery driver . Food was hot, very tasty and everything in the order. Overall great 👍🏻

Best KFC delivery I've ever had, everything still hot and not ice cold or stale, if I knew it would always be this quality I would order much more often when ordering a takeaway, hoping it's not just a lucky fluke. Also great deal 2 burgers and fries for £10.

Freezing chicken and chips with stale buns for the burger, full meal was abysmal after waiting over an hour. Also sauces forgotten even though it’s on a receipt printed for you to read

Half our order missing and the other half is bad! Burger was covered in mayo so much that when i picked it up out the box it left a gap, and everything else was cold

It's not the ten minutes late i'm bothered about It's the fact that a cold can of juice in the same box as burger and fries turning everything in the box COLD then there's the size of the meal totally ridiculous for the price.

THERE IS NEVER ANY QUALITY CONTROL, every time I use this service for KFC and McDonald's the order is always wrong or missing items. today I had over £8 worth of missing items. For the inflated prices of items on this App you would expect better.

Didn't get my calsaw and my bottle of tango

20min wait for a meal, 4 staff and the deliveroo stuff was bagged when I arrived and still there when I left so good luck with that, disappointed as the chicken was good, the fries had died of old age by the time I got them. Place was a shambles and uncleared tables, rubbish everywhere, poor kid on the counter seemed to be on his first ever shift.

Completely wrong order received by courier , returned myself , staff very apologetic , does the delivery charge get reimbursed ? Or was I meant to wait another hour on new order arriving ???

shocking! paid £13.00 for a bag of five pieces mixed chicken and there was only 5 small drumsticks. Complained to manager and her response? i am sorry that was all that was left! are you telling me that at 6.45pm they never thought to say we would have to wait for more chicken to be cooked!! Never offered credit or some chicken. A bucket would only habe been £9.99. Terrible customer relations, awful service and just won t be back!
