Hot & Spicy in West Dunbartonshire

Just completely messed around. Waited for my food contacted the restaurant twice only to be told it just left. The 3rd time I called I was told they will be will make it just now and deliver. To which I asked them to cancel my order.

This was my first time ordering from hot & spicy I will be ordering again food was lovely

The veg pakora and 3 curry’s were superb

Not the best tasteless to be honest chips were not nice and couldn’t see any or taste any cheese. 🤷‍♀️😳

the portions were perfect size for us apart from more chicken nuggets as we only got 5 and that's ok for a kids menu but not on the main menu when our 13 year old was eating them. the food tasted amazing and will definitely be back. just not for nuggets lol

Kebab meat is freezing, the chips are burnt reheats & the pakora sauce is clumpy! Do not recommend at all!

Really great, piping hot - only issue was delivery time but expected it on Mother’s Day dinner time, however, looking at other reviews might I make a friendly suggestion of using “busy mode” on the tablet - will calm things down and prevent bad reviews. Thanks a lot for a quality munch, delivery driver was lovely too :)

ordered from here at 18:37. Food didn’t arrive until 20:21. Food was freezing and they refunded me only £3 for this horrendous experience. Restaurant wouldn’t answer the phone. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Rotten! Order from here all the time never any problems , ordered ham pizza got cheese , ordered a LARGE kebab with salad & sauce got what I can say is a kids portion with no salad or sauce absolute waste of money foods freezing chips burned rank!

was ordered at 18:30, Expected arrival 19:10 - 19:30 for a chicken donner kebab. Now 19:42, Order has been marked as delivered even though it hasnt.

Order was tasteless and rice was cold and was ordered at 18:14 and was to be delivered between 19:00 and 19:20 it arrived 30 mins late at 19:50 however the restaurant said it was delivered on system at 19:20 so they wouldn’t be complained about

Your pizzas look amazing but both bases are stuck to the box , feels like the man who delivered its fingers had went through the bottom of the box

Waited an hour and a half as the time for delivery kept changing so it wouldn’t be monitored as late which is misleading! Also kebab meal came with no salad or sauce and no can of Pepsi max 😢 disappointing - pizza was delicious though.

food was ordered at 8.05pm, delivery was supposed to be 30 to 45 mins. did not receive until after 10pm. completely unacceptable.

Foods usually really good. Just collected an order wrong items given 2 donor hoagies when one was supposed to be mixed. Asked for chicken chatt and given wings. Chips really burnt, everything freezing. Straight in the bin. Woman on phone was rude too

Waited over 2 hours for food, still not arrived, woman on phone says theres nothing she can do about it as the drivers said he’s delivered it, and its my word against his and nothing can be done, shocking customer service the full time

DISAPPOINTED, WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN was initially impressed at prompt warning of late delivery time.... however £1 per tiny jalapeño bite, 2.50 for donner on curry pizza. not even one bit per slice, pretty bland masala sauce (was specialist curry pizza with added donner) but worst of all. its a 16 inch circular pizza yet cut into uneven squares and rectangles. there's bits of litterally crust and doh.. if u can call it crust as the base has no colour and is undercooked.

calzone and chips and cheese were cold, what the hell are yous playing at and why do you turn up early when it says the food has not left the takeaway yet on just eat, tell us the food is on the way first before the doorbell rings, this was a disgrace tonight thanks very much for this, why should I need to use a microwave to heat up my dinner when I order food that should be pipping hot all the time, my fiancee says the pizza was good though

Food was delivered 10mins later than expected, which was fine. But the shop forgot our rice and we had to wait over an hour for that to be delivered. Ruined our meal tbh

My pizza was all ran too one side like box was on its side so didnt really eat it and my chips where cold hardly any cheese and kebab meat was like it was from the day before

It was easy to order online and they deliver your food pn time or sometimes earlier. It's nice and easy . Would order again.

My kabab was very dry when I had asked for sauce

Everything in the set meal was perfect - the puri I ordered separately comes deconstructed with a big portion of the filling it was fab

1st time trying and probably be the last . the chicken pakora was dry , the chip's were soggy and the kebab wasn't the best either . The pizza was ok but not the best .... These thing's happen but don't think we will be using again

there was a mix up with my order & the lady kindly said she would send me free large tray of Donner meat this week so if I could just order regular chicken pakora & tub of pakora dip please.

The order was good overall the driver was polite but saag Paneer was missing from my order which was disappointing.

Pakora was awful, hardly any meat and dry. Pizza was awful, hardly any cheese on the top, dried out flavourless. Not worth the money.

My daughter has PKU she shouldn’t eat any poultry or meat and they sent two chicken curries when should have been vegetable the girl was lovely on the phone but the staff in the kitchen should be ashamed of themselves one full curry equivalent to 400g of chicken Anna is not allowed any grams of chicken so that’s 400 more she has a metabolic disorder. The chicken was that small that I didn’t even notice when putting it out it was only when I had some of my daughters on my plate and ate it !

Worst Indian I have ever eaten, since the owners of cafe Punjab sold this it has never been the same! They have a cheek to still use the good name of the café Punjab!! , waited 45 mins for a delivery of chicken pakora, chicken curry, chips and naan bread the only edible part of the meal was the naan bread, the chios were reheated in old oil, the pakora was stale and definitely not fresh and the curry was disgusting, the whole thing went in the bin - do not use this Indian

Delivery was very fast however food quality was very bad donner meat smelled like a wet dog and was rubbery but undercooked at the same time wouldn’t recommend

the delivery was really quick however i found the chicken pakors far from the high standard it was before,it felt like it had been overcooked but maybe just a different cook this time 🤔..but rest of order was lovely & can't fault delivery time.

So firstly the curry I can only assume was the butter masala had a massive dollop of cheese in it? And this was definitely not a butter masala. The garlic cheese naan bread the cheese was not even melted. Both curries have a very strange taste to them almost chemically. And so does the spiced onions. I’m so confused this has never happened ordering from here before. And I will not be ordering again
