Do not appears to be a KFC, oiled and raw chicken...bad

Not very good service. Been here before. Nothings changed.

Tried to go through the drive thru just before 5 and no one was serving at all waited for nearly ten minutes, three other cars came and left too.

Language of staff behind counter was abominal and choice of rave music abysmal

Myself and my wife got the vegan burger,when we sat in the car to eat it i discovered mines was actually still frozen and my wife's was cold. I took them back inside to tell the server who took it into the cooking area where a manager was and as she walked back through she threw our meals in the bin. She said we'll get you 2 fresh burgers,I said the other 2 were meant to have been fresh aswell,she then said my 1st one wasn't frozen,I said it was,she said it wasn't,i said don't treat me like an idiot i know what frozen food is like and told her to check it again,she refused saying she wasn't putting her hand in a bin. Shocking customer service and glad i won't be back there again

Staff were friendly and helpful when being served, food was good and hot!! Place was clean only down fall is that male members of staff were swearing and female staff shouting and screaming, not a peaceful atmosphere to have dinner, this was on Monday 6th November between 5pm and 6.30pm.

After waiting an age in the drive-through, told there was no chicken strips!

Maybe tell your staff to stop smoking stinking pot outside the place?

I really don't know what smells worse the toilet or the restaurant the place is needing a deep clean

Ordered a rice box and chicken bites then was told they do not offer forks, why have a item on your menu if you do not provide the necessary utensils needed

I’ve got a boneless chicken it was look like a just cook chicken noting like kfc at all . Really horrible

Was Served up cold horrible chips, but when i took them back got served absolutely roasting chips, just goes to show you trying to get rid of the old stuff first hoping you dont complain

Great restaurant good was hit and fresh their chips are hard to beat

I walked in and about turned and walked out the other day. Grubby. Dirty. Unwelcoming. I don't know how else to describe this experience. Perhaps the school holidays had an impact and I'd entered after a mad rush but really not a place I would want to sip a coffee and chill for a bit. I cannot comment on the food cos I didn't buy anything at all.

Just your average KFC , at times it seems not that clean

Delivery Driver, delivered to wrong address, twice, tried calling to return aut pointless by then!.

AVOID. Tidy restaurant, sadly the chicken coating seem to lack the usual flavour and was a little on the dry side. Then visited again on 6 June, see photo, ordered drumstick and thigh, but got two dry and fiberous breasts and a thigh. Look at the portion size... COATING SHOULD BE EXPORTED TO UKRAINE AS BODY ARMOUR.

The service is very bad, I will not come back again, the tables are dirty, and the wait takes between 15-20 minutes

Treat junk food once in a while.

Pour Quality, pour service, poor hygiène …. The staff do bit listen to take orders and they make mistakes… fair enough they were partying singing and dancing which is good to see happy harmony at work but there is minimum behaviours when customers are there

Good service, but looking rundown.

Absolutely disgusted with management at this branch. Asked for a cup of hot water for a baby bottle and was told they couldn’t give me it. Explained that I was happy to pay for a tea without the teabag and again was denied this. I had a hungry 2 month old baby in the car who I couldn’t feed thanks to management. I would like to thank the member of staff who gave me a cup of water for my baby despite management saying no. My daughter has been fed and is happy.

Literally the best hot wings I've ever had! Well worth the money

Rookie on till got my order wrong and when it came out I asked to change it and was refused.!...unbelievably bad customer service.

Limp chips, dry chicken and the wrong order

The staff were very friendly. Especially the wee older woman at the front desk who took my order. Restaurant was clean and warm. My only gripe was the juice,no full sugar. I will return to restaurant

Customer service rubbish, staff don't care or look interested in serving. Went to drive thru, told I had to go in to order, don't understand how they can't serve you on drive thru but can inside??!!! Got home missing items, not the first time this has happened tried calling but no answer. Expensive enough for what you get without items missing. Only go as my son likes it but Wlwon't be back to takeaway or sit in.

Ordered a Tea and a wrap of the day with no chillisauce ... wow had no milk and no slaw , got one tiny bit of chicken in it that dident fill half the wrap , the girl with the big false eyelashes was as unfriendly as they come , rude 🙄 will not rush back .

Dirty tables floor and toilets. Also cold in temperature in restaurant.

Food was nice and hot police was a bit busy so service was a bit slower than normal but nonetheless still good.

Got chicken burger meal chicken was brick hard chips half cooked hard and some were burnt. Place was freezing. Staff looked uninterested,sorry will not be back to that one .

Enjoyed our visit. The outlet was very busy at lunchtime and service was rather slow. Possibly from a shortage of staff on duty. The food was hot and tasty but one of the hot chocolate drinks had to be replaced as it was very watery and not pleasant to drink. It was replaced without hesitation but it took a while to get the replacement. Sufficient tables available. The place was clean and tidy including the toilets.

We got a kfc about 6-8 weeks ago and the chicken burger £4:99 was missing been trying for weeks to get a refund from just eat they just ignore us

Service is a bit slow here, and there's usually rubbish left on a lot of the tables.

