I honestly the food was good . staff picked up my order notes . well done team. but the portion sizes are terrible. I was still hungry after £14 order . I'm a small female

Place was filthy, food everywhere, staff unbothered and the wait times are disgusting. Over an hour for some chicken just for it to be lukewarm. Do yourself a favour and just order kfc from somewhere further, probably get to you quicker

1 star is to much placed an online order at 17.13pm it arrived at 18.49 pm and cold what a waste of £30 tried 3 times to phone the shop it just rang out. If this was due to lack of delivery drivers why take online orders. Il be looking for a refund as order was binned

KFC was ordered online at 17.13pm it was delivered at 18.49pm and cold meal went in the bin not impressed one bit think this will be the last.

Waited over 90 mins for more than half of the order to be missing. Tried to call the restaurant three times but never answered. Went to restaurant to get correct order, which was prepared within five minutes, but as I was pretty annoyed I didn’t notice that our two drinks were missing. Food itself was mediocre. You could see the bones of the two chicken pieces through large gaps in the coating and neither had much meat on them.

loved the food but 2 hours is out of order

Chips were awful. Not because it was cold but because it was burnt and old. Tasted bitter

My order was missing a portion of fries and also some gravy.

Pay for extra zinger fillets and don’t receive them. Always forget your sauces and sides or drinks. Missing item as well

absolutely amazing cooked to perfection at peak time 10/10

Visited with my son on Saturday night. Some of the chicken was bit pink and my son actually got an uncooked piece. Brought to the attention of the staff who simply said it was the marinade the chicken goes into and it was impossible to under cook it even though it was pink and had a soft and slimy texture. The restraunt was disgusting, there was rubbish and bits of food all over the floor and the whole time we were there not one member of staff came out to sweep up. I would definitely not recommend dining in this KFC.

Order was wrong, beans were burnt black on top and bottom and not edible, received gravy despite ordering corn on the cob. Very poor quality meal and certainly not worth £25:99. Delivery driver was excellent unfortunately KFC were not.

an entire meal and a side is missing and no way to call the shop

Came in got my usual 2 chicken fillet tower burgers and lrg popcorn chicken and a chicken wrap..... place was empty which was nice peace n quiet never have I had that in a KFC but other than the staff it was purely me.myself and yeah you guessed it I...... I know it will never happen again but , you got to enjoy the little things.

Ordered 4 meals and every single one came without fries

Delivery was ok but the quality of the food wasn’t great. The 4 hot wings looked like they had been fried within an inch of their life a couple of days prior to being sent out. The extra piece of chicken was the same and really dry. yuck

Really good cooked chicken, gravy was banging and chips tasty. Delivery was early and friendly driver. Great service and food!

Food wasn’t even lukewarm … the zinger burger box meal had no cheese or hashbrown either!!! Only decent thing about the whole thing was the 2 cans of tango…. Disappointing to say the least.

I buy some food on Saturday and l don't have the food can you send money back 😭

EVERY SINGLE time I order from this place they forget something, even when I leave a note asking them to triple check. Can’t get them on the phone to discuss the refund & then they refuse the refund totally.

Been waiting now for an hour and a half. Total joke of a place, how it's still open i don't know. Always miss things from your order. Fryers are always dirty. Staff are totally hopeless which is a shame because that's down to poor management. If management don't care then why would the staff. Well known for being the worst KFC in scotland

If I could give 0 stars I would - ordered a delivery at 11.58am today - 3 hours later still hasent arrived ???? - phoned 19 times after waiting nearly two hours, no one answers the phone or just hangs up the reciever , then low and behold at 3.05pm my just eat app pops up claiming they delivered at 1.30pm, funny that when just before, it said it was due to be delivered between 1.45 - 2.15pm but its now 3pm ????? Who did we deliver to?? Who knows ?? How did the just eat driver manage to go back in time to deliver at 1.30pm??? maybe they borrowed a Delorean from Marty McFly ??? Just Eat and this particular KFC are an absolute shambles!!!!

Its still not arrived. 2 hours and 25 mins. Nobody answering the phone at restaurant, and no option for me to cancel my order. Literally ithing to help me sort this order out.

No fries delivered with our meals

Wrong order delivered, shop was closed and everthing that did come was freezing! No fries. 1 mash instead of 2and 8x gravy ? Also juice was pepsi max i order tango!

Order arrived 10 minutes early. The food was all in the bag. The chicken was cooked perfect, the gravy spot on and piping hot! Really good 👍🏻

Solid delivery and good quality food. Only let down was my partner did not get the buttermilk garlic mayo dip she ordered for her boneless banquet meal, and this is not the first time this branch have forgotten to include dips which were ordered.

Extortionate prices for chicken

Came in to KFC Dumbarton to be told very politely that they have no chicken legs!!!!! And will be a 20 minute wait!! Shocking,, Really!!! surly making sure you have plenty of every kind of chicken ready!!! After all it is supposed to be fast food!!!! Not in here !!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Food is always nice, delivery times are usually decent but consistently missing items from orders, unfortunately.

Restaurant dirty, food and debris covered every surface in the empty restaurant. Toilets so disgusting I couldn’t let my child use. Food took forever but was somehow cold and I got literally 5 chips with my meal?? Also the restaurant was absolutely freezing, I asked the worker to turn on the heating and he told me it didn’t have any because the owners told them it was too expensive - I felt so sorry working in those conditions and could understand why they couldn’t be bothered to actually work! Joke of a place that needs to be investigated ASAP!!!

2nd time ordering from here and both times items missing or wrong. Wish they would starr checking orders. Dinner ruined again

Every surface coated in grease. Could skate on the floor grease. Staff demotivated, uninterested, unfriendly. No wonder the place is empty. Front door does not work. Didn't stay to buy anything due to hygene ... place is filthy... staff lazy plain to see. nightmare. AAAND No price boards? And the place has been filthy for years. It's a midden. God knows what contaminates linger in that grease infested floor.. give u the boak... puke

The place feels cold, staff aren't interested in the customer at all. Order is constantly wrong, I've had deliveries I've dined in and I've went through the drive through, not once have I gotten the correct order. So I've given up. No more KFC for us.

The food was delicious chicken was really crispy chips were seasoned to perfection and the gravy was really good I went when they just opened and the staff were really nice