What a joke of a place I can usually excuse the food being reheated, cold, rank whatever state you get it sent out in normally but 60 quid down is an absolute joke one Mickey Mouse manager after another on the call after they took double payment and sent no food out. Seems kfc Clydebank need a management training programme rethink get it sorted KFC shame I even had to give 1 star

This is a local takeaway restaurant that specialises in chicken dishes, it does offer others but mostly chicken. It's chicken is deep fried with herbs and spices and is lovely. You can dine in or takeaway or through just eat app it can be delivered. It is child friendly and has disabled access so it can suit all. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Went in today. It was busy at the counter with the delivery orders. I waited for 5mins. She was about to take my order but at the same time she kept rubbing her nose tips several times... Yucky! I walked out right away. Don't the staff know hygiene, you're dealing with foods.

Waited for 20 minutes for a mini wrap, seriously bad management and time keeping.

Filthy place. Staff too busy teasing each other behind the counter when tables, chairs and floors were all dirty. Bathroom too. Just awful

Worst kfc on the planet every order is wrong no dips with todays meal even though I asked before leaving then had to return. Fries were cold this place is the pits avoid...

Not happy with the service I received on the drive-thru as the Arab looking woman was trying to upsell me constantly asking to take another take another will not be going back.

The staff unfortunately had no clue what they were doing. Didn't put barbeque sauce with our order. Or the beans we ordered. My partner has to go in and get them separately after the drive through. And not to mention all out drinks were diet... Which we didn't ask for, at all. Upon opening the box, I received what I would call the most upside down back to front excuse for a burger I've ever seen, I quite honestly think the ingredients were just... Chucked inside to be honest. The food was nice, cooked well, so the kitchen staff aren't so bad at what they do, but whoever boxed it and took out order needs refresher training because that was abysmal.

Quite unorganised and food standard is very poor, Also got kicked out as i never had ID to prove i was old enough to sit in and eat so had to take it out and eat in the light rain which felt rude and unnecessary as it was roughly 2:30pm. I would avoid if possible and go to a better operated kfc.

Went through drive through,was told to wait in spot for order sat for 25 mins, has to go and chase it up. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. I will not be back.

This the condition that I got the box in n I went to eat it the burger was cold n they told me the toaster is broke, so if its broke why are they still selling the burgers if the toaster is broken

Size of the burger is tiny compared to the picture, the wrap i orderd had one small bit of chicken and a bit of sauce which was £5, 2 chicken wings fell out of the bag and on to floor i asked staff if they could replace it which they did but the chicken wings that were on the floor went back onto the hot bin for the next customer. I wont be eating there again

Once again this restaurant misses out something in the order. This has to be the worst managed, staffed and organised restaurant by far that I've ever been to. The food could be so much better too. Go the extra mile and travel to Great Western Retail Park KFC.

I had not visited KFC for a while so decided to have lunch there while I was out shopping but it just reminded me why I had stopped going.The food was disappointing the chicken burger was over cooked and luke warm the fries looked like reheats and tasted that way.the food was tasteless aa I had remembered. My daughter and I could hear the loud conversations from the staff behind the counter which was not very pleasant.safe to say I will not be visiting again

Quite honestly the worst food poisoning I've suffered on six continents. I pray for death, but death won't come.

Went there Tuesday at 6pm with my granddaughter 14th June food was freezing chicken was very dry crispy chips cold every table was dirty had to ask to get table cleaned will not be going back total waste of money very disappointing 😞😡

Spent that much on gravy that they don't put in I could have bought half of clydebank Usual KFC... toilets are rank and the staff look as if they lick the toilets clean .... what more can I say ... up ypur game KFC... mibe get the orders right once in a while

One of the better KFC's I've been too place was clean tidy and staff really friendly and helpful. Food was brilliant as well not greasy or cold like some other KFC's. Only thing is access is a bit of a challenge for a wheelchair but not a major problem.

Purchased a zinger box meal with a regular popcorn added which come up to £10 something. What I got was the zinger box meal and that's it. £3 wasted!!!

It was 8pm when we arrived at the drive through window. Nothing! For eight minutes we patiently waited to get served. I went onto Google for the phone number and pressed to call and that's when they arrived at the window. The Neal was great though but the waiting is for someone else.

A typical drive thru or eating, a must for all ages especially when shopping.

Sadly this is not the best KFC in the area. To be fair to the staff they are all pretty young and seem to be making a strong effort. But the wait here is long, and many times a box meal will be missing a mini fillet or gravy. And the self serve screens never give you a receipt.

Every Monday I drive from great western road and I pass the drum chapel one to get here cus The toppest service that I ever had in kfc,absolutely amazing customer service and ma order was always ready so quick and the staff was so polite. The food was so fresh with the nice taste.

food was freezing cold & came wrong. the food was extremely hard and things were missing, not to mention the extremely poor customer service when calling to ask about the food. the fillet burger i ordered was freezing and created WRONG. had lousy tomato ketchup smeared on it and was extremely disgusting. very poor effort & i am dissatisfied. don't order here, take services elsewhere ! ps, filet burger was extremely revolting, i dont recommend buying.

all in all good , richard was absoloutly amazing. customer service for him was an 11/10.

all staff are very nice and friendly, greet you very politely and approachable. the only let down is the sizes of hot wings they are so small for £1.99 for 2 hot wings. I order twice I thought it's just a bad batch but all of the hot wing is small. may be I try to fry my own hotwings from now on.

Nice clean tidy place. Staff brilliant only had juice and tea. Government law to facemask and social distance and sanitizer. Had a relaxing 30 minutes.
